空气弹簧隔振台特性试验及信号处理算法研究

超精密测量对环境振动要求非常严格,其仪器设备中多安装隔振装置。为评估某重点实验室圆度仪中使用的仪用小型空气弹簧隔振台的隔振性能,利用压电式加速度传感器设计振动测试试验。根据振动测试中信号的实际情况,设计信号处理算法,对采集到的加速度信号进行预处理、积分运算、频谱分析,消除信号中低频趋势项和干扰噪声,还原实际振动状况,准确获取隔振系统振动位移曲线及其固有频率。试验表明,该空气弹簧隔振系统各项指标满足隔振要求。信号处理算法对振动测试中的加速度信号处理具有一定指导意义,也可作为故障诊断中加速度信号处理的参考。     

Four New Sesquiterpenoids from the Rice Fermentation of Antrodiella albocinnamomea

Albocimea B-E (1–4), four new sesquiterpenoids, and four known compounds, steperoxide A (5), dankasterone (6), 1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid (7), and (+)-formylanserinone B (8), were isolated from the rice fermentation of the fungus Antrodiella albocinnamomea. The structures of new compounds were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic techniques, the planar structures of new compounds were determined by comprehensive spectroscopic techniques, and their absolute configurations were confirmed via gauge-independent atomic orbital calculations (GIAO), calculation of the electronic circular dichroism (ECD), and optical rotation (OR). These were determined by spectroscopic data analysis.     

Notes on Application of WKB Method

The notes here presented are of the modifications introduced in the application of WKB method. The problems of two- and three-dimensional harmonic oscillator potential are revisited by WKB and the new formulation of quantization rule respectively. It is found that the energy spectrum of the radial harmonic oscillator, which is reproduced exactly by the standard WKB method with the Langer modification, is also reproduced exactly without the Langer modification via the new quantization rule approach. An alternative way to obtain the non-integral Maslov index for three-dimensional harmonic oscillator is proposed.     

The improved quantization rule and the Langer modification

An improved quantization rule is used to obtain a generalized formulation of Langer modification. The relations between the improved quantization rule and the Langer modification are studied. Two typical quantum systems, hydrogen atom and harmonic oscillator, are studied to show the relations between them.     

High-Quality Continuous-Wave Imaging with a 2.53THz Optical Pumped Terahertz Laser and a Pyroelectric Detector

A cw terahertz （THz） transmission imaging system is demonstrated and a high-quality THz image can be obtained using a pyroelectric detector. The factors that affect the imaging quality, such as the THz wavelength, spot size on the sample surface, step length of the motor, and frequency of the chopper, are theoretically and experimentally investigated. The experimental results show that the maximum resolution of the THz image can reach 0.4mm with the THz wavelength of 118.8μm, the spot size of 1.8mm and the step length of 0.25mm.     

C–H···F Hydrogen-Bonded Assembly of Ni(II) and Cu(II) Complexes Generate 3D Supramolecular Frameworks

Abstract  Syntheses and X-ray structural characterizations of two new complexes [Ni(imi)₆](pfbz)₂ (1) and Cu(imi)₂(pfbz)₂ (2) (imi = imidazole, pfbz = pentafluorobenzoate) are reported. The first complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with the crystal cell parameters a = 9.180(2) ?, b = 9.742(3) ?, c = 11.466(3) ?, α = 76.947(18)°, β = 80.629(18)°, γ = 78.043(19)°, V = 970.0(4) ?³ and Z = 1. The second complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with the crystal cell parameters a = 7.3250(12) ?, b = 7.6685(10) ?, c = 10.888(4) ?, α = 92.80(2)°, β = 101.92(2)°, γ = 115.038(12)°, V = 535.7(2) ?³ and Z = 1. Examination of the structures shows that both complexes form three-dimensional hydrogen bonded networks in which C–H···F hydrogen bonds play significant roles. Scale for the Production of Jets in High Energy e+e－ Collisions

The scale for visible jets produced in e⁺e^－ Collisions is studied in some details using Monte Carlo method. It is demonstrated, based on the historical fact that the 3-jet events were firstly observed in e+ e- experiments at √S=17—30GeV,and the relative transverse momentum for visible jets is in the region k_t,～5—10GeV/c. It is further shown, using a concrete example, that the number of jets in an event could be correctly evaluated only when k_t is in this region. The dynamical fluctuations inside jets determined through different values of k_t are compared carefully. It turns out that only when k_t,～5—10GeV/c the dynamical fluctuations inside jets will possess the best anomalous scaling property. The relation between the scale 5-10GeV/c of visible jets and the scale 1-2GeV of perturbative QCD is discussed.     

碳化硅基上3UCVD淀积二氧化硅及其C-V性能测试

利用3UCVD技术在p型4H-SiC上制备了栅氧化层，其正的氧化物电荷密度仅有1.6×10¹¹cm^-2,这一结果优于传统的热氧化工艺.为检验氧化层质量所做的高频C-V测试采用了正面接地的新的测试结构，克服了常规测试结构的缺点. 关键词： 淀积 高频C-V测试 二氧化硅 碳化硅     

电荷失配对SiC半超结垂直双扩散金属氧化物半导体场效应管击穿电压的影响

Si C半超结垂直双扩散金属氧化物半导体场效应管(VDMOSFET)相对于常规VDMOSFET在相同导通电阻下具有更大击穿电压.在N型外延层上进行离子注入形成半超结结构中的P柱是制造Si C半超结VDMOSFET的关键工艺.本文通过二维数值仿真研究了离子注入导致的电荷失配对4H-Si C超结和半超结VDMOSFET击穿电压的影响,在电荷失配程度为30%时出现半超结VDMOSFET的最大击穿电压.在本文的器件参数下,P柱浓度偏差导致击穿电压降低15%时,半超结VDMOSFET柱区浓度偏差范围相对于超结VDMOSFET可提高69.5%,这意味着半超结VDMOSFET对柱区离子注入的控制要求更低,工艺制造难度更低.
