Ag/TiO2光催化还原硝酸氮

利用化学还原法制备不同Ag掺杂量TiO₂纳米催化剂,采用TEM、XRD、XRF和UV-Vis对催化剂进行表征。考察了催化剂在紫外光(254 nm)和可见光照射下还原初始浓度100 mgN·L^-1水相硝酸氮的活性和效果。重点考察了紫外光照射下Ag掺杂量、不同空穴捕获剂(甲酸、甲醇、乙酸、乙醇、草酸、草酸钠等)及甲酸浓度对硝酸氮还原的影响;对硝酸氮转化率和总氮去除率、形成亚硝酸氮、氨氮浓度及氮气选择性的影响。甲酸浓度为0.030 mol·L^-1、Ag掺杂量为1.0wt%时催化剂效果最佳。此时,硝酸氮、总氮的转化率分别为98.43%、78.13%;亚硝酸氮浓度为零,转化的硝酸氮中只有20.76%转化为氨氮,氮气选择性为79.24%。可见光下进行光催化还原反应时,硝酸氮转化率仅37.98%,但氮气的选择性较高。     

Ba2InSbO6双钙钛矿的水热合成及121Sb M(o)ssbauer谱表征

在温和水热条件下,合成了双钙钛矿型Ba2InSbO6,采用XRD、TEM、XPS、ICP及IR等技术表征产物的结构及组成.XRD数据的Rietveld拟合结果表明,Ba2InSbO6为a=0.416782(13)nm的立方钙钛矿结构,属于Pm-3m.121Sb M(o)ssbauer谱测试表明,产物的同质异能移可归属为SbV及Sb-O键具有明显的共价特征.合成条件的研究表明,Sb源对合成具有重要影响,且Sb2O3锑源可有效地降低杂质的生成.     

Generation of a mid-infrared broadband polarized supercontinuum in As2Se3 photonic crystal fibers

A simplified structure of birefringent chalcogenide As 2 Se 3 photonic crystal fiber（PCF） is designed.Properties of birefringence,polarization extinction ratio,chromatic dispersion,nonlinear coefficient,and transmission are studied by using the multipole method,the finite-difference beam propagation method,and the adaptive split-step Fourier method.Considering that the zero dispersion wavelength of our proposed fiber is about 4 μm,we have analysed the mechanism of spectral broadening in PCFs with different pitches in detail,with femtosecond pulses at a wavelength of 4 μm as the pump pulses.Especially,mid-infrared broadband polarized supercontinuums are obtained in a 3-cm PCF with an optimal pitch of 2 μm.Their spectral width at 20 dB reaches up to 12 μm.In the birefringent PCF,we find that the supercontinuum generation changes with the pump alignment angle.Research results show that no coupling between eigenpolarization modes are observed at the maximum average power（i.e.,37 mW）,which indicates that the polarization state is well maintained.     

Fabrication and characterization of 4H—SiC bipolar junction transistor with double base epilayer

In this paper we report on a novel structure of a 4H-SiC bipolar junction transistor with a double base epilayer that is continuously grown.The measured dc common-emitter current gain is 16.8 at IC = 28.6 mA(J C = 183.4 A/cm2),and it increases with the collector current density increasing.The specific on-state resistance(Rsp-on) is32.3mΩ·cm 2 and the open-base breakdown voltage reaches 410 V.The emitter N-type specific contact resistance and N + emitter layer sheet resistance are 1.7×10-3 Ω·cm2 and 150 /,respectively.     

[CuO-ZnO-Al2O3]/[HZSM-5]核壳双功能催化剂的制备、结构及其CO2+H2直接合成二甲醚反应性能

利用水热合成法制备了一系列不同晶化时间的核壳结构双功能催化剂[CuO-ZnO-Al₂O₃]/[HZSM-5],通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能量分散谱(EDS)对催化剂结构进行了表征,并考察了核壳催化剂CO₂加氢直接合成二甲醚的反应性能。结果表明,通过水热合成法可在甲醇合成催化剂CuO-ZnO-Al₂O₃表面包覆一层完整的HZSM-5分子筛膜,形成核壳结构,并且调节晶化时间可以控制分子筛晶粒尺寸及膜厚。与物理混合法制备的传统双功能催化剂相比,核壳结构催化剂合成二甲醚的选择性显著提高,其中晶化时间为3d的催化剂反应性能最为理想,CO₂转化率为38.9%,二甲醚选择性达到77.0%。     

毛细管电泳柱端电化学发光法分离测定药物和尿液中的盐酸维拉帕米

采用带有柱端电化学发光(ECL)检测池的毛细管电泳(CE)法分离并测定盐酸维拉帕米(Verapamil, VRPM).盐酸VRPM作为共反应剂,增强了吡啶钌的电化学发光强度.在优化的条件下,ECL强度与VRPM在7.0×10-7～5.0×10-4 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系;检出限(S/N=3)为4.6×10-8 mol/L.本方法已成功用于药物和人体尿样中盐酸VRPM含量的测定.研究了VRPM与牛血红蛋白(BHb)的相互作用,计算其结合常数为3.72×103 L/mol,最大结合量为1.375×10-4 mol.     

Novel Intermolecular C-H…π Interactions from a One-dimensional Chain:Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Ladder Dibenzyl Tin Carboxylate

The title ladder organotin carboxylate,{[(C6H5CH2)2Sn]4(p-NH2C6H4-COO)2O2(OCH3)2}·0.5H2O 1,has been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses,IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.Complex 1 is located across on an inversion center and displays a Sn4O4 ladder-like structure with a one-dimensional supramolecular chain through C-H…π interactions.In the asymmetric unit two Sn(Ⅳ) atoms assume similar trigonal bipyramidal coordination geometry.Two aminobenzoate groups coordinate to the terminal Sn(Ⅳ) atoms.The deprotonated methanol molecule bridges two independent Sn(Ⅳ) atoms.A half of lattice water molecule is disorderly filled in the cavity formed by Sn(Ⅳ) complexes.     

Influence of Solution Conductivity on Contact Glow Discharge Electrolysis

Using a thin platinum anode in contact with an electrolytic solution, normal electrolysis develops spontaneously to contact glow discharge electrolysis (CGDE) at sufficiently high voltage. During this transition, midpoint voltage (V_D) is an important critical value. From V_D on, plasma is sustained by direct current glow discharge between the electrode and the electrolyte surface. And H₂O₂ is the main non-faradaic yield. In this study, effects of conductivity on V_D and the concentration of H₂O₂ have been investigated in Na₂SO₄ and NaCl solution. The results indicate that V_D decreases with the increasing conductivity. And the value of V_D and the concentration of H₂O₂ in NaCl solution are less than those in Na₂SO₄ solution. The concentration of H₂O₂ increases steadily and then decreases to maintain a stationary value.     

多壁碳纳米管修饰的CdS/TiO2复合光催化材料的制备及其光解水制氢特性

以P25 TiO₂(德国Degussa化学公司)粉末为原料采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了含有不同CdS质量分数的复合光催化剂,利用多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)对CdS/TiO₂进行修饰,制备了一系列不同CdS含量的MWCNTs/CdS/TiO₂光催化材料。对所得的光催化剂进行了扫描电镜、低温氮吸附-脱附及光解水制氢活性的表征。研究了MWCNTs对CdS/TiO₂催化剂体系光解水制氢活性的影响。结果表明,MWCNTs的引入均使得光解水产氢量(14.0 μmol)增加,与未加入MWCNTs的复合光化剂产氢量(11.6 μmol)相比,平均产氢率增加了18%,最高可达21%。
