Measurements of charge transfer efficiency in a proton-irradiated swept charge device

Charged Coupled Devices (CCDs) have been successfully used in several low energy X-ray astronomical satellites over the past two decades. Their high energy resolution and high spatial resolution make them a perfect tool for low energy astronomy, such as observing the formation of galaxy clusters and the environment around black holes. The Low Energy X-ray Telescope (LE) group is developing a Swept Charge Device (SCD) for the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT) satellite. A SCD is a special low energy X-ray CCD, which can be read out a thousand times faster than traditional CCDs, simultaneously keeping excellent energy resolution. A test method for measuring the charge transfer efficiency (CTE) of a prototype SCD has been set up. Studies of the charge transfer inefficiency (CTI) with a proton-irradiated SCD have been performed at a range of operating temperatures. The SCD is irradiated by 3×10⁸cm^-2 10 MeV protons.     

基于agent仿真的在线客户评论传播机制研究

随着互联网技术的日益发达,网民数量激增,网络口碑在顾客购买决策方面的影响效用越来越显著。在线客户评论作为一种重要的网络口碑传播方式越来越受到企业的重视。不同于以往从实证的角度对在线客户评论影响因素进行研究的文献,本文从在线客户评论的网络传播机制出发,构建在线客户评论的口碑传播模型。而后本文通过Swarm平台进行模拟仿真,主要研究了论坛作为个体在口碑传播中所起到的作用,为网络口碑的研究提供新的思路。本文研究发现在线客户评论的影响机制和因素,为企业更好的开展网络口碑营销提供借鉴。     

Motion of Relativistic Strings on the Equatorial Plane in the Schwarzschild Space-Time

In this paper,we investigate the basic equations of the motion for relativistic strings on the equatorial plane in the Schwarzschild space-time,discuss smooth solutions of the motion equations for closed strings,and obtain some interesting physical results.     

The fabrication and characterization of 4H SiC power UMOSFETs

The fabrication of 4H-SiC vertical trench-gate metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors(UMOSFETs) is reported in this paper.The device has a 15-μm thick drift layer with 3×1015 cm-3 N-type doping concentration and a 3.1μm channel length.The measured on-state source-drain current density is 65.4 A/cm2 at Vg = 40 V and VDS = 15 V.The measured threshold voltage(Vth) is 5.5 V by linear extrapolation from the transfer characteristics.A specific on-resistance(Rsp-on) is 181 mΩ·cm2 at Vg = 40 V and a blocking voltage(BV) is 880 V(IDS = 100 μA@880V) at Vg = 0 V.     

软骨凹顶藻Laurencia Cartilaginea 甾醇成分的研究

从中国南海软骨凹顶藻乙醇浸提物的乙酸乙酯相中 ,首次分离得到一种环二氧麦角甾醇 :5α,8α-环二氧麦角甾 - 6 ,2 2 -二烯 - 3β-醇 (1)。通过 GC- MS方法检测到了其他 5种甾醇化合物 :5 ,8-环二氧麦角甾 - 1,6 ,2 2 -三烯 - 3-醇 (2 ) ,麦角甾 - 6 ,2 2 -二烯 - 5 ,8-二羟基 - 3-酮 (3) ,豆甾 - 6 ,2 2 -二烯 - 5 ,8-二羟基 - 3-酮 (4) ,麦角甾 -5 ,7,9(11) ,2 2 -四烯 - 3-醇 (5 )以及豆甾 - 5 ,7,2 2 -三烯 - 3-醇 (6 )     

呼吸图案法制备蜂窝状有序多孔薄膜及其功能化应用

呼吸图案(BF)法是一种制备微纳米级规整多孔结构的简单、廉价和高效的方法, 它以水滴为模板, 通过水滴有序排列得到蜂窝状有序多孔结构, 其孔的形貌可以通过选择不同的成膜材料和成膜环境等条件得到控制, 所以在分离膜、模板、响应性表面、催化剂、光电材料等研究领域有广阔的发展前景. 但是, 到目前为止, 人们发现由于成膜条件的不同, 多孔膜的孔形貌受多种因素影响, 规整多孔膜形貌的控制机理还不是很明确, 没有一个统一的结论. 本文结合本课题组所做工作及近五年来国内外呼吸图案法制备蜂窝状有序多孔薄膜的研究成果, 对多孔薄膜的形成过程及其影响因素、多孔膜的功能化及应用等方面进行了归纳总结, 试图揭示孔的形成及孔形貌的调控等相关规律, 希望对后续的进一步研究与应用奠定基础.     

染料敏化太阳能电池的制作工艺及光伏特性实验教学研究

以TiO2基染料敏化太阳能电池(Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells,简称DSSC)的制作及其光伏特性实验研究为例,开展了太阳能电池精品实验建设。实验制作了纳米TiO2基DSSC,研究了四氯化钛前处理对DSSC光电性能的影响,计算了DSSC的各性能参数并对其微结构进行了表征。通过精品实验的训练,学生所学的理论知识得到综合应用,学生的创新实践能力和科学思维得到了提高。     

Fabrication and characteristics of high-K HfO2 gate dielectrics on n-germanium

This paper reports that the high-K HfO2 gate dielectrics are fabricated on n-germanium substrates by sputtering Hf on Ge and following by a furnace annealing. The impacts of sputtering ambient, annealing ambient and annealing temperature on the electrical properties of high-K HfO2 gate dielectrics on germanium substrates are investigated. Experimental results indicate that high-K HfO2 gate dielectrics on germanium substrates with good electrical characteristics are obtained, the electrical properties of high-K HfO2 gate dielectrics is strongly correlated with sputtering ambient, annealing ambient and annealing temperature.     

Detrended Fluctuation Analysis of Traffic Data

Different routing strategies may result in different behaviour of traffic on internet. We analyse the correlation of traffic data for three typical routing strategies by the detrended fluctuation analysis （DFA） and lind that the aregree of correlation of the data can be divided into three regions, i.e. weak, medium, and strong correlation. The DFA scalings are constants in both the regions of weak and strong correlations but monotonically increase in the region of medium correlation. We suggest that it is better to consider the traffic on complex network as three phases, i.e. the free, buffer, and congestion phase, than just as two phases believed before, i.e. the free and congestion phase.     

Generation of 17-TW 23-fs Pulses with a Two-Stage Ti：Sapphire Amplifier at Repetition Rate 10 Hz

We have developed a two-stage Ti：sapphire amplifier system which can produce 17- TW/23-fs pulses at a repetition rate 10Hz. A birefringent plate is used in the regenerative amplifier to alleviate gain narrowing, while an all- reflective cylindrical-mirror-based pulse stretcher and an acousto-optic programmable dispersive filter （AOPDF） are used to compensate for the higher order dispersion of the system.
