变线距光栅在同步辐射装置、激光核聚变装置上有着广阔的应用前景,它的制作和检测方法尚未成熟。用干涉法测量变线距光栅的线密度,给出了测量原理、实验中的光路、数据处理的方法、测量结果。在待测光栅表面,衍射光干涉条纹的数量和密度是入射光干涉条纹和倍增后光栅的刻线之差。采用共光路的方案,使光路具有很强的抗干扰能力。用中值滤波消除干涉图像中的干扰。针对不同的干涉条纹,讨论和比较了两种测量方法,提出相对密度不变性。证明了干涉法完全可以用于变线距光栅的线密度测量,并能达到一定的精度,初步解决了检测问题,认为这种方法也可以用于变线密度光栅的加工中。 相似文献

Based on the multiple-scattering self-consistent-field method, we have studied the photoabsorption spectra near the Si 2p thresholds of silane. According to our calculations, the clear assignments of the inner-shell photoabsorption spectra are provided. In comparison with the high-resolution experimental spectra, the geometric structure of the Si 2p-excited SiH_{4}^{**} is recommended to be of a C_{2v} symmetry. More specifically, the Si 2p-excited SiH_{4}^{**} have two bond lengths of 2.50 a.u. and another two bond lengths of 2.77 a.u., and the corresponding two bond angles are 104.0° and 112.5° respectively. 相似文献

A high yielding rice variety mutant (Oryza sativa L., Zhenhui 249) with low chlorophyll b (Chl b) has been discovered in natural fields. It has a quality character controlled by a pair of recessive genes (nuclear gene). The partial loss of Chl b in content affects the efficiency of light harvest in a light harvest complex (LHC), thus producing the difference of the exciting energy transfer and the efficiency of photochemistry conversion between the mutant and wild-type rice in photosynthetic unit. The efficiency of utilizing light energy is higher in the mutant than that in the wild-type rice relatively. For further discussion of the above-mentioned difference and learning about the mechanism of the increase in the photochemical efficiency of the mutant, the pico-second resolution fluorescence spectrum measurement with delay-frame-scanning single photon counting technique is adopted. Thylakoid membranes of the mutant and the wild-type rice are excited by an Ar^+ laser with a pulse width of 120 ps, repetition rate of 4 MHz and wavelength of 514 nm. Compared with the time and spectrum property of exciting fluorescence, conclusions of those ultrafast dynamic experiments are: 1) The speeds of the exciting energy transferred in photo-system I are faster than that in photo-system II in both samples. 2) The speeds of the exciting energy transfer of mutant sample are faster than those of the wild-type. This might be one of the major reasons why the efficiency of photosynthesis is higher in mutant than that in the wild-type rice. 相似文献

The reasons for low output power of AlGaInP Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) have been analysed. LEDs with AlGaInP material have high internal but low external quantum efficiency and much heat generated inside especially at a large injected current which would reduce both the internal and external quantum efficiencies. Two kinds of LEDs with the same active region but different window layers have been fabricated. The new window layer composed of textured 0.5 μm GaP and thin Indium-Tin-Oxide film has shown that low external quantum efficiency (EQE) has serious impaction on the internal quantum efficiency (IQE), because the carrier distribution will change with the body temperature increasing due to the heat inside, and the test results have shown the evidence of LEDs with lower output power and bigger wavelength red shift. 相似文献

When a single layer graphene is epitaxially grown on silicon carbide,it will exhibit a finite energy gap like a conventional semiconductor,and its energy dispersion is no longer linear in momentum in the low energy regime.In this paper,we have investigated the tunneling characteristics through a two-dimensional barrier in a single layer graphene with an energy gap.It is found that when the electron is at a zero angle of incidence,the transmission probability as a function of incidence energy has a gap.Away from the gap the transmission coefficient oscillates with incidence energy which is analogous to that of a conventional semiconductor.The conductance under zero temperature has a gap.The properties of electron transmission may be useful for developing graphene-based nano-electronics. 相似文献

A planar left-handed metamaterial(LHM) composed of electric resonator pairs is presented in this paper.Theoretical analysis,an equivalent circuit model and simulated results of a wedge sample show that this material exhibits a negative refraction pass-band around 9.6GHz under normal-incidence and is insensitive to a change in incidence angle.Furthermore,as the angle between the arm of the electric resonators and the strip connecting the arms increases,the frequency range of the pass-band shifts downwards.Consequently,this LHM guarantees a relatively stable torlerence of errors when it is practically fabricated.Moreover,it is a candidate for designing multi-band LHM through combining the resonator pairs with different angles. 相似文献
