The fermentation characteristics of Mortierella alpina were investigated in response to various nitrogen sources. Influences on nitrogen source and glucose uptake rate, mycelial morphology of M. alpina, and pH of medium in relation to different nitrogen sources were discussed. Effects of different nitrogen sources on cell growth, fatty acid composition, arachidonic acid (ARA), and total lipid concentration were also evaluated. It revealed that the maximum nitrogen source uptake ratio was obtained when corn steep liquor was used as nitrogen source. When yeast extract was used as the sole nitrogen source, glucose was completely exhausted at the end of fermentation. The maximum dry cell weight obtained from medium with yeast extract as nitrogen source had the highest total lipid concentration. Sodium nitrate was the favorable nitrogen source for ARA accumulation, and the highest ARA percentage in total fatty acids was obtained, 35.9%. Urea was identified as the favorable nitrogen source for ARA production, the highest ARA concentration obtained from urea was 5.8 g/l. Compared with inorganic nitrogen sources, organic nitrogen compounds are favorable for both cell growth and total lipids accumulation.  相似文献

New tribenzotriquinacene (TBTQ) hosts bearing six-fold peripheral benzofuran functionalization have been synthesized. The three polycondensed arene wings were shown to operate optically independently and to generate deeply bowl-shaped C(3v)-symmetrical frameworks that act as relatively weak hosts toward C(60), as revealed by (1)H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Nanowire solar cells: Pt nanoparticle (PtNP) decorated C/Si core/shell nanowire photoelectrochemical solar cells show high conversion efficiency of 10.86 % and excellent stability in aggressive electrolytes under 1-sun AM 1.5 G illumination. Superior device performance is achieved by improved surface passivation of the nanowires by carbon coating and enhanced interfacial charge transfer by PtNPs.  相似文献

Radiative energy losses are very important in regulating the cosmic ray electron and/or positron(CRE) spectrum during their propagation in the Milky Way. Particularly, the Klein–Nishina(KN) effect of the inverse Compton scattering(ICS) results in less efficient energy losses of high-energy electrons, which is expected to leave imprints on the propagated electron spectrum. It has been proposed that the hardening of CRE spectra around 50 GeV observed by Fermi-LAT, AMS-02, and DAMPE could be due to the KN effect. We show in this work that the transition from the Thomson regime to the KN regime of the ICS is actually quite smooth compared with the approximate treatment adopted in some previous works. As a result, the observed spectral hardening of CREs cannot be explained by the KN effect. It means that an additional hardening of the primary electrons spectrum is needed. We also provide a parameterized form for the accurate calculation of the ICS energy-loss rate in a wide energy range.  相似文献

The training effect and the hysteresis behaviour of the angular dependence of exchange bias are extensively investigated upon the variation of the IrMn layer thickness tXrMn in a series of Co/IrMn bilayers. When tIrMn is very small, both of them are negligible. Then they increase very sharply with increasing tUMn and then reach maxima at almost the same value OftXrMn. Finally they both decrease when tIrMn is further increased. The similar variation trends suggest that these phenomena arise from irreversible change of antiferromagnet spin orientations, according to the thermal activation model.  相似文献

从2-取代-3-芳基-4-噻唑啉酮(4a4e5)合成了三个系列新型噻唑啉酮衍生物, 即5-芳基亚甲基-4-噻唑啉酮(6a6j), 4-噻唑硫酮(7a7e8)和4-氰基亚胺基噻唑烷(11a11e12). 中间体4a4e5由醛、胺和巯基乙酸缩合得到. 所有化合物的结构均经元素分析和1H NMR确证, 并且采用X射线单晶衍射分析方法测定了化合物4b的结构. 初步生物活性试验结果表明, 部分标题化合物具有一定的杀菌活性和促进黄瓜子叶生根活性.  相似文献

以获得光参量啁啾脉冲放大系统主激光与抽运光两种波长、宽带、超短脉冲的产生及精密同步为目标,探索采用光孤子机制实现超宽带宽范围的可调谐超短脉冲产生. 数值模拟了孤子传输过程中的时域-频域演化过程及与其他非线性效应的相互作用过程和特性. 实验验证了利用光孤子机制产生可调谐脉冲的方法. 同时还观察到孤子的形成、分裂、自频移等现象,在可见光到近红外波段都演示了波长可调谐的输出特性,并且与理论分析结果符合较好. 关键词: 光参量啁啾脉冲放大 可调谐脉冲产生 非线性薛定谔方程 孤子机制  相似文献

采用杂化CIS-DFT方法研究了外电场对乙烯分子基态和激发态性质的影响,结果表明外电场对分子几何结构,总能量,偶极矩,极化率,振子强度和激发能有显著影响。CIS-DFT的优点在于它能确定外场下分子的对称性并且给出正确的激发顺序以及分子轨道的电子组态,由此导出乙烯分子的激发态,计算结果与实验一致。首次研究了乙烯分子的外电场效应。与其他从头算方法相比,杂化CIS-DFT方法计算精度和效率相对较高,可用于研究大分子体系。  相似文献

细电子束由加速器通过电子枪发射电子,经电子透镜及偏转射向目标靶.以SDS-3电子束曝光机为基础,完成了电子束Cockcroft-Walton加速器噪声抑制的最优状态实验.系统为加速器调整电路提供一个正比于输入电压的电流.补偿放大器是由一个主放大器和一个辅助放大器组成,辅助放大器消除了主放大器自身的失调漂移.文中介绍了复合调整式Cockcroft-Walton加速器的总体设计方案,给出了实现加速器高稳定度的关键技术措施.从加速器总输出中滤去噪声信号,获得稳定的输出电压,并使电子束曝光机刻蚀出的图形质量和线条分辨率都得到了提高  相似文献

Multi-wavelength seed laser can mitigate stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) and improve the output power of the narrow-linewidth fiber amplifier. In this present study~ coherent combining of two fiber amplifiers seeded by a multi-wavelength laser is proposed and demonstrated using stochastic parallel gradient descent (SPGD) algorithm. The long-exposure visibility of the far field interference pattern is increased from 0.15 to 0.97 when the system evolves from open-loop to closed-loop. The feasibility of coherent combining of fiber amplitlers seeded by multi-wavelength seed laser is validated.  相似文献
