γ-Fe2O3纳米粉的低热固相制备及其电磁损耗特性(英)

The Fe(OH)₃ precursor was prepared by solid -state reaction with Fe(NO₃)₃·9H₂O, NaOH and dispersed poly-ethylene glycol at low heating temperature(25 ℃). Synthesis of iron oxide (γ-Fe₂O₃) nanoparticle was achieved by thermal decomposition of Fe(OH)₃·xH₂O precursor. The nanoparticle was characterized by TG-DTA, X-ray diffra-ction, TEM etc. The results showed that the nanoparticle was composed of γ-Fe₂O₃ and was a better absorber for electromagnetic wave within the low frequency band.     

Aminopyrene functionalized mesoporous silica for the selective determination of resorcinol

Aminopyrene was convalently anchored onto the surface of mesoporous MCM-41 silica by post-grafting. This organic-inorganic hybrid has been applied as sensing material to phenols determination. Experimental results reveal that the functionalized material presents good sensitivity and selectivity towards resorcinol and can be used for resorcinol determination in water at pH 6.0. The fluorescence intensity of aminopyrene functionalized mesoporous silica decreases proportionally to the logarithm of resorcinol concentration in water. The linear range for resorcinol detection lies in 4.79-163 μM with a detection limit of 2.86 μM (S/N = 3).     

Four New Lariciresinol‐Based Lignan Glycosides from the Roots of Rhus javanica var. roxburghiana

The four new lariciresinol‐based lignan glycosides, (?)‐lariciresinol 4′‐(6″‐O‐feruloyl‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside) ( 1 ), (?)‐lariciresinol 4′‐(4″,6″‐di‐O‐feruloyl‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside) ( 2 ), 5,5′‐dimethoxylariciresinol 4′‐(4″,6″‐di‐O‐feruloyl)‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside) ( 3 ), and 4‐O‐[α‐(1,2‐dihydroxyethyl)syringyl]‐5,5′‐dimethoxylariciresinol 4′‐(4″,6″‐di‐O‐feruloyl‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside) ( 4 ), together with two known ones, lariciresinol 4′‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside) ( 5 ) and tortoside B ( 6 ), were isolated from the BuOH extract of Rhus javanica var. roxburghiana roots, and their structures were established by means of various spectroscopic techniques.     

An extended two‐dimensional copper–molybdate compound with mixed dicarboxyl and organodiamine ligands

The title complex, poly[di‐μ₃‐oxo‐hepta‐μ₂‐oxo‐tetra­oxo­bis(1,10‐phenanthroline)‐μ₄‐terephthalato‐dicopper(II)­tetra­molybdate(VI)], [Cu₂Mo₄(C₈H₄O₄)O₁₃(C₁₂H₈N₂)₂], represents a novel two‐dimensional copper–molybdate compound with mixed ligands. Tetra­nuclear molybdenum oxide clusters are joined through corner‐sharing into a ribbon‐like chain, with [Cu(phen)]²⁺ (phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline) complexes grafted onto either side. The terephthalate ligand lies about an inversion centre and links these chains to form a layer via Cu—O and Mo—O bonds. Face‐to‐face π–π stacking inter­actions between adjacent phen ligands stabilize the structure.     

5，10，15，20-四 [4-(4''-乙基哌嗪基)苯基]卟啉的合成及其与DNA的相互作用

基于卟啉对癌细胞的特殊亲和作用和哌嗪化合物的抗肿瘤、抗病毒作用，设计并合成了具有哌嗪结构的新型卟啉化合物5，10，15，20-四[4-(4'-乙基哌嗪基)苯基]卟啉（TEPPPH₂），其结构经UV-Vis, 元素分析，¹H NMR等手段证明。采用UV-Vis光谱和荧光光谱研究了TEPPPH₂和小牛胸腺DNA 的相互作用模式和结合机理。实验发现，TEPPPH₂能嵌入到DNA的碱基对中，1个小牛胸腺DNA分子对TEPPPH₂分子的最大结合数n约为88，结合常数为8.4×10⁶mol•L^-1 。TEPPPH₂与DNA的结合数和结合常数大于已知的四（4-N-甲基吡啶基）卟啉和Ca/sal-his、Ni/sal–aln型席夫碱抗癌药物。     

Isolation and purification of the bioactive carotenoid zeaxanthin from the microalga Microcystis aeruginosa by high-speed counter-current chromatography

High-speed counter-current chromatography was successfully applied for the first time to the isolation and purification of the bioactive carotenoid zeaxanthin from the cyanobacterium Microcystis aeruginosa. The crude zeaxanthin was obtained by extraction with organic solvents after the microalgal sample had been saponified. Preparative high-speed counter-current chromatography with a two-phase solvent system composed of n-hexane-ethyl acetate-ethanol-water (8:2:7:3, v/v/v/v) was successfully performed yielding zeaxanthin at 96.2% purity from 150 mg of the crude extract in a one-step separation. The recovery of zeaxanthin was 91.4%. This was also the first report that zeaxanthin was successfully separated and purified from microalgae.     

Enantioselective construction of carbobicyclic scaffolds

Allylic and benzylic Grignard reagents smoothly open phenylalkynyl-activated cyclic trisubstituted epoxides at the more substituted carbon atom to give secondary alcohols with a chiral quaternary center. These alcohols are good substrates for the construction of enantiomerically pure carbobicyclic scaffolds through intramolecular alkylation.     

Effects of Self—coiling of Organic Molecules on Intramolecular Exciplex Formation and Fluoresscence Quenching in DX—H2O Solvent System

Effects of self-coiling of organic molecules on intramolecular exciplex formation of compound I,in which the carbazole chromophore and terephthalic acid methylester acceptor group are linked by one (CH2)10 chain,and the decrease of the fluorescence intensities of compounds Ⅱ，Ⅲ，and Ⅳ,in which the carbazole chromophore and 3,5-dinitrobenzoate are connected by one aliphatic chain of (CH2)10 (Ⅱ），（CH2）12（Ⅲ）,or (CH2)4(Ⅳ）,have been studied in the dioxane (DX)-H2O binary system.The results show that self-coiling of organic molecules in DX-H2O facilitates intramolecular exciplex formation of I and induces the decrease of fluorescence intensities of Ⅱ,bacause of the proximity effect brought about by selfcoiling of organic molecules under hydrophobic-lipophilic interaction(HLI) between the excited carbazole chromophore and the acceptor.Since the similar effects are observed even when the concentration of the probes are less than their CAgCs(critical aggregate concentrations )in the DX-H2O mixture with the same φ values,formation of the intermolecular exciplex has been excluded.The effects are found to be strongly depended on φ values,indication that they are mainly driven by HLI.The properties of the acceptors can also affect the intramolecular exciplex formation.With terephthalic acid methylester moiety as the acceptor,the carbazole chromophore exhibits the fluorescence spectra of the exciplex,while with 3,5-dinitrobenzoate moiety as the acceptor,only the fluorescence spectra of excited carbazolyl chromophore are observed.     

Atom transfer radical homo‐ and block copolymerization of methyl 1‐bicyclobutanecarboxylate

A non‐olefinic monomer, methyl 1‐bicyclobutanecarboxylate (MBC), was successfully polymerized by the controlled/“living” atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) technique, resulting in a well‐defined homopolymer, PMBC, with only cyclobutane ring units in the polymer chain. An AB block copolymer poly(methyl 1‐bicyclobutanecarboxylate)‐b‐polystyrene (PMBC‐b‐PS), having an all‐ring unit segment, was also synthesized with narrow polydispersity and designed number‐average molecular weight in addition to precise end groups. The ¹H NMR spectra, glass‐transition temperature, and thermal stability of PMBC, PMBC‐b‐PS, and PS‐b‐PMBC were investigated.
