为了探索低温可调控ZnO薄膜沉积技术,提出了一种新的ZnO薄膜制备方法,即离化团簇束(ICB)法,并自行设计研制了应用该方法制备ZnO薄膜的专门装置.采用超音速喷嘴获得高速锌原子团簇束,用Hall等离子体源产生氧离子束离化锌原子团簇,获得了较高的离化率.在沉积过程中,可以通过调节衬底偏压、氩氧比、衬底加热温度等参数,来控制成膜的质量;应用这个装置成功地在硅衬底上制备的ZnO薄膜,经XRD和EDS检测,薄膜的c轴取向一致,Zn、O原子百分比接近于1:1,成膜质量好. 相似文献

NiSe2 tubular microcrystals assembled of nanoparticles have been prepared via a hydrothermal method in an ethanolamine and water mixed solution assisted by polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). The prepared tubular crystals with hexagonal structure are composed of nanoparticles with average diameter of 30 nm. It was found that the phase of the products could be adjusted by the molar ratio of the reactants (Ni/Se), and the morphology of the products could be greatly influenced by the quantity of surfactant PVA. Based on the experimental results, the possible formation mechanism of NiSe2 tubular microcrystals is also discussed. 相似文献

The self‐assembly of two enantiomerically pure hexa(oligo (p‐phenylene vinylene))‐substituted benzenes having 24 stereocenters was studied in pure methylcyclohexane (MCH) and in a mixture of MCH/toluene (4:1). Irrespective of the solvent a cooperative supramolecular polymerization mechanism was determined for these star‐shaped molecules by using temperature‐dependent CD and UV/Vis spectroscopy. Quite remarkably, a transition from one helical supramolecular state (A) to a second more thermodynamically stable supramolecular helical assembly (B) was observed. The rate of the A→B transition was strongly dependent on the nature of the solvent; being faster in the solvent mixture than in pure MCH. By using size exclusion chromatography we could relate the increased rate to a decreased stability of the supramolecular A state in the solvent mixture. Next, we mixed the two enantiomerically pure hexa‐substituted benzene derivatives in a so‐called majority‐rules experiment, which lead to the anitcipated chiral amplification in the A state. More importantly it appeared that the A→B transition was significantly hampered in these mixed systems. Furthermore, the absence of chiral amplification in the B state revealed the formation of separated enantiomerically pure assemblies. Therefore, by using a wide variety of spectroscopic and chromatographic techniques we determined the influence of solvent and enantiomeric purity on the transition between different supramolecular states. 相似文献

PbS microcrystals with a magic‐square‐shaped structure were successfully fabricated via a simple hydrothermal route, employing (CH3COO)2Pb and Na2S2O3 as the lead and sulfur source without the assistance of any surfactant or template. S2O32‐ ions acted not only a supplier of S2‐ ions but also a coordinating reagent. The formation of the above morphology was the direct result of the coordination between thiosulfate ions and lead ions. With the rising of modern data science, data-driven turbulence modeling with the aid of machine learning algorithms is becoming a new promising field. Many approaches are able to achieve better Reynolds stress prediction, with much lower modeling error( M), than traditional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS) models, but they still suffer from numerical error and stability issues when the mean velocity fields are estimated by solving RANS equations with the predicted Reynolds stresses. This fact illustrates that the error of solving the RANS equations( P) is also very important for a RANS simulation. In the present work, the error P is studied separately by using the Reynolds stresses obtained from direct numerical simulation(DNS)/highly resolved large-eddy simulation to minimize the modeling error M, and the sources of P are derived mathematically. For the implementations with known Reynolds stresses solely, we suggest to run an auxiliary RANS simulation to make a first guess on ν*t and S 0 i j. With around 10 iterations, the error of the streamwise velocity component could be reduced by about one-order of magnitude in flow over periodic hills. The present work is not to develop a new RANS model, but to clarify the facts that obtaining mean field with known Reynolds stresses is nontrivial and that the nonlinear part of the Reynolds stresses is very important in flow problems with separations. The proposed approach to reduce P may be very useful for the a posteriori applications of the data-driven turbulence models. 相似文献

The effects of argon (Ar) and a mixture of Ar and oxgyen(Ar/O2) plasmas on amorphous and semi‐crystalline poly(bisphenol A hexane ether) thin films were investigated by time‐of‐flight secondary ion mass spectroscopy (ToF‐SIMS) and principal component analysis (PCA). PCA results of the ToF‐SIMS spectra indicate that an Ar/O2 plasma produced less physical sputtering and had a higher chemical reactivity than did an Ar plasma, regardless of whether an amorphous or a crystalline surface was involved. However, the chemical differences between the Ar‐ and Ar/O2‐plasma‐treated semi‐crystalline films were much smaller. The observed results can be explained by the higher resistance of the polymer crystalline regions to physical sputtering and chemical etching. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

A novel flow injection procedure has been developed for the determination of tannic acid based on the inhibition of the chemiluminescences
in luminol-H2O2-Manganese tetrasulfonatophthalocyanine (MnTSPc) system by tannic acid. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive with a detection
limit of 8 × 10−10 mol·L−1 and a linear range of 7 × 10−9–5 × 10−6 mol·L−1. The relative standard deviation is 1.9% for eleven measurements of 5 × 10−7 mol·L−1 tannic acid. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of tannic acid in real Chinese gall and hop pellets

The copper oxide (CuO) hierarchical nanostructures were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal reaction, using copper(II) acetylacetonate and NaOH as the reactants. The morphologies of CuO nanostructures are strongly influenced by the dosage of copper(II) acetylacetonate, alkali concentration and reaction temperature. The possible formation process was also discussed on the basis of time‐dependent experiments. This simple solution‐phase method may be useful for morphological synthesis of other oxides nanocrystals. 相似文献
