在对4f光学成像系统中强散射体形成的像面散斑的统计特性的研究中, 首先通过散斑场光波复振幅的一般形式和双重指数函数近似求出散斑光强的系综平均, 然后利用散斑场光波复振幅的实部和虚部的旋转变换法求出散斑光强的方差, 最后得出了散斑对比度与随机表面统计参量和系统参量的直接表达式. 本结果与现有文献中包含随机表面相关面积或散射粒子数目的隐含表达式相比具有明显的改进, 并对标定随机表面的散斑对比度法具有重要意义. 关键词: 随机表面 像面散斑 对比度  相似文献

研究了高矫顽力型FeCrCo合金力学性能和微观结构间的关系.对抗弯强度和断裂韧性的测试 结果表明,高矫顽力型FeCrCo合金的力学性能远低于普通FeCrCo合金.透射电镜照片显示高 矫顽力合金的两相成分差较大;x射线衍射结果反映高矫顽力合金衍射峰强度较弱而半高宽 较大,说明高矫顽力合金中调幅分解进行彻底.合金中α1,α2两 相成分差的扩 大使晶格错配度增加,强度提高,韧性降低.这就是高矫顽力合金力学性能变差的原因. 关键词: 力学性能 调幅分解 抗弯强度 断裂韧性  相似文献

In this paper, we present the photoluminescence properties of Pr3+-, Sm3+- and Dy3+-doped germanate glasses and glass ceramics. From the X-ray diffraction measurement, the host glass structure was determined. These glasses have shown strong absorption bands in the near-infrared (NIR) region. Compared to Pr3+-, Sm3+- and Dy3+-doped glasses, their respective glass ceramics have shown stronger emissions due to the Ba2TiGe2O8 crystalline phase. For Pr3+-doped glass and glass ceramic, emission bands centered at 530 nm (3P03H5), 614 nm (3P03H6), 647 nm (3P03F2) and 686 nm (3P03F3) have been observed with 485 nm (3H43P0) excitation wavelength. Of them, 647 nm (3P03F2) has shown bright red emission. Emission bands of 4G5/26H5/2 (565 nm), 4G5/26H7/2 (602 nm) and 4G5/26H9/2 (648 nm) for the Sm3+:glass and glass ceramic, with excitation at 6H5/24F7/2 (405 nm) have been recorded. Of them, 4G5/26H7/2 (602 nm) has shown a bright orange emission. With regard to the Dy3+:glass and glass ceramic, a bright fluorescent yellow emission at 577 nm (4F9/26H13/2) has been observed, apart from 4F9/26H11/2 (667 nm) emission transition with an excitation at 454 nm (6H15/24I15/2) wavelength. The stimulated emission cross-sections of all the emission bands of Pr3+, Sm3+ and Dy3+:glasses and glass ceramics have been computed based on their measured full-width at half-maxima (FWHM, Δλ) and lifetimes (τm).  相似文献

This paper presents the design of a permanent magnet (PM) synchronous motor with the magnets laid flush in slots let into the rotor surface, called inset magnet rotor. The finite element field analysis coupled with the drive circuit equations are briefly discussed for obtaining the motor performance. The density functional calculations of the energy band structure and density of state for the tetragonal PbO-type phase α-FeSe and hexagonal NiAs-type phase β-FeSe are reported in this paper. The structural phase transition from tetragonal to hexagonal FeSe under high pressure is investigated, it is found that the calculated transition pressure for the αβ phase transformation is 8.5 GPa. Some fluctuations in the transition pressure maybe occurred by different external factors such as temperature and stress condition. There is about 17% volume collapse accompanying the αβ phase transformation.  相似文献

A phase sensitive Michelson interferometer based on interference microscope configuration with a polarization adjustment approach is proposed to determine the two-dimensional (2-D) surface profile of optical grating with real time capability. In the proposed method, nonlinear behavior of a PZT phase shifter is avoided by use of polarization stepping and a phase map is developed with the four-bucket algorithm. The phase map is unwrapped to give the true surface profile of the sample. A close agreement of measurements is found between the measured result determined by the proposed method and that determined by an atomic force microscope (AFM). We also analyzed the estimated uncertainty of measurement in the nanometer range for the random fluctuations of the experimental parameters.  相似文献

In a statistical ensemble with M microstates, we introduce an M × M correlation matrix with correlations among microstates as its elements. Eigen microstates of ensemble can be defined using eigenvectors of the correlation matrix. The eigenvalue normalized by M represents weight factor in the ensemble of the corresponding eigen microstate. In the limit M →∞, weight factors drop to zero in the ensemble without localization of the microstate. The finite limit of the weight factor when M →∞ indicates a condensation of the corresponding eigen microstate. This finding indicates a transition into a new phase characterized by the condensed eigen microstate. We propose a finite-size scaling relation of weight factors near critical point, which can be used to identify the phase transition and its universality class of general complex systems. The condensation of eigen microstate and the finite-size scaling relation of weight factors are confirmed using Monte Carlo data of one-dimensional and two-dimensional Ising models.  相似文献

本文构建了half-Heusler合金CoVTe和FeVTe.运用基于第一性原理的全势能线性缀加平面波方法,计算half-Heusler合金CoVTe和FeVTe的电子结构.电子结构的自旋极化计算结果表明,合金CoVTe和FeVTe具有半金属性,它们的半金属隙分别为0.21 eV和0.20 eV.磁性计算结果显示,合金CoVTe和FeVTe的晶胞总磁矩分别为2.00μ_B和1.00μ_B;合金晶胞中过渡金属V具有较强的原子磁矩,Te的原子磁矩较弱,而且为负值.使合金晶格均匀形变△a/a_0在±7%的范围内变化,分别计算CoVTe和FeVTe的电子结构.计算结果表明,晶格均匀形变△a/a_0分别为-7%—+7%和-4.8%—+7%时,合金CoVTe和FeVTe仍然保持半金属性,并且晶胞总磁矩分别稳定于2.00μ_B和1.00μ_B.  相似文献
