在超短超强飞秒SILEX-Ⅰ激光装置上,开展了薄膜靶激光质子加速的实验研究。实验发现激光预脉冲、靶厚度对质子加速有很大的影响。在激光强度3×1018~3×1019W/cm2条件下,采用前表面厚度为3μm铜、后表面镀4μm厚CH靶,质子的最大能量达到3.15 MeV。而对190 nm厚CH膜靶,质子的最大能量为0.54 MeV。初步研究了激光偏振对质子加速的影响,相同激光功率条件下,圆偏振激光加速产生的质子最大能量略低于P偏振打靶。这些结果与靶后鞘层加速机制相一致。 相似文献

We investigate the influence of Kerr medium on atomic population probability and residual entanglement of the system which consists of cascade-type three-level atoms and a bimodal cavity field filled with Kerr medium. The results show that the period of residual entanglement is shortened and the value of residual entanglement is enhanced by appropriately adjusting the nonlinear Kerr constant. Furthermore, we also study the influence of Kerr medium on entanglement evolution of the two atoms, and find that it decreases the value of entanglement between two atoms. 相似文献

Ti films with a thickness of 1.6 μm (group A) and 4.6 μm (group B) were prepared on surface of silicon crystal by metal vapor vacuum arc (MEVVA) ion implantation combined with ion beam assisted deposition (IBAD). Different anneal temperatures ranging from 100 to 500 °C were used to investigate effect of temperature on residual stress and mechanical properties of the Ti films. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to measure residual stress of the Ti films. The morphology, depth profile, roughness, nanohardness, and modulus of the Ti films were measured by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), scanning Auger nanoprobe (SAN), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and nanoindentation, respectively. The experimental results suggest that residual stress was sensitive to film thickness and anneal temperature. The critical temperatures of the sample groups A and B that residual stress changed from compressive to tensile were 404 and 428 °C, respectively. The mean surface roughness and grain size of the annealed Ti films increased with increasing anneal temperature. The values of nanohardness and modulus of the Ti films reached their maximum values near the surface, then, reached corresponding values with increasing depth of the indentation. The mechanism of stress relaxation of the Ti films is discussed in terms of re-crystallization and difference of coefficient of thermal expansion between Ti film and Si substrate. 相似文献

Investigating the inverse problem of the classical Markowitz mean-variance formulation: Given a mean-variance pair, find initial investment levels and their corresponding portfolio policies such that the given mean-variance pair can be realized, we reveal that any mean-variance pair inside the reachable region can be achieved by multiple portfolio policies associated with different initial investment levels. Therefore, in the mean-variance world for a market of all risky assets, the common belief of monotonicity: ‘The larger you invest, the larger expected future wealth you can expect for a given risk (variance) level’ does not hold, which stimulates us to extend the classical two-objective mean-variance framework to an expanded three-objective framework: to maximize the mean and minimize the variance of the final wealth as well as to minimize the initial investment level. As a result, we eliminate from the policy candidate list the set of pseudo efficient policies that are efficient in the original mean-variance space, but inefficient in this newly introduced three-dimensional objective space. 相似文献

以紫外-可见分光光度法为检测手段,研究了乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系萃取镉-碘化钾-丁基罗丹明B的离子缔合物的最佳条件.在0.5mol·L-1 H2SO4介质中,镉-碘化钾-丁基罗丹明B在乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系中形成稳定的蓝紫色缔合物.Cd2+在0-3μg/10mL范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9984,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.28×106L·mol-1·cm-1.在最佳萃取条件下,离子缔合物的最大萃取率可达98%,Cd2+能与干扰离子Zn2+、Fe3+、Co2+、Cu2+、Ni2+分离完全.该法不仅灵敏度高、选择性好,而且环保、简便快速、分相清晰,无需进行反萃取,具有很强的实用性. 相似文献

Ion funnel is a new-style ion guider which can reduce spatial divergence and energy dispersity of the transmission ions by using radio frequency (RF) electric field to confine the ions radially and the direct current (DC) axial electric field to move the ions toward the exit, and thus it can greatly increase the ion transmission efficiency and improve the sensitivity of the mass spectrometry. Since ion funnel was invented in 1997, it has attracted a close attention of mass spectrometry scientists all over the world. Ion funnel has been used in various kinds of mass spectrometry, and built a bridge with high efficiency ion transmission between low vacuum ionization source and high vacuum mass analyzer.
