An in situ reaction under hydro­thermal conditions leads to the formation of the title compound, diaqua­(pyridine‐2‐carboxyl­ato)­(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxyl­ato)indium(II) trihydrate, [In(C6H4NO2)(C7H3NO4)(H2O)2]·3H2O, in which the central InIII atom is seven‐coordinated by one pyridine‐2,6‐di­carboxyl­ate ligand, one pyridine‐2‐carboxyl­ate ligand and two water mol­ecules in a penta­gonal–bipyramidal coordination environment. An indium(III)–water chain based on an unusual water pentamer is observed.  相似文献

With P(CH3)3 as the probe molecule adsorbed on titanium silicalite (TS-1) zeolite, the special and important role of T12 site in MFI-type zeolite was clearly elucidated. There are altogether three active sites present in TS-1 zeolite with Ti at the T12 site. Owing to the preferential adsorption of probe molecules on the first Brönsted acidic site, the Ti12 center will probably fail to show Lewis acidity. The ionic [HP(CH3)3]+ species can be stabilized by the first or second Brönsted acidic site, with the former energetically favored. The latter was formed through the transfer of the ionic [HP(CH3)3]+ species from the first to the second Brönsted acidic site.  相似文献

Abstract

A phytochemical investigation on the stems of Mappianthus iodoides led to the isolation of a new naturally occurring prenylated isoflavone, mappianthone A (1), together with seven known analogues (2?8). The structure of 1 was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods and the known compounds were identified by comparison with data reported in the literature. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their antiproliferative activities against five human cancer cell lines: HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW480 in vitro. Compounds 1?8 showed significant antiproliferative effects against several human cancer cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 0.16 to 12.68?μM.

The cationic complex {[Ru]=C=CHCPh2CH2CH=CH2}BF4 (3a, [Ru] = (eta5-C5H5)(PPh3)2Ru) in solution transforms to {[Ru]=C=CHCH2CPh2CH=CH2}BF4 (4a) via a new metathesis process of the terminal vinyl group with the C=C of the vinylidene group which is confirmed by 13C labeling studies. This transformation is irreversible as revealed by deuteration and decomplexation studies. The cationic complex {[Ru]=C=CHCPh2CH2CMe=CH2}BF4 (3b) undergoes a cyclization process yielding 6b containing a eta2-cyclic allene ligand which is fully characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Analogous complexes 4a' and 6b' ([Ru] = (eta5-C5H5)(dppe)Ru) containing dppe ligands were similarly obtained from protonation of the corresponding acetylide complexes via formation of vinylidene intermediate. Protonation of the acetylide complex containing a terminal alkynyl group [Ru]-CCCPh2CH2CCH (2c) generates the vinylidene complex {[Ru]=C=CHCPh2CH2CCH}BF4 (3c) which again undergoes an irreversible transformation to give {[Ru]=C=CHCH2CPh2CCH}BF4 (4c) possibly via a pi-coordinated alkynyl complex followed by hydrogen and metal migration. No similar transformation is observed for the analogous dppe complex 3c'. With an extra methylene group, complex {[Ru]=C=CHCPh2CH2CH2CH=CH2}BF4 (3d) and complex {[Ru]=C=CHCPh2CH2Ph}BF4 (3e) are stable. The presence of a gem-diphenylmethylene moiety at the vinylidene ligand with the appropriate terminal vinyl or alkynyl group along with the correct steric environment implements such a novel reactivity in the ruthenium vinylidene complexes.  相似文献

Lewis acids such as ZrCl(4) or HfCl(4) catalyze the hydrostannation of acetylenes 1 by tributyltin hydride to produce the cis vinylstannanes 2 by regio- and stereoselective anti-hydrostannation. The hydrostannation of acetylenes using dibutyltin dihydride was also catalyzed by ZrCl(4) to give the stereodefined Z-Z divinyltin derivatives 4 by an anti-hydrostannation pathway. The use of nonpolar solvents such as toluene or hexane was essential for obtaining high stereoselectivity and chemical yield. Since ZrCl(4) and HfCl(4) are not soluble in such solvents, the hydrostannations were carried out in a heterogeneous system. The reactions of internal acetylenes with Bu(3)SnH proceeded smoothly, although the use of stoichiometric amounts of ZrCl(4) gave better results. The ZrCl(4)-catalyzed hydrostannation at 0 degrees C gave better yields and stereoselectivities than the reaction at room temperature. To help clalify the reason, the reaction of Bu(3)SnH with ZrCl(4) was monitored by (1)H and (119)Sn NMR spectroscopy, and it was found that Bu(3)SnH reacted with ZrCl(4) at room temperature to afford a mixture of tributyltin hydride, dibutyltin dihydride, and tetrabutyltin.  相似文献

The dynamic adsorption and desorption properties, including the effect of pH value and flow rate on the adsorption, eluent acidity and volume, eluting velocity and re-use, of Cu(II), Pb(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), Mn(II), Ni(II), Co(II) and Hg(II) ions on the column loaded with poly(acrylaminophosphonic-carboxyl-hydrazide) chelating fiber were investigated. The recovery of Mn(II), Co(II), Cd(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) ions in the presence of Na, K, Ca and Mg ions was examined. The preconcentration of trace amounts of Mn(II), Co(II), Cd(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) ions from model solution samples was carried out with satisfactory results. The amount of the metal ions detected after preconcentration and recovery by this technique was basically in agreement with the added amount. The method is rapid, precise and simple. 本文报告了298.1 K下甲酸钠(C_1), 乙酸钠(C_2)、丙酸钠(C_3)、丁酸钠(C_4)、戊酸钠(C_5)、已酸钠(C_6)和庚酸钠(C_7)七个盐对水溶液中乙醇、丙酮和乙腈三个溶质的活度系数的影响。实验方法是, 固定水溶液中乙醇、丙酮和乙腈的浓度(摩尔分数约为0.05), 用气相色谱法检测不同盐浓度下平衡气相中溶质分压的变化, 从而得出溶质的盐效应活度系数γ。本文给出了一个可以连续取样的气液平衡装置的设计。由实验结果可见, 不同碳链大小的脂肪酸根离子的盐效应作用差别很大。C_1、C_2的盐效应主要由于静电作用; 对C_3、C_4盐, 除静电作用外,它们的疏水基与溶质疏水基的相互作用对盐效应有显著影响; C_5、C_6和C_7的盐效应则反映了疏水离子的特色, 疏水水化、疏水相互作用、疏水离子形成的聚集体与不同官能团的特定相互作用等几项因素, 导致儿个溶质盐效应的差异。  相似文献

使用Visual Basic和QBasic程序,分别在Excel和DOS上,在不做任何化简的情况下,对塔板理论描述的柱内和柱外组分浓度分布进行了研究。发现符合线性分配的样品组分在色谱柱内存在3种不同的浓度分布形态,在色谱柱外则都是拖尾峰形态。分析了不同分配比对柱内和柱外浓度分布曲线最高点和次高点的影响。  相似文献

报导了α,ω-偶氮苯,紫精双发色团化合物的合成与性质研究,结果表明偶氮苯的光致顺反异构化以可调控与之相连的紫精与曙红络合行为,其作用程度的强弱与连接两者的亚甲基链的长度有关,借助HNMR通过对构象进行分析解释了上述的研究结果。  相似文献
