Ab initio Study of Mechanism of Forming Germanic Bis-Heterocyclic Compound Between Dichloro-Germylene Carbene (Cl2Ge=C:) and Formaldehyde 下载免费PDF全文
The mechanism of the cycloaddition reaction of forming germanic bis-heterocyclic compound between singlet dichloro-germylene carbene and formaldehyde has been investigated with CCSD(T)//MP2/6-31G* method, from the potential energy profile, we predict that the re-action has two competitive dominant reaction pathways. The presented rule of this reaction: the 2p unoccupied orbital of the C atom in dichloro-germylene carbene insert the π orbital of formaldehyde from oxygen side, resulting in the formation of intermediate. In the interme-diate and between two reactants, because of the two bonding π orbital in dichloro-germylene carbene and formaldehyde have occurred [2+2] cycloaddition reaction, forming two four-membered ring compounds in which Ge and O are in the opposite orientation and in the syn-position, respectively. Because of the unsaturated property of C atom from carbene in the two four-membered ring compounds, they further reacts with formaldehyde, resulting in the generation of two germanic bis-heterocyclic compounds. 相似文献

The geometry, the IR spectra, the molecular orbital, and the related energy of the planar double hydrogen-bonded imidazole–adenine–imidazole trimer are investigated employing the reliable B3LYP/6-311+G* method. The H bonds generated by NH group of adenine reduce significantly upon oxidation and the H atoms transfer in different degree for three isomers. Significant IR spectra red-shift occurs upon oxidation for all N–H···N H bonds. The HOMO orbital is employed to explain the variation of H-bond alkalescence, as is effective to reveal the geometry variations and the IR spectra shifts. Au/TiO2/graphene composite was synthesized by the combination of electrostatic attraction and photo-reduction method. In the composite, graphene sheets act as an adsorption site for dye molecules to provide a high concentration of dye near to the TiO2 and Au nanoparticles (NPs), and work as an excellent electron transporter to separate photoinduced e ?/h + pairs. Under UV irradiation, photogenerated electrons of TiO2 are transferred effectively to Au NPs and graphene sheets, respectively, retarding the recombination of electron–hole pairs. Under visible light irradiation, the Au NPs are photo-excited due to the surface plasmon resonance effect, and charge separation is accomplished by the interfacial electron injection from the Au NPs to the conduction band of TiO2 and then transfer further to graphene sheets. As a result, compared with pure TiO2, Au/TiO2/graphene composite exhibited much higher photocatalytic activity for degradation of methylene blue under both UV and visible light irradiation, based on the synergistic effect of Au, graphene in contact with TiO2, allowing response to the visible light, effective separation of photoinduced charges, and better adsorption of the dye molecules. 相似文献

A closed bipolar electrode (BPE) system was developed with electrochromic poly(3‐methylthiophene) (PMT) films electropolymerized on the ITO/rGO electrode as one pole of BPE in the reporting reservoir and the bare ITO electrode as another pole of BPE in the analyte reservoir, in which rGO represents reduced graphene oxide. Under a suitable driving voltage (Vtot), the electrochemical reduction/oxidation of electroactive probes, such as H2O2/glutathione (Glu), in the analyte reservoir could induce the reversible color change of PMT films in the reporting reservoir between blue and red. Based on this, a keypad lock with H2O2, Glu, and Vtot=?3.0 V as the three inputs and the color change of PMT films as the visible output was established.
