磺酸咔咯及其镓(Ⅲ)配合物与DNA的相互作用和光核酸酶活性

本文用紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱、圆二色光谱和粘度法研究了2,17-二(磺酸钠基)-5,10,15-三(五氟苯基)咔咯(1)及其镓配合物(1-Ga)与小牛胸腺DNA(ct-DNA)的相互作用。结果表明1和1-Ga通过外部结合的方式与ct-DNA相互作用,且结合能力1-Ga比1大。琼脂糖凝胶电泳实验显示1和1-Ga均具较好的光核酸酶活性,1-Ga光断裂DNA效果比1好,其光断裂机理与羟基自由基的产生有关。     

Lanthanide Cluster Organic Frameworks Derived from Pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate and Oxalate: Syntheses,Structures and Luminescence

Two novel cluster organic frameworks derived from pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate (PDA) and oxalate (ox^2?) have been hydrothermally made: [Eu₃(SO₄)(PDA)₃(ox)_0.5(H₂O)₅]·4H₂O (1) and Er(PDA)(ox)_0.5(H₂O) (2). Compound 1 possesses one-dimensional chain structure constructed from the alternate linkage of tetranuclear [Eu₄(SO₄)₂]⁸⁺ (Eu₄) and dinuclear [Eu₂(ox)]⁴⁺ (Eu₂) clusters. Compound 2 is a two-dimensional layer based on dimeric [Er₂(COO)₂]²⁺ (Er₂) cluster units. Interestingly, such layer can be intuitively viewed as the linkages of helical chains and oxalate. In these two compounds, all anions are bivalent, and the ratio of trivalent lanthanide ions to these dianions is 2:3. Furthermore, compound 1 exhibits strong red luminescence upon 276 nm excitation.     

锑的形态分析概述

对近年来锑的形态分析方法进行了综述。按不同的锑化合物分类,重点阐述了各种联用技术在锑化合物形态分析中的应用,并对锑的形态分析方法前景作了展望。     

Ne原子的1s光电离及其Auger衰变过程的理论研究

利用基于多组态Dirac-Fock理论方法的研究原子结构和性质的程序GRASP92和RATIP以及最新发展的研究光电离和辐射复合过程的程序RERR06,研究了光子能量为947.9 eV时Ne原子的1s光电子谱及其相应的Auger衰变过程.所得结果与其他的理论结果和实验结果符合得很好.通过分析光电离伴随态Ne⁺1s^-12p^-1（^1,3Ｐ）3p的Auger衰变过程可知：3p旁观的Auger跃迁是主要的衰变机制,Ne⁺1s^-12p^-1（¹Ｐ）3p的Auger强度整体上大于Ne⁺1s^-12p^-1（³Ｐ）3p的Auger强度.同时,也预言了光电离伴随态Ne⁺1s^-12p^-1（^1,3Ｐ）3p产生的Ne⁺,Ne²⁺和Ne³⁺末电离态离子的相对丰度分别为0.02,0.58和0.41. 关键词： 光电离 Auger衰变 多组态Dirac-Fock方法     

Nd掺杂对Bi4Ti3O12铁电薄膜的微结构和铁电性能的影响

利用溶胶-凝胶法在Pt/Ti/SiO₂/Si(100)衬底上制备了Nd掺杂Bi₄Ti₃O₁₂(Bi_4-xNd_xTi₃O₁₂, x=0.00,0.30,0.45,0.75,0.85,1.00,1.50)铁电薄膜样品.研究了Nd掺杂对Bi₄Ti₃O₁₂薄膜的微结构和铁电性能的影响.研究结果表明:Nd掺杂未改变Bi₄Ti₃O₁₂薄膜的基本晶体结构.在掺杂量x<0.45时,Nd³⁺只取代类钙钛矿层中的A位Bi³⁺.当x=0.45时,样品剩余极化强度达最大值,在270kV·cm^-1的电场下为32.7μC·cm^-2.掺杂量进一步增加时,结构无序度开始明显增大,Nd³⁺开始进入(Bi₂O₂)²⁺层,削弱其绝缘层和空间电荷库的作用,导致材料剩余极化逐渐下降.当掺杂量x达到1.50时,掺杂离子最终破坏(Bi₂O₂)²⁺层的结构,材料发生铁电-顺电相变.     

Preparation and Properties of Poly(aryl ether sulfone ketone) Ultrafiltration Membrane Containing Fluorene Group for High Temperature Condensed Water Treatment

Novel poly(aryl ether sulfone ketone)s(PAESK) were synthesized from bisphenol A(BPA),9,9′-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)fluorene(BHPF),4,4′-dichlorodiphenylsulfone(DCS) and 4,4′-difluorobenzophenone(DFB) via nucleophilic substitution polymerization,which were subsequently used to fabricate ultrafiltration membrane by phase-inversion method for high temperature condensed water treatment.The obtained high molecular weight co-polymers with fluorene group with good solubility and good thermal stability,can be easily cast into flexible,white and non-transparent flat films.The influence of molar ratio of BPA and BHPF on the properties of the prepared co-polymers and membranes was investigated in detail.SEM study of the morphology of the membranes indicated that the prepared membranes possessed homogeneous pores on the top surface and were sponge-like or finger-like in cross-section.Pure water flux of the membranes increased from 71.87 L·m~(-2)·h~(-1) to 247.65 L·m~(-2)·h~(-1),while the retention of BSA decreased slightly,and the water contact angle decreased from 82.1° to 55.6° with the PVP concentration from 0 wt% to 10 wt%.With increasing concentration of PVP,the mechanical properties of membranes decreased,while the thermal stability increased.The permeate flux measurement showed that the PAESK membrane had the potential for high temperature condensed water treatment.     

四（对—羟基）苯基卟啉配合物的傅里叶变换红外光声光谱

四（对-羟基）苯基卟啉（H2THPP）不仅能作为分析试剂，而且有一定的抗癌活性，还可作为合成卟啉类液晶材料的中间体．这种配体及其配合物由于颜色深、透光性能差和散射较强，用普通红外光谱法开展其振动光谱研究存在一定的困难．我们在用红外光声光谱（FTIR－PAS）技术[1]成功地研究了部分过渡金属、稀土金属叶琳配合物的基础上[2，3]，测试并研究了H2THPP及其Cr（III）、Mn（III）、Fe（III）、Co（II）、Ni（II）、Cu（II）、Zn（II）配合物在3700～200cm－1范围内的FTIR－PAS．对主要谱带进行了经验归属，讨论了配…     

Bis(2,2′-bipyridine)cobalt(III) complexes containing asymmetric ligands: Synthesis,DNA-binding and photocleavage studies

Three new Co^III complexes: [Co(bpy)₂(pdtb)]³⁺ (1), [Co(bpy)₂(pdta)]³⁺ (2) and [Co(bpy)₂(pdtp)]³⁺ (3) have been synthesized and characterized. The DNA binding behavior of the Co^III complexes has been investigated by spectroscopic methods and viscosity measurements. The results indicate that the size and shape of the intercalated ligand have a marked effect on the binding affinity of complexes involving CT-DNA. Complexes (2) and (3) have been found to promote cleavage of plasmid pBR 322 DNA from the supercoiled form I to the open circular form II upon irradiation. Photocleavage mechanisms are proposed.     

Some new three-term Hestenes–Stiefel conjugate gradient methods with affine combination

In this paper, a modified Hestenes–Stiefel conjugate gradient method for unconstrained problems is developed, which can achieves the twin goals of generating sufficient descent direction at each iteration as well as being close to the Newton direction. In our methods, the hybridization parameter can also be obtained based on other kinds of conjugacy conditions. Under mild condition, we establish their global convergence for general objective functions. Numerical experimentation with the new method indicates that it efficiently solves the test problems and therefore is promising.     

A bismuth(III) PVC membrane ion selective electrode based on 5-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol

The construction, performance characteristics and application of a new bismuth(III) PVC membrane electrode based on 5-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol are reported in this paper. The designed sensor exhibited a Nernstian response for Bi³⁺ ion ranging from 5.0×10^-7 mol/L to 1.0×10^-2 mol/L with a slope of 19.8 mV/decade. The operational pH range of the sensor is 3.0-6.0. The electrode shows a response time of 6 s and can be used for at least five weeks without any considerable divergence in potentials. It exhibits very good selectivity relative to a wide variety of alkali, alkaline earth, transition and heavy metal ions. The proposed electrode could be used as an indicator electrode in potentiometric titration of Bi³⁺ ions with EDTA and in the determination of Bi³⁺ content in stomach medicine.
