A new high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for measuring low molecular weight (LMW) thiol-containing compounds, including cysteine (CysH), glutathione (GSH), N-acetylcysteine (Nac), penicillamine (PA), and 2-mercaptoethanol (2-ME), has been developed by using 5-methyl-(2-(m-iodoacetylaminophenyl)benzoxazole (MIPBO) as fluorescence-labeling reagent. The derivatization and separation conditions have been investigated in detail. Detection limits ranging from 3.5 to 15.0 fmol were achieved for the thiols investigated in a 16 min separation with detection wavelengths 310 and 375 nm for the excitation and emission, respectively. The utility of the proposed method has been validated by measuring CysH in human urine samples.  相似文献

表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术是一种基于贵金属纳米结构基底对被检测物进行高灵敏度检测的一种方法.具有特殊纳米结构的贵金属表面受到激光的照射时,金属表面的自由电子会受到极大的振荡,当入射光频率与振荡频率相近时,则会发生表面等离子体共振现象(SPR),使金属表面的局域电场强度极大增强,入射光强度和散射光强度都得到成倍的放大,从而使吸附在贵金属纳米结构表面的分子的拉曼散射信号得到有效的增强.使用NaBH4还原-酸刻蚀模板法,制备了八面体Au/Ag复合纳米笼,其形貌规整,尺寸均匀约为600 nm,无Cu2O模板的残留,Au元素均匀负载在Ag纳米笼上,质量分数约为16.8%;Au/Ag复合纳米笼的紫外可见吸收峰相对于Ag纳米笼发生了红移,更重要的是,Au和Ag元素协同赋予了复合纳米笼超高的SERS灵敏度和重复性,Au/Ag复合纳米笼实现了对罗丹明6G的痕量检测(5×10-14 mol/L),通过时域有限差分法(FDTD)模拟证实:这主要归因于等离子共振作用产生的高电磁场强度;此外,Au元素的加入使Au/Ag复合纳米笼具有优异的抗氧化性和化学稳定性,即使在1%的H2O2溶液中浸泡3 h,仍然能够保持优异的SERS性能.八面体Au/Ag复合纳米笼有望成为一种具有应用前景的高灵敏度、高稳定性的SERS基底.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法制得了Fe-Al-P-O催化剂,采用IR、XRD、TEM、BET、TPR和微反等技术研究了催化剂的物化性质和反应性能。实验结果表明,Fe1/2-Al1/2-PO4由10 nm左右 FePO4和AlPO4微晶组合而成,其晶格氧的活泼性大于单纯FePO4,AlPO4在Fe1/2-Al1/2-PO4中起到分散FePO4微晶的作用;Fe1/2-Al1/2-PO4的反应性能与原料气组成密切相关,丙烯与O2的选择氧化产物主要是丙烯醛,原料气中加入H2后,反应产物以环氧丙烷为主,同时还有部分丙烯醛,原料气中引入水蒸气后,可进一步增加环氧丙烷的选择性及减少丙烯醛的产率;在0.1 MPa、200 ℃、C3H6/O2/H2/H2O/N2=1∶1∶1∶1∶6(mol比)和空速1 200 h-1条件下,丙烯的转化率为8.9%,环氧丙烷的选择性为81.0%。  相似文献

用溶剂蒸发法制备了以新型生物可降解材料聚羟基丁酸酯为载体、以安定为模药的缓释微球,讨论了药物与载体之比对药物含量与包封率的影响,以及制备微球条件对药物释放性能的影响;微球平均粒径为30~40μm,粒径分布在1~1.5之间,最大载药量为19.51%;最高包封率为67.11%;体外累积释放曲线呈“两相”释放特征并拌随初始的“突释效应”。扫描电镜观察微球表面呈皱缩表观形态结构,微球内部横断面具有孔道与孔  相似文献

This paper reports an investigation of the effects of solvent system, solution concentration, and applied electrostatic field strength (EFS) on the morphological appearance and/or size of as-spun cellulose acetate (CA) products. The single-solvent systems were acetone, chloroform, N,N -dimethylformamide (DMF), dichloromethane (DCM), methanol (MeOH), formic acid, and pyridine. The mixed-solvent systems were acetone–DMAc, chloroform–MeOH, and DCM–MeOH. Chloroform, DMF, DCM, MeOH, formic acid, and pyridine were able to dissolve CA, forming clear solutions (at 5% w/v), but electrospinning of these solutions produced mainly discrete beads. In contrast, electrospinning of the solution of CA in acetone produced short and beaded fibers. At the same solution concentration of 5% (w/v) electrospinning of the CA solutions was improved by addition of MeOH to either chloroform or DCM. For all the solvent systems investigated smooth fibers were obtained from 16% (w/v) CA solutions in 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 (v/v) acetone–DMAc, 14–20% (w/v) CA solutions in 2:1 (v/v) acetone–DMAc, and 8–12% (w/v) CA solutions in 4:1 (v/v) DCM–MeOH. For the as-spun fibers from CA solutions in acetone–DMAc the average diameter ranged between 0.14 and 0.37 μm whereas for the fibers from solutions in DCM–MeOH it ranged between 0.48 and 1.58 μm. After submersion in distilled water for 24 h the as-spun CA fibers swelled appreciably (i.e. from 620 to 1110%) but the physical integrity of the fibrous structure remained intact.  相似文献

Proton transfer along a single-file hydrogen-bonded water chain is elucidated with a special emphasis on the investigation of chain length, side water, and solvent effects, as well as the temperature and pressure dependences. The number of water molecules in the chain varies from one to nine. The proton can be transported to the acceptor fragment through the single-file hydrogen-bonded water wire which contains at most five water molecules. If the number of water molecule is more than five, the proton is trapped by the chain in the hydroxyl-centered H(7)O(3) (+) state. The farthest water molecule involved in the formation of H(7)O(3) (+) is the fifth one away from the donor fragment. These phenomena reappear in the molecular dynamics simulations. The energy of the system is reduced along with the proton conduction. The proton transfer mechanism can be altered by excess proton. The augmentation of the solvent dielectric constant weakens the stability of the system, but favors the proton transfer. NMR spin-spin coupling constants can be used as a criterion in judging whether the proton is transferred or not. The enhancement of temperature increases the thermal motion of the molecule, augments the internal energy of the system, and favors the proton transfer. The lengthening of the water wire increases the entropy of the system, concomitantly, the temperature dependence of the Gibbs free energy increases. The most favorable condition for the proton transfer along the H-bonded water wire is the four-water contained chain with side water attached near to the acceptor fragment in polar solvent under higher temperature.  相似文献

Binding ability of mercury, thallium, lead and bismuth with Erythrina variegata seed protein have been investigated using tracer packet technique. Due to the lack of standard methods, inter-comparisons have been made among three different approaches, like trichloroacetic acid (TCA) precipitation, isoelectric precipitation and dialysis of protein after incubation with the metals. 用X-射线单晶衍射法测定了硝酸镧与冠醚(2,2)配合物的晶体结构,发现其具有与报道的Eu(NO_3)_3(2,2)配合物不同的配位方式.晶体属于三斜晶系,空间群P(?),晶胞参数为a=10.312(2)(?);b=12.745(3)(?);c=8.917(2)(?);α=103.79(2)°;β=112.73(2)°;γ=83.68(2)°;V=1049.5(5)(?)~3;F(000)=587.88;Z=2.结构用重原子法解出;R值为0.0292.用INDO法计算了配合物的净电荷分布,电子结构、键级.结果表明,镧与配位原子间的键具有一定程度的共价性.镧的5d轨道对共价性的贡献最大,而4f轨道基本上不参与成键.La-N比La-O(醚)间存在较强的作用,增大了配合物的稳定性.  相似文献
