Binary polymer blends of hydrophobic poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) and hydrophilic poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) were prepared by melt blending. The crystallization behavior, mechanical properties and hydrophilicity of the binary blends were investigated using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), wide-angle X-ray diffractometry (WAXD), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) scanning, non-isothermal crystallization kinetics, successive self-nucleation and annealing (SSA) fractionation, tensile tests and contact angle tests. The analysis of FTIR, WAXD, DSC scanning, non-isothermal crystallization kinetics and SSA fractionation showed that the addition of PVP greatly influenced the crystallization behavior of the sample. As the PVP content increased, the crystallization temperature, crystallization rate, degree of crystallinity, and the amount of thick lamellaes decreased gradually. Meanwhile, PVP favored the formation of β-phase of PVDF. The results of tensile test revealed that the addition of PVP increased the elongation at break of the sample, and lowered the yield stress. Besides, the result of contact angle test indicated that the hydrophilicity of PVDF was remarkably improved in the presence PVP. The relationship between crystallization behavior and the tensile behavior, hydrophilicity were discussed.  相似文献

SO2–ethanol–water (SEW) fractionation process is a highly attractive platform for future lignocellulosic Biorefineries. Its governing advantages include high flexibility in the selection of the raw material, simple and efficient recovery of fractionation chemicals, absence of carbohydrate degradation (both cellulose and hemicelluloses), and high reaction rates. The process is suitable for production of various carbohydrate- and lignin-based products including papermaking pulp, glucose, bioalcohols and lignosulfonates. The present paper addresses the possibility of producing dissolving pulp from spruce using SEW fractionation followed by ECF bleaching with and without hot caustic extraction. Comprehensive characterisation of chemical and macromolecular properties of the SEW dissolving pulps was complemented by determining the quality of viscose. The comparison with conventional viscose-grade acid sulfite pulps revealed close proximity in all properties. Therefore, considering the advantages of SEW process, it is suggested as a possible replacement for acid sulfite process in dissolving pulp manufacturing.  相似文献

The chemical fixation of CO2 under mild reaction conditions is of significance from a sustainable chemistry viewpoint. Herein a CO2‐reactive protic ionic liquid (PIL), [HDBU+][TFE?], was designed by neutralization of the superbase 1,8‐diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec‐7‐ene (DBU) with a weak proton donor trifluoroethanol (TFE). As a bifunctional catalyst for simultaneously activating CO2 and the substrate, this PIL displayed excellent performance in catalyzing the reactions of CO2 with 2‐aminobenzonitriles at atmospheric pressure and room temperature, thus producing a series of quinazoline‐2,4(1H,3H)‐diones in excellent yields.  相似文献

Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) is an important biomarker, as high levels of ALP in blood can indicate liver disease or bone disorders. However, current clinical blood tests only measure the total concentration of ALP but are unable to distinguish enzyme isotypes. Here, we demonstrate a novel and rapid approach to profile various ALP isozymes in blood via a single-molecule-analysis platform. The microarray platform provides enzyme kinetics of hundreds of individual molecules at high throughput. Using these single molecule kinetics, we characterize the different activity profiles of ALP isotypes. By analyzing both healthy and disease samples, we found the single molecule activity distribution of ALP in serum reflects the health status of patients. This result demonstrates the potential utility of the method for improving the conventional ALP test, as well as for analyzing other enzymatic biomarkers, including enzyme isotypes.  相似文献

Hydrothermal carbonaceous materials and MnO2 have been proved to be promising adsorbents to remove organic dyes from wastewater. In this study, flexible MnO2 loaded hydrothermal carbon-coated electrospun poly-acrylonitrile(AC/MnO2/PAN) fiber membranes were fabricated by a facile one-step hydrothermal method and activated by NaOH solution. The composite fibers exhibited large adsorption capacity toward cationic dyes and excellent mechanical properties. The adsorption performance can be fitted well with pseudo-second-order model and Langmuir isotherm model. The maximum adsorption for methylene blue(MB), methyl violet(MV) and malachite green(MG) are 1173.27,1106.31 and 1129.89 mg/g, respectively, according to Langmuir fitting. The AC/MnO2/PAN fiber membrane also showed satisfactory performances for selective adsorption and recyclability. In addition, based on selective adsorption, the AC/MnO2/PAN fiber membranes that are repulsive to the anionic dye methyl orange(MO) can separate the MB/MO mixture solution by dynamic filtration. Thus, this work not only provides a facile strategy to fabricate large capacity adsorbents, but also demonstrates the potential applications in the dye wastewater treatment field.  相似文献

Conformational exchanges of synthetic macrocyclic acceptors are rather fast, which is rarely studied in the absence of guests. Here, we report multiple stimuli-responsive conformational exchanges between two preexisting conformations of 2,2′,4,4′-tetramethoxyl biphen[3]arene (MeBP3) macrocycle. Structures of these two conformations are both observed in solid state, and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and 2D NMR in solution. In particular, conformational exchanges can respond to solvents, temperatures, guest binding and acid/base addition. The current system may have a role to play in the construction of molecular switches and other stimuli-responsive systems.  相似文献

A catalytic enantioselective three-component Ugi reaction was developed. SPINOL-derived phosphoric acid with bulky 2,4,6-tricyclohexylphenyl groups at the 6,6′ positions was found to be the best catalyst to afford α-amino amide derivatives in good to excellent yields(62% to 99%) and enantiocontrol(81% to 99% enantiomeric excess). This asymmetric reaction was applicable well to an array of aliphatic aldehydes. The gram-scale synthesis, modification of dapsone, and enantioselective synthesis of(R)-Lacosamide underline the general utility of this methodology. Influence of dihedral angles and substituents of the chiral phosphoric acids on the enantioselectivity was also discussed in this article.  相似文献

Based on B-spline wavelet on the interval (BSWI), two classes of truncated conicalshell elements were constructed to solve axisymmetric problems, i.e. BSWI thin truncated conicalshell element and BSWI moderately thick truncated conical shell element with independent slope-deformation interpolation. In the construction of wavelet-based element, instead of traditionalpolynomial interpolation, the scaling functions of BSWI were employed to form the shape functionsthrough the constructed elemental transformation matrix,and then construct BSWI element viathe variational principle. Unlike the process of direct wavelets adding in the wavelet Galerkinmethod, the elemental displacement field represented by the coefficients of wavelets expansionwas transformed into edges and internal modes via the constructed transformation matrix. BSWIelement combines the accuracy of B-spline function approximation and various wavelet-basedelements for structural analysis. Some static and dynamic numerical examples of conical shellswere studied to demonstrate the present element with higher efficiency and precision than thetraditional element.  相似文献

通过冲击摆实验,测量了激光推力器在不同气体工质(氩气,氦气)、不同工作压力条件下的冲量耦合系数,比较了不同气体对激光推力器冲量耦合系数的影响.实验结果表明:冲量耦合系数随着环境压力的下降而下降,并且下降趋势越来越快;在氩气中测量的冲量耦合系数比氦气的高;实验产生误差的主要因素是摆角的测量误差.  相似文献
