A novel catalyst-free Csp3-H aryloxylation approach allowing for rapid installation of a wide range of aryloxyl groups regioselectively at the C-4 position of Tanshinone IIA under simple and mild conditions was developed. Lipid peroxidation (LPO) is one of the most damaging processes in chemodynamic therapy (CDT). Although it is well known that polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) are much more susceptible than saturated or monounsaturated ones to LPO, there is no study exploring the effect of cell membrane unsaturation degree on CDT. Here, we report a self-reinforcing CDT agent (denoted as OA@Fe-SAC@EM NPs), consisting of oleanolic acid (OA)-loaded iron single-atom catalyst (Fe-SAC)-embedded hollow carbon nanospheres encapsulated by an erythrocyte membrane (EM), which promotes LPO to improve chemodynamic efficacy via modulating the degree of membrane unsaturation. Upon uptake of OA@Fe-SAC@EM NPs by cancer cells, Fe-SAC-catalyzed conversion of endogenous hydrogen peroxide into hydroxyl radicals, in addition to initiating the chemodynamic therapeutic process, causes the dissociation of the EM shell and the ensuing release of OA that can enrich cellular membranes with PUFAs, enabling LPO amplification-enhanced CDT.  相似文献

Cancer stands as a serious malady, posing substantial risks to human well-being and survival. This underscores the paramount necessity to explore and investigate novel antitumor medications. Nitrogen-containing compounds, especially those derived from natural sources, form a highly significant category of antitumor agents. Among these, antitumor agents with six-membered aromatic nitrogen heterocycles have consistently attracted the attention of chemists and pharmacologists. Accordingly, we present a comprehensive summary of synthetic strategies and clinical implications of these compounds in this review. This entails an in-depth analysis of synthesis pathways for pyridine, quinoline, pyrimidine, and quinazoline. Additionally, we explore the historical progression, targets, mechanisms of action, and clinical effectiveness of small molecule inhibitors possessing these structural features.  相似文献

Peripheral nerve injury is a common complication of accidents and diseases. The traditional autologous nerve graft approach remains the gold standard for the treatment of nerve injuries. While sources of autologous nerve grafts are very limited and difficult to obtain. Nerve guidance conduits are widely used in the treatment of peripheral nerve injuries as an alternative to nerve autografts and allografts. However, the development of nerve conduits does not meet the needs of large gap peripheral nerve injury. Functional nerve conduits can provide a good microenvironment for axon elongation and myelin regeneration. Herein, the manufacturing methods and different design types of functional bridging nerve conduits for nerve conduits combined with electrical or magnetic stimulation and loaded with Schwann cells, etc., are summarized. It summarizes the literature and finds that the technical solutions of functional nerve conduits with electrical stimulation, magnetic stimulation and nerve conduits combined with Schwann cells can be used as effective strategies for bridging large gap nerve injury and provide an effective way for the study of large gap nerve injury repair. In addition, functional nerve conduits provide a new way to construct delivery systems for drugs and growth factors in vivo.  相似文献

显微荧光光谱已经成为流体包裹体系统测试分析中较为成熟的一项技术,可用于区分不同类型的原油与油包裹体,从而为研究含油气盆地的油气成藏历史提供重要依据。不同来源的原油在运聚的过程中可能会发生不同程度的混合作用,为了有效识别这一类地质过程,基于不同比例的原油配比混合实验,研究原油混合后的显微荧光光谱的具体变化特征。结果表明: 原油混源使得显微荧光光谱参数λmax,QF-535和CIE-XY发生了非线性变化,具体表现为混源后原油的荧光光谱参数均介于两个端元油之间,混源油中某一端元油的比例越大,其荧光光谱参数越靠近这一端元油。在CIE-XY色品图中主要表现为非线性渐变的荧光颜色特征。光谱谱形的改变主要表现为谱形由“单峰型”变为“双峰型”和“三峰型”,同时主峰波长和次峰波长保留了两个端元油的信息;QF-535与混源比例可建立曲线用来定量计算两端元油的相对贡献度。综合上述荧光光谱参数和谱形的变化特征,利用原油和油包裹体的显微荧光分析,识别出东海盆地西湖凹陷A气田有三种不同类型原油充注,中间还发生了一次原油混源作用,即蓝绿色荧光原油和黄色荧光原油发生了混合,定量计算其混源程度为介于47%~55%。  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of controller design for Lur’e systems guaranteeing dichotomy is investigated. On the basis of Kalman-Yakubovich-Popov (KYP) lemma and two frequency equalities, a new methodology for the dichotomy analysis of the Lur’e systems is proposed. A linear matrix inequality (LMI) based criterion is derived, which is equivalent to the Leonov’s frequency-domain one, while for the dichotomy analysis and synthesis which is more straightforward than the frequency-domain one. In virtue of this result, a dynamic output feedback controller ensuring the dichotomy property for Lur’e systems is designed. Finally a numerical example is included to demonstrate the validity and the applicability of the proposed approach.  相似文献

以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O和Ti(OC4H9)4为原料,采用自组装单层膜技术,在负载有功能化三氯十八烷基硅烷(octadecyl-trichloro-silane,OTS)的FTO基板上制备了Bi2Ti2O7 薄膜。基板表面的亲水性测试表明,紫外照射使OTS自组装单层膜表面由疏水转变为亲水,实现功能化。借助X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线能量色散谱(EDS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)分析分别对Bi2Ti2O7薄膜的组成、结构和微观形貌进行了表征。结果表明,沉积溶液浓度为0.02 mol·L-1时,所得Bi2Ti2O7薄膜均匀致密。560 ℃热处理1 h、厚度为0.4 μm的Bi2Ti2O7薄膜在100 kHz的介电常数为153,介电损耗为0.089。  相似文献
