基于第一性原理平面波赝势(PWP)和广义梯度近似(GGA)方法,对闪锌矿结构(ZB)和岩盐结构(RS)的ZnSe在0—20GPa高压下的几何结构、态密度、能带结构进行了计算研究,分析了闪锌矿结构ZnSe和岩盐结构ZnSe的几何结构.在此基础上,研究了ZnSe的结构相变、弹性常数、成键情况以及相变压强下电子结构的变化机理.结果发现:通过焓相等原理得到的ZB相到RS相的相变压强为15.3GPa,而由弹性常数判据得到的相变压强为11.52GPa,但在9.5GPa左右并没有发现简单立方相的出现;在结构相变过程中,sp3轨道杂化现象并未消除,Zn原子的4s电子在RS相ZnSe的导电性中起主要贡献. 相似文献

The accelerator-generating 6.13~MeV pulsed Gamma by
19F(p, αγ )160 reaction usually synchronizes
with an intense bremsstrahlung x-ray which has a maximum energy of
1~MeV. This paper proposes a new method, named the scattering and
absorbing method, to diagnose the 6.13~MeV Gamma. This method
includes two parts: the detector and a scatterer placed in front of
the detector. The detector converts the Gamma to electrons and then
collects the electrons by a scintillator. In order to restrain the
interference of the low-energy background, the scintillator collects the
electrons at a small angle. The scintillator is wrapped with
electro-absorbing material to absorb the low-energy electrons
generated by background x-rays. The theoretical sensitivity ratio of
6.13~MeV Gamma to 1~MeV x-rays is greater than 150. The scatterer is a
pretreatment tool to scatter some background x-rays away from the
radial beam before they enter the detector. By varying the length,
the scatterer can reduce the background x-rays to an acceptable level for

分析了温度梯度和均匀温度对潜望式激光通信终端反射镜形变的影响,利用椭圆域上的Zernike多项式对椭圆反射镜的波前进行拟合,计算由于热形变导致的波前畸变误差,给出了星间激光通信终端反射镜均方根值、发射光束瞄准误差、接收端光强随温度梯度和均匀温度的变化关系。结果表明:温度梯度对反射镜的影响只是引起峰值光强的漂移和少许下降,当温度梯度为14 ℃/m时瞄准误差达2.1 μrad。均匀温度会引起接收端的光强分布变化,从而导致很大的瞄准误差和光强衰减,当均匀温度与参考温度的差值小于0.6 ℃时,由波前畸变误差引起的瞄准误差小于1 μrad,当差值大于0.6 ℃时,瞄准误差突然增大到几μrad,接收端光强分布发生变化,此时反射镜热形变引起的像散项对光强分布起重要作用。 相似文献

This study presents a two-dimensional phononic crystal with heat flux manipulation and wide bandgaps of out-of-plane modes within the low-frequency range. The anisotropic matrix made of spiral-multilayered materials with different thermal conductivities, and the coating layer inserted with metal are designed for heat flux manipulation. Rubber-coated metal cylinders are periodically embedded in the anisotropic matrix to obtain the low-frequency bandgaps of out-of-plane modes. Numerical simulation is carried out to validate the heat and elastic characteristics of the spiral-multilayered anisotropic structure and reveal the effects of the laying angle and temperature on the bandgaps. Subsequently, a spiral-multilayered plate with periodic structures is studied, which shows an obvious vibration attenuation in the frequency ranges of the bandgaps and a deflected heat flux from the initial propagation direction. In the experimental investigation, the multi-phase spiral-multilayered anisotropic plate is simplified to a single-phase anisotropic plate made of aluminum. The characteristics of this type of anisotropic phononic crystal structure may pave the way for the design of a new kind of thermo-acoustic metamaterial serving in combined thermal and acoustic environments. 相似文献

According to a corrected dispersion relation proposed in the study on the string theory and quantum gravity theory, the Rarita-Schwinger equation was precisely modified, which resulted in the Rarita-Schwinger-Hamilton-Jacobi equation. Using this equation, the characteristics of arbitrary spin fermion quantum tunneling radiation from non-stationary Kerr-de Sitter black holes were determined. A number of accurately corrected physical quantities, such as surface gravity, chemical potential, tunneling probability, and Hawking temperature, which describe the properties of black holes, were derived. Propagation dynamics of the cosh-Airy vortex(CAiV) beams in a chiral medium is investigated analytically with Huygens–Fresnel diffraction integral formula. The results show that the CAiV beams are split into the left circularly polarized vortex(LCPV) beams and the right circularly polarized vortex(RCPV) beams with different propagation trajectories in the chiral medium. We mainly investigate the effect of the cosh parameter on the propagation process of the CAiV beams.The propagation characteristics, including intensity distribution, propagation trajectory, peak intensity, main lobe's intensity, Poynting vector, and angular momentum are discussed in detail. We find that the cosh parameter affects the intensity distribution of the CAiV beams but not its propagation trajectory. As the cosh parameter increases, the distribution areas of the LCPV and RCPV beams become wider, and the side lobe's intensity and peak intensity become larger. Besides, the main lobe's intensity of the LCPV and RCPV beams increase with the increase of the cosh parameter at a farther propagation distance, which is confirmed by the variation trend of the Poynting vector. It is significant that we can vary the cosh parameter to control the intensity distribution, main lobe's intensity, and peak intensity of the CAiV beams without changing the propagation trajectory. Our results may provide some support for applications of the CAiV beams in optical micromanipulation. 相似文献
