建立了涵盖稳定腔和非稳腔的激光有源理论模型和激光开式谐振腔的边界条件。根据定态薛定谔方程与亥姆霍兹方程的等价性,采用量子力学方法求解谐振腔的亥姆霍兹波动方程,得到满足方程、边界条件、矩阵光学、稳定条件的本征解和本征方程。根据本征方程推导出横模数目随耦合率变化的规律,进而推导出激光输出功率随耦合率变化公式,以及激光输出功率随放大率的变化规律。该理论模型能够从稳定腔自然过渡到非稳腔,在小耦合率情况下退化到与传统公式基本一致的形式,又能在大耦合率情形下与实验结果符合得很好。  相似文献

建立了固体激光微通道冷却器数学模型,运用商业软件Fluent进行求解计算,并与文献中数据进行对比,验证了模型的可靠性。分析微通道尺寸及结构对转捩雷诺数影响,结果表明:微通道当量直径对于转捩雷诺数影响甚微,收缩比的大小是引起转捩雷诺数不同的关键因素,最终确定了不同收缩比下的转捩雷诺数。  相似文献

Cu-based catalysts have been widely applied in electroreduction of carbon dioxide (CO2ER) to produce multicarbon (C2+) feedstocks (e.g., C2H4). However, the high energy barriers for CO2 activation on the Cu surface is a challenge for a high catalytic efficiency and product selectivity. Herein, we developed an in situ *CO generation and spillover strategy by engineering single Ni atoms on a pyridinic N-enriched carbon support with a sodalite (SOD) topology (Ni-SOD/NC) that acted as a donor to feed adjacent Cu nanoparticles (NPs) with *CO intermediate. As a result, a high C2H4 selectivity of 62.5 % and an industrial-level current density of 160 mA cm−2 at a low potential of −0.72 V were achieved. Our studies revealed that the isolated NiN3 active sites with adjacent pyridinic N species facilitated the *CO desorption and the massive *CO intermediate released from Ni-SOD/NC then overflowed to Cu NPs surface to enrich the *CO coverage for improving the selectivity of CO2ER to C2H4.  相似文献

We present a newly designed soft plasma ionization (SPI) source developed for mass spectrometric study of organic compounds in this study. The SPI cell having a relatively small size consists of a hollow anode and a hollow mesh cathode. The voltage–current characteristic depending on the pressure was investigated, indicating that it has similar characteristics to conventional hollow cathode glow discharges. To investigate the emission characteristics of the SPI source, some molecular band emission spectra (N2, N2+ and OH+) were measured by using argon and helium discharge gases. The SPI source was installed to a commercially used quadrupole mass analyzer for analyzing organic compounds. To demonstrate the SPI source, the mass spectra of some organic compounds (methylene chloride, toluene, benzene, cyclohexane and chloroform) were measured. The organic compounds were ionized with good stability in the plasma, and the fragmentation depended on the applied current. When helium and argon gases were used as the discharge gas, the helium plasma was more suitable for SPI-MS rather than argon because the argon plasma not only suffers from spectral interference but also has lower sensitivity.  相似文献

An investigation was conducted to determine whether the cross-metathesis (CM) of allyl halides tolerates amide groups. The results show that the ruthenium-based complexes IIII serve as poor catalysts for the CM of allyl halides with olefins that contain an N,N-dimethylamide group. In contrast, the Grubbs–Hoveyda–Blechert second generation catalyst (III) efficiently promotes these processes with olefins bearing a Weinreb amide group. Lastly, a reinvestigation of the ester group tolerance of the allyl halide CM with unsaturated esters demonstrated that III serves as an efficient catalyst for these reactions.  相似文献

This unique structure was produced through selective etching of {100} facets by in situ generated Br(-) ions. MnO(2)/TiN nanotubes are fabricated using facile deposition techniques to maximize the surface area of the electroactive material for use in electrochemical capacitors. Atomic layer deposition is used to deposit conformal nanotubes within an anodic aluminium oxide template. After template removal, the inner and outer surfaces of the TiN nanotubes are exposed for electrochemical deposition of manganese oxide. Electron microscopy shows that the MnO(2) is deposited on both the inside and outside of TiN nanotubes, forming the MnO(2)/TiN nanotubes. Cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge curves are used to characterize the electrochemical properties of the MnO(2)/TiN nanotubes. Due to the close proximity of MnO(2) with the highly conductive TiN as well as the overall high surface area, the nanotubes show very high specific capacitance (662 F g(-1) reported at 45 A g(-1)) as a supercapacitor electrode material. The highly conductive and mechanically stable TiN greatly enhances the flow of electrons to the MnO(2) material, while the high aspect ratio nanostructure of TiN creates a large surface area for short diffusion paths for cations thus improving high power. Combining the favourable structural, electrical and energy properties of MnO(2) and TiN into one system allows for a promising electrode material for supercapacitors.  相似文献

The jet-cooled 2-fluoro-m-xylyl radical was generated and vibronically excited in a corona excited supersonic expansion from precursor 2-fluoro-m-xylene seeded in a large amount of carrier gas helium. The well-resolved visible vibronic emission spectrum of the jet-cooled 2-fluoro-m-xylyl radical was recorded using a long-path monochromator. From the analysis of the spectrum, we determine an accurate electronic energy of the D(1) → D(0) transition and the frequencies of vibrational modes in the ground electronic state by comparison with those of ab initio calculations and the known spectroscopic data of 2-fluoro-m-xylene for the first time.  相似文献

Various bioactivities of the starfish hatching enzyme (HE) including collagen gel contraction, MMPs activity, hydroxyproline release, and gene regulation based on the fibroblast-populated collagen lattice (FPCL) in three-dimensional medium were investigated for the improvement of scar and keloid. The starfish HE significantly inhibited the collagen gel contraction over 2 days of culture. MMP-2 and MMP-9 activities were also identified by gelatin zymography and RT-PCR products with both HE and collagenase treatments, which resulted in the high amount of hydroxyproline release. The HE treatment on the FPCL significantly inhibited the fibroblast proliferation at 3 days of culture. The LPS-induced NO level and iNOS mRNA expression at low concentrations of HE presented a certain ability to inflammatory response. The COX-2 mRNA from the FPCL indicated no significant inflammation-mediated activity at 5 μg/mL of HE, whereas the cytokines of TNF-α and IL-1β were significantly higher than those of the control. Hence, the starfish hatching enzyme can regulate the fibroblast-populated collagen gel conditions by the contraction, MMP production, inflammatory gene expression, etc. Therefore, the starfish HE could be a potential cosmeceutical to heal the scar and keloid tissue.  相似文献
