Three oxovanadium complexes, namely [VO(NOSAA)(bpy)] (1) (NOSAA = 2-hydroxy-5-nitrosalicylidene anthranilic acid, bpy = 2,2′-bipyridyl), [VO(NOSAA)(4,4′-dimebpy)] (2) (4,4′-dimebpy = 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′- bipyridyl), and [VO(NOSAA)(phen)] (3) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), have been prepared and characterized. The binding modes and strengths of these complexes with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) were studied using various techniques. The chemical nuclease activities and photocleavage reactions of the complexes were also tested. All three complexes interact with CT-DNA through intercalative modes, and complex 3 possesses the largest binding affinity. All three complexes can efficiently cleave pBR322 DNA upon irradiation or under physiological conditions in the presence of H2O2, and complex 3 has the best cleaving ability. In vitro experimental results showed that the three complexes are cytotoxic against myeloma (Ag8.653) and gliomas (U251) cell lines and complex 3 again showed the highest efficacy.  相似文献

Graphene oxide (GO) particles in aqueous dispersions can form liquid crystal (LC) phases at extremely low concentrations due to the extremely high aspect ratio of the flakes and noticeably, they possess an extremely large Kerr coefficient attractive for low power consumption electro‐optic devices. Reduced graphene does not easily form LC phases in water due to its hydrophobic nature but here we show that stable dispersions of reduced graphene oxide can be realized with surfactants and that they exhibit birefringence upon shearing as well as under application of electric fields. The performance of the system is largely superior to GO LC possessing longer time stability and drastically improved electro‐optic properties with an induced birefringence twice as large at the same field strength thanks to the almost recovery of graphene properties upon reduction. In this paper we consider the ‐graded parity generalizing the ordinary (or Z2‐graded ) parity. Using the ‐graded parity operator, we discuss the minimal bosonization of the N=2 SUSY with ‐graded parity. The lowest energy level is shown to be infinitely degenerate. In order to avoid the infinite degeneracy of the ground state we introduce the paraboson algebra to obtain the para‐supersymmetry. Finally, we discuss the hidden SUSY with Z3‐graded parity.  相似文献

This paper addresses a construction of new q‐Hermite polynomials with a full characterization of their main properties and corresponding raising and lowering operator algebra. The three‐term recursive relation as well as the second‐order differential equation obeyed by these new polynomials are explicitly derived. Relevant operator actions, including the eigenvalue problem of the deformed oscillator and the self‐adjointness of the related position and momentum operators, are investigated and analyzed. The associated coherent states are constructed and discussed with an explicit resolution of the induced moment problem. The phase collapse in a q‐deformed boson system is studied.  相似文献

2,4-Hexadiyn-1,6-diol (HDO) was polymerized on glass and silicon plates by chemical vapor deposition without transition metal catalysis to form homogeneous thin films. Structural properties of the films were investigated by FT-IR, UV-visible, Raman, x-ray diffraction, and XPS spectroscopic analyses. The structure of CVD-polymerized HDO (CVD-PHDO) films was different from that of metathesis polymerized HDO (metathesis-PHDO), showing a polyacene-based structure but no polyene structure with acetylenic side groups. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

A novel plasmonic polarization filter based on the diamond-shape photonic crystal fiber(PCF) is proposed. The resonant coupling characteristics of the PCF polarization filter are investigated by the full-vector finite-element method. By optimizing the geometric parameters of the PCF, when the fiber length is 5 mm, the polarization filter has a bandwidth of 990 nm and an extinction ratio(ER) of lower than -20 dB. Moreover, a single wavelength polarization filter can also be achieved, along with an ER of -279.78 dB at wavelength 1.55 μm. It is believed that the proposed PCF polarization filter will be very useful in laser and optical communication systems.  相似文献
