Optical characterization of bromo-alkoxyl-substituted copper phthalocyanine derivative thin films

A series of thin films of copper phthalocyanine derivatives with bromine and alkoxyl substituents [CuPc(OC₈H₁₇)₄Br_m, m=0,1,2,4] were prepared on single-crystal silicon substrates by spin coating. The ellipsometric spectra of the films have been studied on a rotating analyzer–polarizer type of scanning ellipsometer. The optical, dielectric constants and absorption coefficients of the films in 500–800 nm wavelength region were obtained. The results show that the complex refractive index, dielectric constants and absorption coefficient of these thin films are influenced regularly by bromine substituent on conjugated macrocycle. It was found that there are approximately linear relationships between the resonance absorption wavelengths of the films and the average number of bromine atoms substituted on the phthalocyanine ring.     

Division and <Emphasis Type="Italic">k</Emphasis>-th root theorems for <Emphasis Type="Italic">Q</Emphasis>-manifolds

We prove that a locally compact ANR-space X is a Q-manifold if and only if it has the Disjoint Disk Property (DDP), all points of X are homological Z _∞-points and X has the countable-dimensional approximation property (cd-AP), which means that each map f: K → X of a compact polyhedron can be approximated by a map with the countable-dimensional image. As an application we prove that a space X with DDP and cd-AP is a Q-manifold if some finite power of X is a Q-manifold. If some finite power of a space X with cd-AP is a Q-manifold, then X ² and X × [0, 1] are Q-manifolds as well. We construct a countable family χ of spaces with DDP and cd-AP such that no space X ∈ χ is homeomorphic to the Hilbert cube Q whereas the product X × Y of any different spaces X, Y ∈ χ is homeomorphic to Q. A New Pathway to Synthesize Cyclomercurated Ferrocenylimines Containing Heterocyclic Ring

The cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring were prepared by the condensation of cyclomercuration of acylferrocene with the appropriate heterocyclic amine.This procedure provides an efficient method for the synthesis of cyclomerucurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring which are difficultly synthesized by the conventional method.The reaction mechanism is proposed.     

多孔硅制备过程中B,P杂质原子的作用

采用DV-Xα方法对多孔硅形成过程中位于表层的B和P杂质原子的作用进行研究,结果表明位于顶层硅原子层中的B和P杂质原子均可削弱其邻近的Si-Si键强度,因而可能导致出现腐蚀的突破点,再通过分析杂质对表面区势场的改变,可以认为位于顶层硅原子层中的B杂质原子产生腐蚀的突破点的可能性更大。 关键词：     

Ga1-xInxAs/InAsyP1-y/InP异质结的MOCVD生长及表征

Ga1-xInxAs(x>0.53)材料是未来长距离低损耗光纤通信的理想光源材料和探测器材料之一.我们采用水平常压MOCVD系统,在InP衬底上成功地生长了Ga1-xInxAs(x>0.53)/InAsyP1-y/Inp异质结材料.其中InAs1-yPy为组份阶梯变化的多层结构.由样品的(400)面X光衍射结果测定了各层组份.由二次离子质谱(SIMS)得到了样品剖面组份变化结果,证明InAs1-yPy层组份为阶梯状变化的.通过对光致发光结果和X光衍射结果比较,可以看到,InAsyP1-y层通过位错和弹性畸变二种方式来释放或积累Ga1-xInxAs与InP间的失配应力,从而减少了Ga1-xInxAs中的失配位错.有效地改善了Ga1-xInxAs的质量.已获得了x高达0.94表面光亮的Ga1-xInxAs/InAs1-yPy/InP异质结材料.     

苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯与汞（Ⅱ）的显色反应及其应用

报道了新试剂苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯的合成及其与汞（Ⅱ）的显色反应，在ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００存在下弱碱性介质中，试剂与汞形成２：１的橙红色络合物，最大吸收波长位于５２０ｎｍ处，表观摩尔吸光系数为１．５１×１０＾５Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－１．ｃｍ＾－１。汞量在０～１．２ｍｇ／Ｌ范围内遵守比尔定律，直接应用于废水中微量汞的测定，结果满意。     

Millimeter wave beams diffracted from reflecting gratings

According to the angular-spectrum method, a radiation beam of an antenna horn in the Fresnal region is decomposed into the plane waves with the fast Fourier transform algorithm and the waves diffracted from a reflection grating are superposed as a diffracted beam. Compared with the reflected beam from the same size mirror, the radiation half width of the diffracted beam from a grating is narrower and its lateral shape is shift. These performances have been experimentally verified at Ka-band by: (1). The relative diffraction efficiencies in the first order with two triangular gratings which is put along propagating direction of a beam produced by a conical lens-horn. (2). H-plane lateral width with power—3dB lapsed of the focus beam from a grating and a mirror in a grating spectrometer for millimeter waves (25–100 GHz).     

烃类烟粒红外复折射率的测定与应用

测定了室温下烃类(乙炔、乙烷)烟粒的红外复折射率,并讨论了所获数据在测量烟浓度与烟粒大小分类、计算光谱吸收系数及在特定浓度与温度下评估烟雾辐射率方面的应用。     

Four-wave mixing based 10-Gb/s tunable wavelength conversion in dispersion-flattened microstructure fibers

All-optical wavelength conversion of 10-Gb/s signal based on four-wave mixing is experimentally demonstrated in a 30-m-long dispersion-flattened microstructure fiber with small positive dispersion. For an average pump power of 26 dBm, the conversion efficiency was around -19.5 dB with the fluctuation less than ±1.4 dB, covering a conversion bandwidth of 20 nm. The eye diagram of the converted signal shows good eye opening.     

Realization of optical limiting with a magnetic fluid film

In this paper, optical limiting property in a magnetic fluid film is studied. The relationship between the emergent power and the incident power is investigated experimentally and theoretically. It is found that the limiting threshold is linear with the diaphragm aperture which accord with the theoretical prediction. The external magnetic field will affect the limiting property, and increase the limiting threshold.
