The title compound, [Mn2(μ‐O)(C6H3NO3)2(C5H5N)4]·H2O, was isolated from the reaction of 2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylic acid with [Mn12O12(CH3COO)16(H2O)4] in pyridine. The dimanganese complex has twofold symmetry; the MnIII atoms are bridged by one oxo and two amidate ligands and show compressed octahedral Jahn–Teller distortion. The molecular packing comprises a three‐dimensional structure constructed by means of extensive intermolecular interactions, including three kinds of hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions. 相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of aloe‐emodin (AE), an important herbal antitumor drug, was investigated at a carbon‐coated nickel magnetic nanoparticles modified glassy carbon electrode (CNN/GCE). A couple of well‐defined redox peaks was obtained. Some electrochemical parameters of AE at a CNN/GCE, such as the charge number, exchange current density, standard heterogeneous rate constant, were measured. The square wave voltammetry (SWV) response of AE was linear with the concentration over two concentration intervals viz. 6.24×10?9?1.13×10?6 M and 1.13×10?6?1.23×10?5 M, with a detection limit of 2.08 nM. and tissues of the rat proximal colon by means of capillary electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence detection. 5-Carboxyfluorescein
N-succinimidyl ester was used for precolumn derivatization of serotonin. The optimal separation and detection conditions were
obtained with an electrophoretic buffer containing 60 mM borate (pH 8.90) and an air-cooled argon-ion laser (excitation at
488 nm, emission at 520 nm). The serotonin concentrations in the feces and tissues of proximal colons were analyzed with this
method, and the average values of serotonin in the feces samples were 1.951 ± 0.446 ng/mg (male) and 2.095 ± 0.533 ng/mg (female)
and 1.397 ± 0.267 ng/mg in rat proximal colon tissues. The results demonstrate that this method can accurately determine luminally

Fibriform polyaniline/nano-TiO2 composite is prepared by one-step in situ oxidation polymerization of aniline in the presence of nano-TiO2 particles, which contains 80% conducting polyaniline by mass, with a conductivity of 2.45 S/cm at 25 °C. Its maximum specific capacitance is 330 F g?1 at a constant current density of 1.5 A g?1, and can be subjected to charge/discharge over 10,000 cycles in the voltage range of 0.05–0.55 V. 相似文献

采用分子动力学模拟技术,研究了原子个数为16~8628的 Au纳米团簇的熔化过程.采用 Johnson的EAM (embedded atom method) 模型,模拟结果表明,金属纳米团簇存在一中介尺度区域.对Au纳米团簇而言,当原子个数N >456时,团簇的热力学性质与团簇尺寸呈线性关系,熔化首先从表面开始,逐步向中心区域推进,且满足Tmb-Tmc(N)=aN(-1/3)的关系.另外,计算了中介区域的团簇的尺寸、熔化温度、表面能、熵、焓等热力学量以及均方根位移(RMSD)等动力学量,为研究纳米团簇提供定量数据. 相似文献

In this work, a group of benzimidazoles, namely benzimidazole (BIM), 2‐hexyl benzimidazole (2‐HBIM), and 2‐benzyl chloride benzimidazole (2‐ClBBIM), have been studied using density functional theory (DFT) at the level of B3LYP with the 6‐31G (d) and 6‐311G (d, p) base sets in order to elucidate the different inhibition efficiencies and reactive sites of these compounds as corrosion inhibitors. Based on the calculated results, the studied molecules interact with Fe‐atoms mainly in their stable pyridine‐N protonated forms. It is found that the inhibition efficiencies of the stable protonated molecules involved in this study have a certain relation with some parameters, such as the highest occupied molecular orbital energy (EHOMO) and the global hardness (η). The results indicate that the C (7) atoms, as the reactive sites, receive electrons from Fe‐atoms, benzene ring denote electrons to vacant orbital of Fe‐atoms. Additionally, Fukui indices and the orbital analyses suggest that 2‐ClBBIM has the highest reaction activity among the three molecules, the efficiency order of three inhibitors is found to be 2‐ClBBIM > 2‐HBIM > BIM, which accords with experimental results. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We investigated the structural stability of colloidal PbS nanocrystals (NCs) self-assembled into superlattice (SL) allotropes of either face-centered cubic (fcc) or body-centered cubic (bcc) symmetry. Small-angle X-ray scattering analysis showed that the NC packing density is higher in the bcc than in the fcc SL; this is a manifestation of the cuboctahedral shape of the NC building block. Using the high-pressure rock-salt/orthorhombic phase transition as a stability indicator, we discovered that the transition pressure for NCs in a bcc SL occurs at 8.5 GPa, which is 1.5 GPa higher than the transition pressure (7.0 GPa) observed for a fcc SL. The higher structural stability in the bcc SL is attributed primarily to the effective absorption of loading force in specific SL symmetry and to a lesser extent to the surface energy of the NCs. The experimental results provide new insights into the fundamental relationship between the symmetry of the self-assembled SL and the structural stability of the constituent NCs. 相似文献

采用常温、常压分子动力学模拟技术,研究了在周期性边界条件下,由864个Cu原子构成的模型系统的熔化、结晶过程。原子间相互作用势采用EAM势。模拟结果表明:在连续升温过程中,金属Cu在1520 K熔化;以不同的冷速进行冷却,在较慢冷却条件下,液态Cu在1010 K结晶;当冷速较快时,液态Cu形成非晶态。分析了升降温过程中熔体偶分布函数、原子体积、能量、MSD随温度的变化特征。 相似文献
