马齿苋及其籽中脂肪酸的比较研究

本实验利用ＧＣ－ＭＳ分析技术对马齿苋全草及其籽中的脂肪酸（以甲酯的形式）进行了分析，共鉴定出８种脂肪酸。全草中以亚麻酸（４７．１６％）、亚油酸（２２．００％）及棕榈酸（１７．４％）为主，籽中以亚油酸（４５．８６％）及亚麻酸（３０．６１％）为主。     

数均聚合度计算的教学方法

总结毛者提出的线型缩聚中当量系数的新定义及引入缩聚体系单体平均官能度的新方法，本文总结出了一套讲授数均聚合度计算问题的简单方法。     

一类酶反应底物的光化学荧光研究

研究了对位取代酚类酶反应底物的光化学荧光反应机理，指出光子不仅可以取代过氧化物酶，而且可以取代氧化剂（Ｈ_２Ｏ_２）。用于测定多种酶反应底物，结果满意。     

氨基酚异构体的离子对反相液相色谱分析的研究

本文研究了离子对反相液相色谱分析氨基酚异构体的可能性、影响因素和色谱条件，发现以含４×１０－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ四丁基碘化铵、０．１８４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ醋酸钠的甲醇水溶液（２３：７７）作为流动相，ＯＤＳ为固定相时可以实现氨基酚异构体的良好分离。     

IMPROVED PROPERTIES OF METALLOCENE-CATALYZED LINEAR LOW-DENSITY POLYETHYLENE/POLYPROPYLENE BLENDS DURING ULTRASONIC EXTRUSION

Metallocene-catalyzed linear low-density polyethylene/polypropylene （mLLDPE/PP） blends were prepared by ultrasonic extrusion in this work. Their extrusion processing behaviors were estimated by online measured data, such as the die pressure and flow rate. Crystallization and mechanical properties of the blends were also investigated. The results show that the addition of PP improves the processing behaviors of mLLDPE, but has little effect on its mechanical properties. On the other hand, the addition of mLLDPE improves the impact strength of PP, but has little effect on its processing behavior. The processing behaviors and mechanical properties of mLLDPE/PP blends get further improved due to the presence of ultrasonic oscillation during extrusion. Compared with PP-rich blends, the apparent viscosity drop of mLLDPE-rich blends is more sensitive to ultrasonic oscillation. The ultrasonic oscillation affects the crystal nucleation, while barely the other crystalline behaviors of the blends.     

实验室废液的回收及效果评价——以“铬废液回收及评价”为例

This paper introduces an experiment about waste liquid recovery and effect evaluation in laboratory. Through this experiment, the basic operations of crystal preparation, chemical analysis and instrumental analysis are further consolidated. At the same time, it allows students to experience a series of possible problems of condition selection and control in the process of waste liquid treatment. We hope to improve the students' ability to analyze and solve problems, enhance their interest in learning, and strengthen their humanistic education.     

以有机镍配合物为前体制备担载镍催化剂的研究

描述了以镍单核配合物ＮｉＣｐ２和簇合物Ｎｉ３Ｃｐ３Ｎ－ｔ－Ｃ４Ｈ９为前体的ＳｉＯ２载镍催化剂的制备，通过元素分析、ＴＲＲ、ＴＰＤＥ、ＸＰＳ，ＣＯ吸附和苯加氢反应对以镍配合物和簇合物为前体制备的催化剂的性能及其制备过程了研究和表征。结果表明，镍与合物和簇合物在担载过程中同载体ＳｉＯ２表面发生了相互作用，其化学组成发生了变化，在苯加氢反应中，此催化剂的活性比以Ｎｉ（ＮＯ３）２为前体制备的催化剂高得多，     

A new isoprenyl phenyl ether compound from mangrove fungus

A new isoprenyl phenyl ether, 3-hydroxy-4-(3-methylbut-2-enyloxy)benzoic acid methyl ester (1), together with 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (2), 2-hydroxy-6-methylbenzoic acid (3), and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid (4) were isolated from Mangrove fungus (No. B60) from the South China Sea. The structures of the compounds were established on the basis of NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric data. In the preliminary bioassay, compound 1 exhibited antibacterial and antifungal activities. Compound 1 also inhibited cytotoxicity to the hepG2 cell line with an IC₅₀ value of 10.0 μg/mL. 在硼氢化钾碱性溶液中对金属氢化物（ＭＨ）电极的表面进行化学还原处理，提高了ＭＨ电极的放电容量、活化性能和电催化活性．用其为负极组装的ＡＡ型ＭＨ－Ｎｉ电池进行了封口化成，电池放电容量达到１１５０ｍＡｈ，５Ｃ下电池的放电容量达到０．２Ｃ下容量的８０％以上，电池在１Ｃ１００％ＤＯＤ（放电深度）充放电条件下，循环寿命由原来的１００次左右提高到２００次以上
