A wide adiabatic study has been performed for numerous electronic states of CaLi+ molecular ion. The adiabatic potential energy curves and their spectroscopic constants (Re, De, ωe and Te) have been calculated using an ab initio approach including a nonempirical pseudo-potential for the Ca and Li cores with the core polarisation potentials operator through full configuration interaction (FCI). Thereafter, the energies of vibrational levels and their spacing for all these states have been reported. In addition, the electric dipole moment curves have been investigated for the (1-19) Σ, (1-12) Π and (1-8) Δ electric states. Moreover it lets us check the extreme transition dipole moments (TDM). These behaviours of TDM are more accustomed to estimate the radiative lifetimes for all vibrational levels in 21Σ+ and 31Σ+ states. Also, the bound-bound and the bound-free contribution have been calculated precisely and by employing a Franck–Condon (FC) approximation.  相似文献

It is known that under resonance conditions, a group of strongly interacting bosonic atoms, trapped in a double-well potential, mimics a single particle, performing Rabi oscillations between the wells. By implication, all atoms need to tunnel at roughly the same time, even though the Bose–Hubbard Hamiltonian accounts only for one-atom-at-a-time transfers. The mechanism of this collective behavior is analyzed, the Rabi frequencies in the process are evaluated, and the limitation of this simple picture is discussed. In particular, it is shown that the small rapid oscillations superimposed on the slow Rabi cycle result from splitting the transferred cluster at the sudden onset of tunnelling, and disappear if tunnelling is turned on gradually.  相似文献

Summary Let be a stationary Gaussian random field, with covariance R. For d=1 and d=2, families of variations are described. The convergence in mean square of these variations and a subsequent identification of a model for X are studied. Under suitable glocal conditions for R, the behaviour of these variations depends on the local behaviour of R near the origin. The differences between the case d=1 and d=2 are particularly emphasised: for d=1, there exists only one variation; for d=2, several families of variations are available which provided a useful tool for identifying different models: for example, Orstein-Uhlenbeck processes can be identified in mean square on , but not on .

This paper presents the study we carried out on the formation of soot particles in low-pressure premixed CH4/O2/N2 flames by using Laser-Induced Incandescence (LII). Flames were stabilised at 26.6 kPa (200 torr). Four different equivalence ratios were tested (Φ = 1.95, 205, 2.15 and 2.32), Φ = 1.95 corresponding to the equivalence ratio for which LII signals begin to be measurable along the flame. The evolution of the LII signals with laser fluence (fluence curve), time (temporal decay) and emission wavelength is reported at different heights above the burner. We specifically took advantage of the low-pressure conditions to probe with a good spatial resolution the soot inception zone of the flames. Significant different behaviours of the fluence curves are observed according to the probed region of the flames and Φ. In addition, while the surface growth process is accompanied by an increase in the LII decay-times (indicator of the primary particle diameter) at higher Φ, decay-times become increasingly short at lower Φ reaching a constant value along the flame at Φ = 1.95. These behaviours are consistent with the detection of the smallest incandescent particles in the investigated flames, these particles having experienced very weak surface growth. Flame modelling including soot formation has been implemented in flames Φ = 2.05 and 2.32. Experimental quantitative soot volume fraction profiles were satisfactorily reproduced by adjusting the fraction of reactive soot surface available for reactions. The qualitative variation of the computed soot particle diameter and the relative weight of surface growth versus nucleation were consistent with the experimental observations.  相似文献

A 30 months European Space Agency project started in March 2008, whose overall purpose is to expand and assess the performance of broadband (11–15 μm) quantum detectors for spectro-imaging applications: Dispersive Spectrometers and Fourier Transform Spectrometers. We present here the technical requirements, the development approach chosen as well as preliminary experimental results. Our approach is fully compatible with the final array format (1024 × 256, pitch 50–60 μm). We expect the requested uniformity, operability and SNR levels to be achieved at temperatures close to the goal values. The performance level will be demonstrated on 256 × 256, 50 μm pitch arrays. Also, operability and uniformity issues will be addressed on large mechanical 1024 × 256 hybrid arrays.  相似文献

Using a mathematical framework which provides a generalization of the de Rham complex (well-designed for p-form gauge fields), we have studied the gauge structure and duality properties of theories for free gauge fields transforming in arbitrary irreducible representations of GL(D, ). We first present a method to compute the electro-optic tensor from first principles, explicitly taking into account the electronic, ionic and piezoelectric contributions. We then study the nonlinear optic behavior of three paradigmatic ferroelectric oxides. Our calculations reveal the dominant contribution of the soft mode to the electro-optic coefficients in LiNbO3 and BaTiO3 and its minor role in PbTiO3. We identify the coupling between the electric field and the polar atomic displacements along the B-O chains as the origin of the large electro-optic response in perovskite ABO3 compounds.  相似文献
