Quantum Size Effects on Two Electrons and Two Holes in Double-Layer Quantum Dots

We propose a procedure to solve exactly the Schrodinger equation for a system of two electrons and two holes in a double-layer quantum dot by using the method of few-body physics. The features of the low-lying spectra have been deduced based on symmetry. The binding energies of the ground state are obtained as a function of the electron-to-hole mass ratio σ for a few values of the quantum dot size.

Synthesis of Two Blue-light-emitting Complexes with Schiff Base Calixarene as the Ligand

Two new blue luminescent zinc and beryllium complexes with Schiff base calixarene derivative as the ligand were prepared.Their luminescent properties were determined,which indicated that they had strong blue fluorescent properties.They also had good solubility and film formation.These new complexes can be used as blue organic electroluminescent materials (OELMs) in organic electroluminescent devices.

通过将2，6-吡啶二羟酸或2，6-二溴甲基吡啶分别与5-（4-羟基苯基）-10，15，20-三苯基卟啉（1）和5-（4-氨基苯基）-10，15，20-三苯基卟啉（2）反应，合成了3种新型的双卟啉化合物3～5．用紫外-可见光谱（UV-Vis）、红外光谱（IR）、质子核磁共振光谱（1^HNMR）、质谱（MS）对中间体和目标化合物的结构进行了表征；用紫外-可见光谱考察了双卟啉化合物4与2-羟基-苯乙酸（苦杏仁酸）的相互作用。结果表明，双卟啉与苦杏仁酸之间形成1：2的络合物，其结合位点在卟啉环内。

The ignition problem for a scalar nonconvex combustion model

The ignition problem for the scalar Chapman-Jouguet combustion model without convexity is considered. Under the pointwise and global entropy conditions, we constructively obtain the existence and uniqueness of the solution and show that the unburnt state is stable (unstable) when the binding energy is small (large), which is the desired property for a combustion model. The transitions between deflagration and detonation are shown, which do not appear in the convex case.     

含传感器增益故障的不确定离散时滞系统静态输出反馈鲁棒H∞容错控制

针对一类含有不确定参数的离散时滞系统,研究了当传感器发生增益故障情况下的静态输出反馈鲁棒H∞容错控制器设计问题.系统中的参数不确定性满足广义匹配条件,传感器元件具有部分增益故障.根据Lyapunov稳定性理论和线性矩阵不等式(LMI)方法,分别给出了含有时滞记忆和无时滞记忆静态输出反馈鲁棒容错镇定控制器以及静态输出反馈H∞容错控制器的存在条件.通过求解一组线性矩阵不等式可以得到使得闭环系统渐近稳定并且H∞范数小于给定界γ的鲁棒容错控制器.最后通过仿真示例说明本文提出设计方法的正确性.
