Knoevenagel缩合反应研究的新进展

综述了近年来Knoevenagel缩合反应研究的新进展, 包括微波、超声波、固相合成、离子液体等新技术新试剂在该反应中的应用.     

镍基催化剂上硫醇与异戊二烯硫醚化反应的研究

在上流式气-液-固三相固定床微型反应装置上，对Ni／Al2O3催化剂上硫醇与异戊二烯硫醚化反应进行了研究，并考察了反应温度、压力、空速、临氢条件对催化剂二烯硫醚化反应性能的影响。结果表明，异戊二烯与硫醇在镍基催化剂的作用下，可以发生反应生成高沸点的硫醚化合物，反应温度和空速对催化剂二烯硫醚化活性有明显的影响，提高反应温度和降低空速有利于提高硫醇在二烯硫醚化反应过程中的转化率，在临氢反应条下，可以提高催化剂二烯硫醚化反应的活性和稳定性。     

DNA为模板的铂纳米团簇沉积

Platinum nanoclusters were deposited along the supercoiled DNA strands after incubation of cis-(trans-1R，2R-diaminocyclohexane)(dl-camphorato)platinum(Ⅱ) (Cdp)， an analogue of the anti-tumor drug-carboplatin， with DNA and K₂PtCl₄ for 600 min and then through reduction of dimethylaminoborane (DMAB). The decrease of absorption of DNA at 260 nm indicates the coordination of Cdp and DNA. TEM and AFM were employed to characterize the morphologies and structures of platinum nanoclusters.     

妊娠中期孕妇头发微量元素观察

为了解妇女妊娠中期营养状况，对１９９６年产科门诊采集的杂结果进行回顾性分析，结果表明，孕中期妇女有５９．６４％存在宏量和微量元素缺乏，其中钙缺乏占首位，铁缺乏占第二位，锌缺乏占第三位，镁变化不大。缺钙严重程度与季节有关。提示孕中期应对孕妇给予膳食结构的调整，适时补充营养和钙，以满足母胎之需要，减少母儿并发症。     

后交联型St-DVB大孔吸附树脂对低级醇类的吸附性能研究

分别在静态和动态条件下研究了Friedel—Crafs后交联型聚苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯(St-DVB)大孔吸附树脂对水溶液中多种低级一元醇的吸附性能，测定静态吸附等温线和动态吸附曲线，并分别按照Langmuir和Freundlich模型进行拟合．结果显示，树脂对水中低浓度低级一元醇的吸附过程属于放热的物理吸附过程，树脂吸附能力随着一元醇碳原子数的增加，即分子内疏水基团质量的增加而增加；树脂对直链醇的吸附能力稍强于同分异构的支链醇．     

ISOLATION,CHARACTERIZATION AND EXPRESSION OF THE COMPLEMENTARY DNA FOR HUMAN TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR (TNF-α)

A cDNA for human TNF-α (615bp) was isolated by means of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using first strand cDNA from PMA-induced HL-60 cells as template. The result from sequencing the 615 bp cDNA fragment indicated that it corresponded to the entire sequence of mature human TNF coding region. Direct expression of mature human TNF was achieved using a plasmid pHT-1 constructed by ligation of the cDNA and a synthetic DNA. The IPTG-induced bacterial product (hTNF) showed cytotoxicity to mouse L-929 cells. The TNF activity was further identified by neutralization of a specific monoclonal antibody against human TNF-α. Approximately 80,000 units of activity were detected per ml of culture at A600=2.     

三氧化铬超微粒的制备与表征

我们曾首次报道了Fe_2O_3超微粒溶胶具有大的三阶光学非线性响应,其X~((3))值与商品用的掺杂CdS_(1-x)Se玻璃相近,并对其产生机制进行了初步研究.本文用微乳液法制备了经十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS)和硬脂酸(ST)表面修饰的Cr_2O_3超微粒,并用TEM、IR、XPS及紫外可见吸收光谱进行了表征.     

芳香─脂肪族共聚酰胺的序列结构和溶致液晶性能

本文利用对苯二甲酰氯（ＴＰＣ），对苯二胺（ＰＰＤ）和亚甲基数为２和６的两种脂肪族二元胺（ＡＤＡ）合成了具有不同序列结构的芳香一脂肪族共聚酰胺．研究了共聚酰胺的序列结构参数──无规度Ｂ和数均序列长度Ｌｎ与液晶临界浓度Ｃ＊和中介相的类型之间的关系．     

Convenient and Efficient Synthesis of L—Rhamnopyranosyl Phosphoramidates via H—Phosphonate

It is known that saccharides linked to proteins via a phosphoester hinge can function as immunological determinants. Under regular physiological conditions, it has been suggested that the role of phosphonate group is to direct the protease towards basic substrates1. 中药一枝黄花、黄连、天麻、蛇床子中8种微量元素的测定

采用原子吸收光谱仪对一枝黄花、黄连、天麻、蛇床子中Fe、Ca、Mg、Mn、Cr、Cu、Zn、Pb八种无机元素的含量进行了测定,为进一步研究其药理和用途提供基础。
