Novel luminescent silicone hybrids (LSHs) containing lanthanide ions were prepared via different sol–gel processes. The precursor, dimethyl ester‐functionalized silane, was synthesized via a facile amino‐ene reaction. The coordinated assembly of the ester ligands and lanthanide ions (Eu3+, Tb3+ and Dy3+) occurred. The ester ligands were immobilized onto the Si‐O network backbone during the preparation of the silicone hybrid materials. The particle size can be controlled to ca 50 nm by adjusting the solvent ratio. The obtained materials were characterized by Fourier transform infrared, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), 13C NMR, 28Si NMR, X‐ray diffraction, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, high‐resolution scanning electronic microscopy and luminescent (excitation and emission) spectroscopy. The coordination state and photophysical performance of the compounds were studied in detail. The terbium‐ and europium‐containing materials show sharp green and red emissions, respectively, which indicate that efficient intramolecular energy transfer took place in these LSHs.  相似文献

Two new macrobicyclic imidazolium and benzimidazolium phanes were synthesized by direct quaternization of the corresponding tripodal azacycles with tribromide under high dilution condition in excellent yields. The cyclophanes were identified by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, FAB-MS, IR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

We report two novel types of hierarchically structured iodine‐doped ZnO (I? ZnO)‐based dye‐sensitized solar cells (DSCs) using indoline D205 and the ruthenium complex N719 as sensitizers. It was found that iodine doping boosts the efficiencies of D205 I? ZnO and N719 I? ZnO DSCs with an enhancement of 20.3 and 17.9 %, respectively, compared to the undoped versions. Transient absorption spectra demonstrated that iodine doping impels an increase in the decay time of I? ZnO, favoring enhanced exciton life. Mott–Schottky analysis results indicated a negative shift of the flat‐band potential (Vfb) of ZnO, caused by iodine doping, and this shift correlated with the enhancement of the open circuit voltage (Voc). To reveal the effect of iodine doping on the effective separation of e?‐h+ pairs which is responsible for cell efficiency, direct visualization of light‐induced changes in the surface potential between I? ZnO particles and dye molecules were traced by Kelvin probe force microscopy. We found that potential changes of iodine‐doped ZnO films by irradiation were above one hundred millivolts and thus significantly greater. In order to correlate enhanced cell performance with iodine doping, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, incident‐photon‐current efficiency, and cyclic voltammetry investigations on I? ZnO cells were carried out. The results revealed several favorable features of I? ZnO cells, that is, longer electron lifetime, lower charge‐transfer resistance, stronger peak current, and extended visible light harvest, all of which serve to promote cell performance.  相似文献

An electrochemical aptasensor was developed for sensitive and specific detection of thrombin by combining homogenous recognition strategy and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) amplification. Streptavidin‐alkaline phosphatase was used as reporter molecule. Compared with the traditional hairpin aptasensor monitoring the distance of the redox molecule from the electrode surface, the proposed aptasensor successfully overcome the limitations of distance and improved the stability and high affinity of the aptamer hairpin through homogenous recognition, which enhanced the sensitivity and selectivity of the sensors effectively. Additionally, AuNPs were employed to increase the active area and conductivity of the electrode, thus, improving the sensitivity of the aptasensor. As a result, the designed thrombin detection sensor obtained a lower detection limit of 0.52 pM in buffer and 6.9 pM in blood serum.  相似文献

This work presents a disposable bismuth‐antimony film electrode fabricated on screen‐printed electrode (SPE) substrates for lead(II) determination. This bismuth‐antimony film screen‐printed electrode (Bi‐SbSPE) is simply prepared by simultaneously in situ depositing bismuth(III) and antimony(III) with analytes on the homemade SPE. The Bi‐SbSPE can provide an enhanced electrochemical stripping signal for lead(II) compared to bismuth film screen‐printed electrodes (BiSPE), antimony film screen‐printed electrodes (SbSPE) and bismuth‐antimony film glassy carbon electrodes (Bi‐SbGC). Under optimized conditions, the Bi‐SbSPE exhibits attractive linear responses towards lead(II) with a detection limit of 0.07 µg/L. The Bi‐SbSPE has been demonstrated successfully to detect lead in river water sample.  相似文献

Two new sesquiterpenes, 1 and 2 , as well as the five known compounds 3 – 7 , were isolated from the stems of Euonymus alatus. Compounds 2 – 7 have a β‐dihydroagarofuran skeleton. The structures of these compounds were elucidated mainly by spectroscopic methods (1D‐, 2D‐NMR, ESI‐MS, and HR‐ESI‐MS). We also report the X‐ray crystal structure of evonine ( 3 ) for the first time.  相似文献

A series of novel Mahkoside A derivatives was synthesized, and their in vitro cytotoxic activities were evaluated against the human cancer cell line Ec‐9706. A Preliminary structure–activity relationship study showed compounds 7 and 8 have obvious cytotoxic activities (IC50: 30.0 and 12.5 µg · mL?1, respectively).  相似文献

A novel sensing material, MnFe2O4/polyaniline (PANI), was fabricated by doping PANI to MnFe2O4 on a modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). This sensing material was characterized using X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR‐TEM). Using a cyclic voltammetry electrochemical‐sensing method, we tested MnFe2O4/PANI, and an acetaminophen concentration of 0.0625–5 mM was recorded. Furthermore, the sensor responses were 2.05–22.44. The detection limit was 2.23 × 10?7 M. Strong selectivity was observed for MnFe2O4/PANI, which is a possible sensing mechanism.  相似文献
