应用活化鲁米诺,用优化的增强化学发光酶联免疫分析体系测定人绒毛膜促性腺激素,检测限为0.2mIU/ml。线性范围0～200mIU/ml,与放射免分析测定结果比较,相关性良好。进而又发展了一种半定量的照相测定法,通过实际血清样品测定,效果良好。     

具有超大通道结构的介孔氧化硅柱层状钛酸的合成和催化应用初探

A mesoporous (d=2.3mm) silica-pillared layered tetratitanate with a super gallery (d₀₀₁=1.84mm)was prepared by first preswelling layered tetratitanate with n-dodecyl amine, then reacting with 20wt% NH₂(CH₂)₃Si(OC₂H₅)₃ aqueous solution, and finally calcinating the resultant solid product in air at 550℃. All the reaction was carried out hydrothermally in an autoclave at 130℃. The obtained material has a relatively high BET surface area of 204m²·g^-1 and a thermal stability beyond 600℃. The catalytic application of the material was also investigated by using the dehydration of isopropanol and the reform of n-hexane as two probing reactions.     

Formation of SnO2 Nanoparticles on External Surface of NaY Zeolite

Tin dioxide nanoparticles of 5 nm in size were prepared on NaY zeolite external surface by impregnation of SnCl2 solution and subsequent calcination at 623 K. A SnO2-NaY based chemical sensor for detecting H2 was demonstrated.     

2D F/F NOESY for the assignment of NMR spectra of fluorochemicals

Two-dimensional (2D) NMR is an invaluable technique for the complete analysis and assignment of chemical structures. Although ¹⁹F/¹⁹F COSY experiments are routinely used for assignments in perfluorochemicals, interpretation can be difficult because four-bond (⁴J_FF) coupling constants are typically 5-10-fold larger than vicinal (³J_FF) coupling constants. Furthermore, the dependence of long range coupling constants on stereochemistry is not always known. Fluorine-fluorine NOESY correlations represent an enhancement in the arsenal of 2D ¹⁹F NMR experiments. The NOESY and COSY spectra of 2,2,3,3,4,4,4-heptafluorobutanol and a telomeric perfluorochemical iodide show that COSY identifies the 1,4-fluorine interactions whereas NOESY identifies the vicinal fluorine atoms. The combined experiments have been used to unambiguously assign all of the fluorines in a mixture of cis- and trans-perfluoro-1,3-dimethylcyclohexane and in a substituted perfluorotetrahydrofuran.

3-氟-6-碘吡嗪-2-羧酸甲酯的合成及晶体结构

以3-氨基吡嗪-2-羧酸为原料，经酯化反应、亲电反应和重氮化反应合成了3-氟-6-碘吡嗪-2-羧酸甲酯（1），总收率62.34%，其结构经¹H NMR、¹³C NMR和MS确证，用X-单晶衍射法测定了化合物的晶体结构。结果表明：1（CCDC: 1986368）属单斜晶系，空间群C2/c，晶胞参数a=17.6566(5) Å, b=4.74850(10) Å，c=19.6368(6) Å，β=95.6540(10)°，V=1638.39(8) ų，Z=8，R_gt(F)=0.0173，wR_ref(F²)=0.0465，F(000)=1056，μ=3.885 mm^-1。

Tween-20与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用

通过表面张力和等温滴定量热方法，研究了非离子表面活性剂Tween-20与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用. 结果表明，BSA与Tween-20的相互作用较弱，当Tween-20浓度增大时，能将吸附于表面上的BSA分子取代. BSA/Tween-20混合体系的性质随温度的变化趋势与单一非离子型表面活性剂相似. BSA浓度在3.7×10^-5～11.1×10^-5 kg•L^-1范围内，Tween-20的cmc不随BSA浓度的变化而变化. 当Tween-20的含量一定时，Tween-20与BSA相互作用过程的热效应也与BSA 的浓度无关. BSA/Tween-20混合体系的热力学参数表明， BSA的存在使Tween-20的cmc减小，体系的熵变增大.
