微乳液电动色谱测定油-水分配系数的改进方法研究

通过考察微乳液电动色谱(MEEKC)中化合物浓度和高电场对其迁移行为的影响, 探讨了化合物分配于微乳后改变微乳内相性质的原因, 以及电泳高电场致使微乳液性质变化的机理. 在此基础上建立了一种测定化合物油-水分配系数的改进型MEEKC方法. 将此改进方法应用于烷基苯化合物之油-水分配系数的测定, 其测定值与文献参考值平均相差0.07个对数单位, 准确度较现行MEEKC方法有了明显提高.     

^31P NMR Studies on the Ligand Dissociation of Trinuclear Molybde-num Cluster Compounds

A series of carboxylate-substituted trinudear molybdenum dus-ter compounds formulated as Mo3S4(DTP)3(RCO2)(L), where RffiH, CH3, C2H5, CH2Cl, CCl3, R^1C6H4(R^1 is the group on the benzene ring of aromatic carboxylate ), L=pyridine,CH3CN, DMF, have been synthesized by the ligand substitu-tion reaction. The dissociation of the loosely-coordinated ligand L from the cluster core was studied by ^31p NMR. The dissocia-tion process of L is related to the solvent, temperature, and acidity of carboxylate groups, so as to affect the solution struc-ture and reactive properties of the duster. The long-distance in-teraction between ligands RCO2 and L is transported by Mo3S4 core.     

溶胶凝胶法制备取向性氧化铝超滤陶瓷膜

用金属醇盐的溶胶-凝胶法在多孔α-Al_2O_3衬底上制备了孔径均一的γ-Al_2O_3超滤膜.经X射线衍射仪、扫描与透射电子显微镜以及静态氮吸附等手段对膜的结构、形貌与孔径大小分布等进行了表征.实验发现顶层膜取向生长,膜厚受浸取时间、溶胶浓度、粘度和实验温度等因素影响.典型条件下可在20mm×20mm衬底上制备孔径均一、大小为3.8～4.8nm和厚度2μm左右的无裂纹、无孔洞等表面缺陷的多孔γ-Al_2O_3陶瓷膜.

Aziridines and epoxides were reacted with diphenyl diselenide in the presence of a stoichiometric amount of （n-Bu）3P, respectively, giving β-amino- or β-hydroxy selenides in moderate to excellent yields under mild conditions. In the reactions the （n-Bu）3P might act as a reductant though it was a nucleophilic catalyst in other similar ring-opening reactions.

DMF竞争性抑制大豆脂氧酶好氧催化及其松弛底物抑制的综合作用

在大豆脂氧酶催化亚油酸的氧化反应中加入溶剂二甲基甲酰胺DMF(lgP为-1.01)可将底物亚油酸浓度提升到232 mmol/L而不产生底物抑制作用, 并使平衡产率从38.93%提高到66.09%. 在有底物存在时, 质量分数为5%的DMF基本不影响酶活; 此时体系具有最大的Kss与Ki值, 表明5%DMF对底物抑制作用的松弛效应最强, 而对酶的抑制作用最小.     

PREPARATION AND PROPERTIES OF POLY （LACTIC ACID-CO-GLYCOL TEREPHTHALIC ACID） COPOLYESTER

To obtain a kind of biodegradable polymer material with satisfactory properties, a new biodegradable copolyester poly(lactic acid-co-glycol terephthalate) (PETA), was synthesized from three monomers of lactic acid, glycol and terephthalic acid. The resulting copolyesters, PETA, were characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, DSC, TGA and by the ways of weight loss rate to characterize their biodegradability. The findings in this work indicated that, the TmS and TdS of copolyesters PETA increased with increasing contents of the terephthalic acid units. From the biodegradation tests in natural soil, boiling water, acid buffer solution and alkali buffer solution, it was shown that the biodegradability of copolyesters PETA decreased with increasing contents of the terephthalic acid units.     

在线富集-HPLC法测定水溶液中多环芳烃

本文采用在线富集-HPLC 法测定水溶液中多环芳烃。先使样品中的组分浓缩在一支短的富集柱上,然后切换阀门,将富集物洗脱到 RPHPLC 的体系中进行分离,并用紫外和荧光检定器对冼脱物进行检测。为了提高检测灵敏度和选择性,实验中采用了荧光波长程序技术。考察了富集的最佳条件,并比较了在线法与离线法的测定结果。     

生理条件下对苯二酚的电化学行为及电极产物的色谱鉴定

用循环伏安法研究了对苯二酚在玻碳电极上的电化学行为，从循环伏安图上看出当在0至1．6V电位间连续扫描20次，在0．63V左右可见到一氧化峰电位，其峰电流随扫描次数的增加而减小。说明电极反应为不可逆过程。然而，如改变在-1．4～1.6V电位间扫描，仅数次扫描后即可在Epa=0．25V和Epc=-0．08V处见到一对氧化还原峰电位，说明了此过程为一可逆过程。同时，对电极反应的产物用RHPLC进行研究和鉴定，从色谱图所示结果与电化学法所得结果一致。根据此工作的研究结果对苯二酚在呼吸链中所产生的作用进行了探讨。     

氟化钾催化取代酚与硅氢化合物的反应

本文研究了氟化物存在下, 硅氢化合物与酚类反应的规律性。选择了在KF存在下, 以DMF为溶剂, 含有不同邻, 间, 对位取代酚作为反应底物与多种含氢硅烷进行了一系列反应, 在反应活性上获得了具有一定规律性的结果, 同时得到了21个末见报道的新芳氢基有机硅化合物, 所得化合物均经元素分析, IR和1H NMR测定, 确定了结构。
