Synergistic Catalytic Acceleration of MXene/MWCNTs as Decorating Materials for Ultrasensitive Detection of Morphine

Ti₃C₂T_X MXene was synthesized by exfoliating pristine Ti₃AlC₂ phase with hydrofluoric acid. The simple methods of mechanical mixing and drop-casting of Ti₃C₂T_X and MWCNTs were carried out to prepare sensing electrode of Ti₃C₂T_X/MWCNTs/GCE. The composite and topography, especially the surface functional groups of Ti₃C₂T_X/MWCNTs were analyzed by XRD, SEM, FTIR, XPS, and Raman spectrum. The results turned out that Ti₃C₂T_X was characteristic by accordion-like 2D nanostructure with the surfaces terminated with −OH, −F, and =O. When combining with acid pretreated, the interaction between the functional groups of Ti₃C₂T_X and MWCNTs facilitated the convenience and reproducibility of the robust modified electrodes and could make Ti₃C₂T_X/MWCNTs/GCE possess good synergistic catalytic acceleration by increasing the electron transfer efficiency as well as adsorption and aggregation of MOP analyte onto the electrode surface. Versatile electrochemical measurements of CV, DPV and EIS were used to investigate the electrochemical performance of Ti₃C₂T_X/MWCNTs/GCE sensing platform. The linear detection range is 0.01–100 μM with the limit of detection of 0.0092 μM (S/N=3). The sensor has good stability, repeatability, reproducibility and anti-interference. In the detection of serum and urine samples, it has a good recovery rate.     

Organocatalytic asymmetric [3 + 3] annulation of isatin N,N'-cyclic azomethine imines with enals: Efficient approach to functionalized spiro N-heterocyclic oxindoles

An unprecedented chiral secondary amine-catalyzed [3 + 3] annulation of isatin N,N'-cyclic azomethine imines with α,β-unsaturated aldehydes was developed. This strategy allowed the construction of structurally novel spiro N-heterocyclic oxindole derivatives in good yields (up to 91%) and good to excellent enantioselectivities (up to >99% ee), albeit with modest diastereoselectivities (up to 3.1:1 dr).     

电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定纺织品中可萃取砷

采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定了纺织品中的可萃取As。采用反应模式以去除40Ar35Cl+离子对测定75As+的干扰,标准工作曲线采用基体匹配的方法减少基体效应的影响。样品采用模拟酸性汗液进行萃取,将萃取液稀释5倍后进行测定,以降低盐分对仪器的影响。方法检出限为6μg/kg,测定低限2μg/kg,在样品中添加0.02~0.2 mg/kg的砷时,回收率97.8%~98.6%,相对标准偏差小于5%。方法满足了检测生态纺织品(婴幼儿产品)的限量要求。     

固相萃取-气相色谱法测定饮用水中12种农药

提出了固相萃取-气相色谱法测定饮用水中12种农药残留量的方法。取水样250mL过固相萃取柱,用乙酸乙酯、正己烷各5mL洗脱,经无水硫酸钠脱水,采用DB-5MS毛细管色谱柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测。溴氢菊酯的线性范围为0.05~0.5mg·L-1,其他农药的线性范围均在0.01~0.1mg·L-1。溴氰菊酯的检出限为24.2ng·L-1,其他农药的检出限均低于10ng·L-1。12种农药的加标回收率在70.0%~110%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于10%。

Burgers方程的MPS-MAFL数值解法

使用一种粒子无网格线混合格式MPS-MAFL方法对Burgers方程进行了数值求解,给出了算法的详细过程对计算结果进行了分析,计算结果与解析解相吻合.进行了变参数初步计算,给出了在不同粒子数目及不同粒子作用半下的计算结果.计算表明,使用MPS-MAFL方法求解Burgers方程具有较高的通用性及稳定性,且方法简单易行.

罗丹明B荧光猝灭法测定水中痕量亚氯酸根

在有KI存在的乙酸钠-HCl酸性缓冲溶液中,用520 nm光激发罗丹明B(RhB),在580 nm处有一个荧光峰。当有亚氯酸根(ClO-2)存在时,罗丹明B荧光峰发生猝灭。亚氯酸根浓度在0.021 8～0.51 μg·mL-1范围内与荧光猝灭强度成线性关系,据此建立了一个简便灵敏的亚氯酸根荧光分析新方法,用于测定合成水样中(ClO-₂)的分析,结果令人满意。     

POLYMERIZATION MECHANISM OF N-VINYLCARBAZOLE WITH CHIRALLY ORGANIC SALT AS CATALYST

The polymerization mechanism is described by the conductance changewith the time during the polymerization. The mechanism can be explained by the equi-librium feature (i.e. main ion-pairs) between the free ions and the ion-pairs dissociated bythe organic salt (-) Sp~/(*~+) (+) CSA~(*~-) (An asterisk represents the chirality) and the schemeof the polymerization process is described mainly by the charge transfer complexes havingchiral induction power.     

高效完成外专业高分子化学教学任务的思考与对策

在充分分析外专业学生的知识结构以及高分子化学知识体系的基础上,提出了一种以高分子化学实验为平台,课上教学与现场实践教学相结合,共同完成外专业高分子化学教学任务的新方法。教学实践结果表明该方法不但有效解决了外专业高分子化学课时少与课程教学内容多的矛盾,而且通过现场实践教学使学生在动手实践中充分体会到了高分子化学的理论知识在日常生活中的重要作用,做到了学与用相结合、理论与实践相结合、课上学习与课下学习相结合。该教研成果为高效完成外专业高分子化学教学任务提供了新思路。
