Novel B3CN3 fibres with a special structure have been synthesized by a pyrolysis process. High-resolution TEM analysis shows that the as-prepared B3CN3 fibres can be described as a nanofibre-interweaved network. Strong photoluminescence at 370 nm and 700 nm from the as-prepared B3 CN3 fibres are observed at room temperature, which suggests that B3 CN3 is a promising ultraviolet- and visible-light-emitting material.  相似文献

The effect of LaFeO(3) addition to Bi(1/2)(Na(0.78)K(0.22))(1/2)TiO(3) ceramics on the phase stability and macroscopic functional properties was investigated. Similarly to other chemical modifiers known in the literature, LaFeO(3) addition suppresses an electric-field-induced long-range ferroelectric order, giving rise to a giant unipolar strain of ~0.3% at 2?mol% LaFeO(3) addition. Time-dependent changes in polarization and strain hysteresis loops both during successive electrical cycling and after removal of the electric field suggest that a specimen with 2?mol% LaFeO(3) consists of both ergodic and nonergodic phases, which is unique among the known relaxor materials.  相似文献

本文以钼酸钠、硫代乙酰胺为前驱体, 硅钨酸为添加剂, 成功用水热法合成高纯度纳米花状二硫化钼. 产物特性用X射线衍射(XRD)、能量色散谱(EDS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行表征. XRD和EDS图显示实验产物为二硫化钼, 且其结晶度和层状堆垛良好. SEM图谱则表明二硫化钼为纳米花状结构, 颗粒直径300 nm左右, 由几十上百片花瓣组成, 每片花瓣厚度十个纳米左右. 通过以硅钨酸为变量的梯度实验, 研究发现, 硅钨酸对于纳米花状MoS2的形成具有重要作用, 不添加硅钨酸, 无法形成纳米花状MoS2, 此外, 硅钨酸的剂量会影响合成MoS2的大小和形貌. 本文还对纳米花状二硫化钼的形成机理做了初步的讨论.  相似文献

Melanocytes are unique cells that produce specific melanin-containing intracellular organelles called melanosomes. Melanosomes are transported from the perinuclear area of melanocytes toward the plasma membrane as they become more melanized in order to increase skin pigmentation. In this vesicular trafficking of melanosomes, Rab27a, melanophilin, and myosin Va play crucial roles in linking melanosomes to actin-based motors. To identify novel compounds to inhibit binding interface between Rab27a and melanophilin, a pharmacophore model was built based on a modeled 3D structure of the protein complex that describes the essential binding residues in the intermolecular interaction. A pharmacophore model was employed to screen a chemical library database. Finally, 25 virtual hits were selected for biological evaluations. The biological activities of 11 analogues were evaluated in a second assay. Two compounds were identified as having concentration-dependent inhibitory activity. By analyzing structure–activity relationships of derivatives of BMD-20, two hydroxyl functional groups were found to be critical for blocking the intermolecular binding between Rab27a and melanophilin.  相似文献

以三聚氰胺和硼酸为原料在水溶液中反应合成出了一种新的BCN化合物先驱体C3N6H6(H3BO3)2。XRD表征结果表明三聚氰胺和硼酸的最佳配比为1∶3(物质的量比)。用单晶X-射线衍射分析法测定了该化合物的晶体结构。该化合物属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/C,晶胞参数为a=0.3597(7)nm,b=2.0105(4)nm,c=1.4112(3)nm,α=90,°β=92.07(3),°γ=90,°V=1.0199(3)nm3,Z=4,D c=1.627g.cm-3,μ(MoKα)=0.144mm-1,F(000)=520。晶体结构经全矩阵最小二乘法修正,最终可靠因子R1=0.0519,wR2=0.1361。该化合物是由C3N6H6分子和H3BO3分子通过氢键加合组装形成的三维超分子结构化合物。  相似文献

The stereocontrol mechanism of the 2,4-pentanediol (PD)-tethered reaction was studied in detail using a reaction system consisting of phenyl and rhodium carbenoid moieties. Different tethers were examined to analyze the effects of the methyl groups on the PD tether. Among the reactions with these tethers, the PD tether achieves an unmeasurably high stereoselectivity in a diastereomeric ratio of >500. Another tether showing a high but measurable stereoselectivity in a ratio of 41 is mostly controlled by the entropy term. To clarify the role of the methyl groups on the chiral tethers, which are the origin of the stereocontrol, the "chiral perturbation factor" is introduced. This parameter is defined as the rate of a chiral reaction relative to that of an achiral reference reaction. By analyzing the temperature dependence of the chiral perturbation factors for different chiral-tethered reactions, high potentials of the PD-tethered reaction in its stereocontrol are concluded to be due to the entropy term.  相似文献

Perforalactone A ( 1 ), a new 20S quassinoid with a unique cagelike 2,4‐dioxaadamantane ring system and a migrated side chain, was isolated from the plant Harrisonia perforata together with two biosynthetically related new quassinoids. The structures of these natural products were elucidated by NMR spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction analysis, computational modeling, and the CD excitation chirality method. The compounds exhibited notable biological properties, including insecticidal activity against Aphis medicaginis Koch and antagonist activity at the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor of Drosophila melanogaster. The structural features of these compounds may be related to their promising biological characteristics. Their biosynthesis and an alternative origin of quassinoid‐type natural products are also discussed.  相似文献

The interaction of pinacyanol chloride(PC) with nucleic acids has been investigated by a series of experiments.Extensive hypochromism,appreciable peak shifts,isosbestic points and new peaks of the product of binding to nucleic acids in the spectra were observed.They showed that the interaction between PC and nucleic acids occurred.The results from absorption spectra of DNA,DNA melting,electrophoresis and fluorescence polarization studies have indicated that PC binds to DNA in nonintercalative way.Consistent with the nonintercalation,the studies of fluorescence titration and absorption titration specified that the binding of PC to nucleic acids occurred by an outside stacking binding,in which nucleic acids served for acting templates,The fact that the new absorption peaks of bound PC at ca,485nm are just close to the absorption bands of Haggregate of PC at high concentrations without DNA further supports the outside stacking binding mode,In addition,other evidence indicated that the interaction between PC and nucleic acids is not purely electrostatic.  相似文献

Crystal and molecular structure of (2,6-dipropylphenylamide) dimethyl (tetra-methyl cyclopentadienyl) silane titanium dichloride (I) was fully characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystal is obtained from a mixture of ether/hexane as orthorhombic, with a = 12.658 (3) (A), b = 16.62 (3)(A), c = 11.760 (2)(A), V = 2474.2 (9)(A) 3, Z = 4, space group Pnma, R = 0.0399. Componud I compose of the π-bounded ring with its dimethylsilyl-dipropyl phenyl amido group and the two terminal chloride atoms coordinated to central metal to form a so-called constrained geometry catalyst (CGC) structure. The result of molecular mechanics (MM) calculations on compound I shows that bond lengths and bond angles from the MM calculation are comparable to the data obtained from the X-ray diffraction study. The relation of the structure of CGCs and their catalytic activity by MM calculations is also discussed.  相似文献
