选择性远程DEPT~(13)C NMR新技术用于新阔叶千里光碱氮氧化合物的结构测定和谱峰归属研究

从湖北蟹甲草根茎中分得一个新的生物碱,选择性远程DEPT~(13)C NMR新技术用于识别NMR信号归属和连接被季碳及杂原子分割的质子自旋系统,确定其结构为新阔叶千里光碱的氮氧化物,如(1)所示。     

描述高自旋体系的密度算符方法

提出了一种描述高自旋弱偶合体系NMR实验谱的密度算符方法,给出了高自旋体系密度算符在自旋偶合作用下的演化公式。以氘核(²D)为例,计算了重聚INEPT和同核COSY实验谱。     

电子束相空间分布效应的三维计算

在386微机上建立了长脉冲单模的三维放大器数值模拟程序3DFEL,每个单程只需20分钟。模拟计算得出:(1)发射度对输出功率的影响几乎是指数式的。(2)电子相空间形状(相同发射度)对输出功率的重大影响主要表现为两方面:(a)不同相空间形状,等效能散度是不同的,(b)电子束包络和光场包络匹配关系。(3)非理想入射(偏入射和斜入射)超出一定范围之后将引起输出功率的指数下降。     

Miniature InGaAsP/InP phase modulator for integrated opto-electronics

Miniature, etching ridge InGaAsP/InP Phase Modulator with highly efficient phase shifting efficiency of 60°/V.mm and 43°/V.mm for TE and TM modes, respectively, and 3 dB bandwidth of 650 MHz at 1.52 μm are reported. It is well suited for integrated opto-electronics. Some functions depending on bandwidth of the devices are discussed.

本文对对称三值格代数与对称三值模代数进行了讨论,提出了任意对称三值函数的格代数规范展开和模代数的一般化展开、最后讨论两种代数之i可的关系,并求出函数展开式系数之间的转换矩阵.     

Two-band BCS mechanism of superconductivity in a Ba(Fe0.9Co0.1)2As2 high-temperature superconductor

Terahertz and infrared spectra of the conductivity, σ(ν), and dielectric constant, ?(ν), of a Ba(Fe_0.9Co_0.1)₂As₂ film (T _c = 20 K) have been analyzed together with previous specific-heat and angular resolved photoelectron spectroscopy data. It has been shown that the spectra σ(ν) and ?(ν) of Ba(Fe_0.9Co_0.1)₂As₂ in the superconducting phase at T = 5 K, as well as the magnetic field penetration depth, can be described well using the standard Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer (BCS) model with an additive contribution of electron and hole bands. It has been found that the measured temperature dependence of the magnetic field penetration depth in a wide temperature range 5 K < T < T _c can be described only with the introduction of interband pairing interaction. The coupling constant of electron and hole bands, λ_{1, 2} = 0.1, as well as the temperature dependences of superconducting gaps in the electron and hole subsystems, has been determined using the model of two-band superconductivity developed earlier for MgB₂.     

充分发挥物理学在建设创新型国家中的基础作用

胡锦涛主席在全国科技大会上提出的，坚持走中国特色自主创新道路，建设创新型国家的口号，正在激励全国各族人民为实现我国中长期发展目标而奋斗．如何理解、实践这个口号，把每个行业、每个领域建设成创新型子系统，从而使整个国家有效地向着创新型国家目标发展，是13亿中国人民共同的任务，是历史赋予当代炎黄子孙的使命。我们必须在深入学习、研究理解胡锦涛主席关于“坚持走中国特色的自主创新道路，为建设创新型国家而奋斗”重要讲话的基础上，对本专业领域的创新型发展提出奋斗目标，作出科学规划。为此，我们就此主题谈一些想法，以期引起物理学界和教育界的朋友们深入思考、研究。     

群众性课程改革实验是教育发展巨大推动力--纪念本刊中学物理教材改革实验20周年

20年前这个时候，本刊发表了题为《大家携手搞好中学物理教材改革研究》的文章，向全国物理学界、教育界宣告，为在我国促成“一个大纲、多种教材”的局面，《物理通报》决定以自己的实践，迈开探索中学物理教材改革的步伐．20年来的教改实践表明，我们当年的选择，适应了我国政治、经济、教育改革发展形势，体现了广大物理教育工作者的改革思想、热情和要求，为我国基础教育课程改革从理论研究和实践探索，为在我国实现“一个大纲、多种教材”起到了有力的推动作用．     

Multi-color display and its model for a white OLED combined with optical color filters

A bright white organic light-emitting diode (OLED) has been successfully fabricated in which a greenish-white emitting host Bis-(2-(2-hydroxyphenyl) benzothiazole)zinc (Zn(BTZ)₂) is doped with an orange-red fluorescent dye 5,6,11,12-tetraphenylnaphthacene (rubrene). The pure white light emission with CIE coordinates of (0.341, 0.334) is achieved at the driving voltage of 20 V, and the corresponding luminance and external quantum efficiency are 4000 Cd/m² and 0.63%. On the other hand, the pure red, green, and blue (RGB) emissions are obtained from the white OLED combined well with RGB custom-built optical color filters (CFs) with peaks at 616, 556, and 456 nm, respectively. Moreover, based upon the color mixture principles, we build a model of multi-color display mixed by the pure RGB emissions under the controllable bias.
