The Rayleigh diffraction bound sets the minimum separation for two point objects to be distinguishable in a conventional imaging system. We demonstrate sub-Rayleigh resolution by scanning a focused beam--in an arbitrary, object-covering pattern that is unknown to the imager--and using N-photon photodetection implemented with a single-photon avalanche detector array. Experiments show resolution improvement by a factor ~(N-N(max))(?) beyond the Rayleigh bound, where N(max) is the maximum average detected photon number in the image, in good agreement with theory. 相似文献

The issue of impulsive control theory for the synchronization of the nuclear spin generator (NSG) chaotic systems is developed. We propose an impulsive control scheme for the complete synchronization of the NSG system including chaotic systems. A sufficient condition for the impulsive control is derived, with an easily calculated maximum impulsive interval. The proposed impulsive control scheme is applied to the NSG system and the simulation result demonstrates the effectiveness of the method. 相似文献

A Galerkin finite element method is developed for the two dimensional/three dimensional nonlinear time-dependent three-species Lotka–Volterra competition-diffusion equations on a bounded domain. The existence and uniqueness of the solution to the numerical formulation are proved. An error estimate for the numerical solution is obtained. The use of copper radioisotopes in imaging and therapy has prompted an increased interest in chelators which form stable copper complexes, such as Cu(II)-azamacrocyclic complexes. The effects of charge, stability and the size of the macrocyclic backbone of the Cu(II)-azamacrocyclic complexes on biological behavior have been evaluated. Here we report a reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method to separate several Cu(II)-azamacrocyclic complexes, including Cu(II) complexes of 1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane-1,4,8,11-tetraacetic acid (TETA), 4,11-bis(carboxymethyl)-1,4,8,11-tetraazabicyclo[6.6.2]hexadecane (CB-TE2A) and 4,10-bis(carboxymethyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraazabicyclo[5.5.2]tetradecane (CB-DO2A). Absorbance at 280 nm was used to monitor the complexes as they eluted from the reversed-phase column. The effects of the concentration of the buffer, the pH of the buffered mobile phase and the concentration of the organic modifier, methanol, on the separation were investigated. Separation of these copper complexes by ion-pair HPLC with the use of a mass spectrometry-compatible ion-pair reagent, triethylammonium acetate, in the mobile phase at pH 6.3 is also presented. The reversed-phase chromatographic conditions utilized also allow the pK(a)s of Cu-TETA and the log(k'w) values of Cu-CB-TE2A, Cu-TETA and Cu-CB-DO2A to be estimated. 相似文献

In order to provide the chemical markers for the quality control of herbal medicines, four diterpenoids, pseudolaric acids A and B (PAA and PAB), and their glucosides were isolated from the methanol extract of the Chinese herb Pseudolarix kaempferi using high‐speed counter‐current chromatography (HSCCC). The diphase solvent system was n‐hexane/EtOAc/MeOH/H2O which was used at two ratios (5:5:5:5 and 1:9:4:6 by volume) in the separation of pseudolaric acids and their glycosides, respectively. As a result, PAA (14 mg), PAB (129 mg), PAA‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside (8 mg, PAAG), and PAB‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside (42 mg, PABG) were obtained from 0.5 g of the crude extract. Their purities were determined to be above 97% by HPLC analysis. Their chemical structures were confirmed by 1H and 13C NMR analysis or HPLC comparison with the reference compounds. 相似文献

Two-dimensional metal–organic frameworks (2D MOFs) can be used as the cathodes for high-performance zinc-ion battery due to their large one-dimensional channels. However, the conventionally poor electrical conductivity and low structural stability hinder their advances. Herein, we report an alternately stacked MOF/MX heterostructure, exhibiting the 2D sandwich-like structure with abundant active sites, improved electrical conductivity and exceptional structural stability. Ex situ characterizations and theoretical calculations reveal a reversible intercalation mechanism of zinc ions and high electrical conductivity in the 2D heterostructure. Electrochemical tests confirm excellent Zn2+ migration kinetics and ideal pseudocapacitive behaviors. As a consequence, Cu-HHTP/MX shows a superior rate performance (260.1 mAh g−1 at 0.1 A g−1 and 173.1 mAh g−1 at 4 A g−1) and long-term cycling stability of 92.5 % capacity retention over 1000 cycles at 4 A g−1. 相似文献

p-Tolyl-substituted ladder-type oligo(p-phenylene)s containing three, four, and five phenylene rings were readily synthesized. The uniform aryl substitution of these systems allowed us to determine the coplanarity of the pi-conjugated backbones crystallographically. The intramolecular annulations eliminate almost all of the conformational disorder and enhance the degree of pi-conjugation of the backbones, resulting in significant red shifts in the absorption and emission maxima and lower oxidation potentials in the higher homologues. Thermal stability of well-crystallized cubic boron nitride (cBN) films grown by chemical vapor deposition has been investigated by cathodoluminescence (CL), Raman spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with the cBN films annealed at various temperatures up to 1,300 degrees C. The crystallinity of the cBN films further improves, as indicated by a reduction of the relevant Raman line width, when the annealing temperature exceeds 1,100 degrees C. Structural damage or amorphization was observed on the grain boundaries of the cBN crystals when annealing temperature reaches 1,300 degrees C. The CL spectra are found to be unchanged up to 1,100 degrees C after annealing at 500 degrees C, showing the stability of the cBN films in electronic properties up to this temperature. New features were observed in the CL spectra when annealing temperature reaches 1,200-1,300 degrees C. 相似文献

6-mercaptopurine and its riboside derivatives are some of the most widely utilized anti-leukemic and anti-inflammatory drugs. Their short biological half-life and severe side effects limit their use. A new delivery method for these drugs based on 4-5 nm gold nanoparticles can potentially resolve these issues. We have found substantial enhancement of the antiproliferative effect against K-562 leukemia cells of Au nanoparticles bearing 6-mercaptopurine-9-beta-d-ribofuranoside compared to the same drug in typically administered free form. The improvement was attributed to enhanced intracellular transport followed by the subsequent release in lysosomes. Enhanced activity and nanoparticle carriers will make possible the reduction of the overall concentration of the drug, renal clearance, and, thus, side effects. The nanoparticles with mercaptopurine also showed excellent stability over 1 year without loss of inhibitory activity. 相似文献
