The reflexivity and transitivity of subspaces of Toeplitz operators on the Hardy space on the upper half-plane are investigated. The dichotomic behavior (transitive or reflexive) of these subspaces is shown. It refers to the similar dichotomic behavior for subspaces of Toeplitz operators on the Hardy space on the unit disc. The isomorphism between the Hardy spaces on the unit disc and the upper half-plane is used. To keep weak* homeomorphism between L spaces on the unit circle and the real line we redefine the classical isomorphism between L 1 spaces.  相似文献

Porous polypropylene membranes were coated with plasma polymerized titanium isopropoxide in a 75 kHz plasma reactor. It was noted that the presence of air in the plasma chamber increased the amount of deposited polymer. Selection of the process parameters enabled obtaining membranes with up to 300 εg cm?2 of polymerized titanium isopropoxide. Deposition of the titanium oxide layer resulted in the reduction of permeate flux but it significantly improved the membrane photocleaning ability. The recovery index reached the level of 95 % for membranes with the highest amount of the titanium oxide deposit.  相似文献

Explicitly correlated Gaussian (ECG) functions with carefully optimized non-linear parameters are used to calculate the electronic energies of He2+ and LiH at their equilibrium internuclear distances. The obtained variational upper bounds (−4.99464392 and −8.070538 hartree, respectively) are the lowest reported to date. By extrapolating results obtained with various expansion lengths, the estimations of the Born–Oppenheimer limits are made.  相似文献

A full multiple theoretical model (MXAN) is applied to fit picosecond difference X-ray absorption spectra at the ruthenium L(3) edge upon photoexcitation of aqueous [RuII(bpy)3]2+. We show that fitting difference spectra allows an increase in sensitivity, such that slight structural changes can be retrieved, which are not detected in fitting full spectra. The Ru-N bond distances of the excited complex in the (3)MLCT state are in good agreement with recently published values. The implementation of the present approach to L-edge spectra and its high sensitivity opens opportunities for its extension to a large class of experiments where difference X-ray absorption spectra are recorded.  相似文献

Hexa-peri-hexabenzocoronene derivatives (HBCs) that have hydrogen-bonding functionalities (either amido or ureido groups) adjacent to the aromatic cores have been synthesized to study the effects of intracolumnar hydrogen bonds on the self-assembly behavior of HBCs. The hydrogen bonds effectively increased the aggregation tendency of these compounds in solution. In the bulk state, the typical columnar supramolecular arrangement of HBCs was either stabilized substantially (1 a, 1 b, 2 a, and 2 b), or suppressed by dominant hydrogen-bonding interactions (3). For some of the compounds (1 a, 2 a, and 2 b), the supramolecular arrangement adopted in the liquid-crystalline state was even retained after annealing, presumably owing to the reinforcement of the pi-stacking interactions by the hydrogen bonds. Additionally, the combined effect of the hydrogen bonds and pi-stacking of the aromatic moieties led to the formation of fluorescent organogels, whereby some derivatives were further investigated as novel low molecular-mass organic gelators (LMOGs).  相似文献

Biological activity of thioaurones was not tested so far and the group constitute completely unexplored source of new molecules of pharmacological interest. We report synthesis and evaluation of cytotoxic activity of thioaurone derivatives bearing p-hydroquinone system in ring A. Their activity was found to depend strongly on substitution pattern, so eventually both the activity and pharmacokinetic parameters of the molecules could be tailored by further structural modifications.  相似文献

This paper reports a series of comparative experiments on the activity of carbon- and oxygen-centred radical species in a model reaction of the radical addition of THF to imines mediated by a series of zinc alkyl/air reaction systems. The study strongly contradicts the notion that generally R˙ radicals are the initiating species in organic reactions mediated by RnM/air systems, and simultaneously demonstrates that oxygen-centred radical species are the key intermediates responsible for the initiation process. In addition, a new efficient RZn(L)/air initiating system for radical organic reactions exampled by a model reaction of radical addition of THF to imines is developed. Moreover, the isolation and structural characterization of the first zinc alkylperoxide supported by a carboxylate ligand, [Zn43-OOtBu)34-O)(O2CEt)3]2, as well as the novel octanuclear zinc oxo(alkoxide) aggregate with entrapped O–THF species, [Zn44-O)(μ3-2-O–THF)(O2CEt)5]2, provide clear mechanistic signatures for the mode of function of the RZn(O2CR′)/air system.  相似文献

Thioridazine is a well-known dopamine-antagonist drug with a wide range of pharmacological properties ranging from neuroleptic to antimicrobial and even anticancer activity. Thioridazine is a critical component of a promising multi-drug therapy against M. tuberculosis. Amongst the various proposed mechanisms of action, the cell membrane-mediated one is peculiarly tempting due to the distinctive feature of phenothiazine drug family to accumulate in selected body tissues. In this study, we employ long-scale molecular dynamics simulations to investigate the interactions of three different concentrations of thioridazine with zwitterionic and negatively charged model lipid membranes. Thioridazine partitions into the interfacial region of membranes and modifies their structural and dynamic properties, however dissimilarly so at the highest membrane-occurring concentration, that appears to be obtainable only for the negatively charged bilayer. We show that the origin of such changes is the drug induced decrease of the interfacial tension, which ultimately leads to the significant membrane expansion. Our findings support the hypothesis that the phenothiazines therapeutic activity may arise from the drug–membrane interactions, and reinforce the wider, emerging view of action of many small, bioactive compounds.  相似文献

The title compound, CF3CF2CF2(CF3)2CCH2CH2CH2CF(CF3)2, was synthesised in high yield by a free radical addition of heptafluoroisopropyl iodide to 3-(perfluoro-1, 1-dimethylbutyl)-1- propene followed by reduction of the adduct. Physical properties and solubilities for oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and air of the new fluorohydrocarbon have been determined.  相似文献

Flow-injection single-point titration of acids is based on biamperometric measurement of iodine formed quantitatively in the reaction of iodide with iodate. Results are presented for determination of sulphuric, hydrofluoric, monochloroacetic, formic and acetic acids. The slopes of the calibration plots, which are linear for about 1–10 rum acid, depend on the strength of the acid, decreasing from sulphuric acid to acetic acid. With microcomputer on-line data processing, relative standard deviations were about 0.2%.  相似文献
