The first successful attempt to construct 3D supramolecular frameworks with high-nuclear 3d-4f heterometallic clusters as a node is reported. The self-assembly of Ln3+, Cu2+ and amino acid in solution leads to the formation of two polymers, 35-nuclear complex [Sm6Cu29] 1 with a primitive cubic net-like structure and 36-nuclear complex [Nd6Cu30] 2 with a face-centred cubic network type structure. Glycine and L-proline, respectively, were used as ligands. It should be noted that 2 has a chiral framework. X-ray structure analyses show that 1 crystallizes in the triclinic P1 space group (a=19.6451(8), b=20.4682(8), c=20.7046(8) A, alpha=89.453(1), beta=66.290(1), gamma=68.572(1) degrees, V=7003.0(5) A3 and Z=1) and 2 belongs to the cubic P2(1)3 space group (a=b=c=32.4341(3) A, V=34 119.7(5) A3 and Z=4). Both complexes utilize Ln6Cu24 octahedral clusters as nodes and trans-Cu(amino acid)2 groups as bridges. Electrical conductivity measurements reveal that both polymers behave as semiconductors.  相似文献

A procedure for the rapid separation of histones and high-mobility-group (HMG) proteins from Friend erythroleukaemic cells (line F4N) by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography is reported. By using a Nucleosil 300-5 C4, column and a multistep water—acetonitrile gradient containing 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid, the HMG-1 and HMG-2 proteins, several his subtractions including H10, H4, H2B, two H2A variants and two H3 subtractions were separated. Under changed conditions, by applying a varied acetonitrile gradient system, even two H2B variants were fractionated. The methods described seem to be a real alternative to the time-consuming polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung In einem relativ einfach durchzuführenden Verbundverfahren wird Selen im Sauerstoff-strom innerhalb 15 min bei 1100–1150°C quantitativ aus den Metall- bzw. Metalloxidschmelzen verdampft und in einer mit flüssigem Stickstoff gekühlten Vorlage aufgefangen. Das aus der Vorlage mit einer definierten Menge verdünnter HNO3 in Gegenwart von Ni-Nitrat gelöste Selen läßt sich direkt durch AAS mit dem Graphitofen (FAAS) äußerst nachweisstark und zuverlässig bestimmen. Die Nachweisgrenze (elektrodenlose Entladungslampe) liegt bei 3×10–11 g Se. Der Verfahrensverbund erlaubt mit Probenmengen 10 g in Ag und Au Se-Gehalte 0,05 ppb,inCu 0,1 ppb,in Bi 0,2 ppb und in Pb 10 ppb zu erfassen. Für draht-, stab- und spanförmige Proben erhält man für Se-Gehalte von 2–0,002 ppm Variationskoeffizienten zwischen 3 und 6%. Die Vollständigkeit der Se-Verdampfung aus den Matrices Cu, Ag, Au und Bi wurde ebenso wie die Richtigkeit des Gesamtverfahrens durch systematische Untersuchungen belegt.
Determination of se by furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) in the ppb-range in Cu, Cu alloys, Ag, Au, Pb and Bi after volatilization in an oxygen stream
Summary Selenium is evaporated in a multi-stage procedure within 15 min from metals or metal oxides fused at temperatures of 1100–1150°C under a stream of oxygen and is trapped in a receiver cooled with liquid nitrogen. The condensed SeO2 is dissolved with a definite volume of diluted HNO3 in the presence of Ni-nitrate and determined with high sensitivity and reliability by FAAS (electrodeless discharge lamp). The detection limit of the FAAS was found to be 3 · 10–11 g of Se. The multi-stage procedure allows to detect Se levels 0.05 ppb in Ag and Au, 0.1 ppb in Cu, 0.2 ppb in Bi, and 10 ppb in Pb, respectively, with sample weights 10 g. For wire, rod, and chip samples the coefficients of variation are found to be between 3 and 6% for Se contents of 2 to 0.002 ppm. The quantitative evaporation of Se from Cu, Ag, Au, and Bi as well as the accuracy of the whole procedure have been checked systematically.

The alkaline hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl acetate and of CH3CO2(CH2)2N+(CH3)2C16H33, Br? was studied in the presence of micelles C16H33N+(CH3)2CH2CH2OH, Br? and CTAB, C16H33N+(CH3)3,Br?. A pathway involving an intermediate is suggested for the hydrolysis of the ester. Hydrolysis rate of the intermediate in the presence of micelles is the same as hydrolysis rate for the ester in the absence of micelles. Consequently, hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl acetate is not catalysed by one type of micelle, while it is enhanced by another type of micelle.  相似文献

Spectral quantities of cyclopropane, cyclobutane, cyclohexane, and of several derivatives, have been calculated by a semiempirical all-valence electron SCF-CI MO method. In cyclopropane, HOMO is practically localized in the carbon-frame, and LVMO is purely so. In cyclobutane, these two MO's are based on C-H bonds, while cyclohexane holds an intermediate position. Despite the overall similarity-experimental and computed-of the spectra of these molecules, assignments are non-parallel. Like cyclopropane, cyclobutane can extend conjugation, but to a diminished degree; cyclohexane behaves in this respect like an acyclic alkane. An interpretation of this gradation, in terms of the nature of high-lying MO's, is proposed.  相似文献

Ternary Lithium Rare Earth Nitrates with Lonesome Nitrate Ions: Li3[M(NO3)5](NO3) (M = Gd? Lu, Y). The Crystal Structure of Li3Er(NO3)6 Single crystals of the ternary nitrate Li3Er(NO3)6 are obtained from a solution of “Er(NO3)3” in the melt of LiNO3. In Li3Er(NO3)6 (monoclinic, P21/n, Z = 4; a = 776.0(1); b = 748.86(8); c = 2 396(1) pm; β = 90.76(3)°; R1 = 0.0490; wR2 = 0.0792), Er3+ is surrounded by five bidentate nitrate ligands yielding the anionic units [Er(NO3)5]2?. These are arranged in the direction of the 21 screw axis. Two lonesome NO3? ions are in the middle of such a “helix” and are connected by Li+ with the anions [Er(NO3)5]2?. The helices are moved against each other by about half of the lattice constant a and are connected by further Li+ ions.  相似文献

[Rb2(H2O)2][Re3(μ-Cl)3Br7(H2O)2]2 · H2O, a Mixed Halide-Hydrate with the Anionic Dimer {[Re3(μ-Cl)3Br7(H2O)2]2 · H2O}2? [Rb2(H2O)2][Re3(μ-Cl)3Br7(H2O)2]2 · H2O crystallizes as dark redbrown single crystals from an hydrobromic-acid solution of ReCl3 and RbBr at 0°C. An important feature of the crystal structure (monoclinic, C2/c; a = 1494.61(8); b = 835.71(4); c = 3079.96(19) pm; β = 97.801(4)°; Vm = 573.9(4) cm3mol?1; R = 0.060; Rw = 0.038) is the connection of two anions [Re3(μ-Cl)3Br7(H2O)2]? via a water molecule to dimers, {[Re3(μ-Cl)3Br7(H2O)2]2 · H2O}2?. These dimeric units are contained in slabs that are stacked in the [001] direction and held together by Rb+ cations and crystal water.  相似文献

Polyvinylamine hydrogels with silica particles encapsulated (PVAm/silica) were produced by a two‐step synthesis. In the first step, polyvinylformamide/silica (PVFA/silica) hybrids were synthesized from vinylformamide (VFA) and 1,3‐divinylimidazolidin‐2‐one (1,3‐bisvinylethyleneurea, BVU), as the crosslinker, by radical copolymerization in silica/water suspensions using different compositions of VFA/BVU. The target product PVAm/silica was obtained by acidic hydrolysis of the PVFA/silica hydrogels in a second step. The chemical structures of both hydrogels, PVFA/silica and PVAm/silica, respectively, were revealed by solid‐state 13C(1H) cross‐polarity/magic‐angle spinning NMR spectroscopy. Both hydrogels swelled significantly in water. The swelling capacity of the two systems was characterized by the correlation length ξ (or hydrodynamic blob size) of the network meshes with small‐angle neutron scattering experiments. ξ is significantly larger for PVAm/silica than for PVFA/silica, which corresponds to the observed higher swelling capacity of this polyelectrolyte material. Furthermore, the swelling behavior of the hybrid hydrogels was quantitatively described in terms of free swell capacity, centrifuge‐retention capacity, adsorption against pressure, and free swell rate as compared with values of the corresponding copolymer hydrogels. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The nuclear dynamics accompanying the excitation to and the subsequent decay of an electronic state is discussed. Particular attention is paid to cases, in which the whole process cannot be divided into two steps (excitation and decay) since the excitation and the decay times are of the same order of magnitude. The recently introduced time-dependent formulation of the theory describing the wave packets’ dynamics is extended to include the excitation process. The wave packets can be related to the intensity of the emitted particles. Most of the resulting integrals can actually be performed by employing eigenstates of the Hamiltonians corresponding to the involved potential energy surfaces. This leads to the so called “timeindependent” formulation of the theory. Computational details of the implementation of the corresponding “timedependent” and “time-independent” methods are presented. Illustrative applications are given to illuminate both the influence of the excitation process and the lifetime of the decaying state. It emerges that the intuitive interpretation of the spectra (within the above two step model) may fail. Insight into the process is gained by studying the evolution of the spectra as a function of time. The appearance of “atomic lines” due to dissociative decaying and final states is investigated in some detail.  相似文献
