In this work, 3,3′-(((1E,1′E)-(H,12H-5,11-methanodibenzo[b,f][1,5]diazocine-2,8-diyl)bis(ethene-2,1-diyl))bis(1,1-dimethyl-1H-benzo[e]indole-3-ium-2,3-diyl))bis(propane-1-sulfonate) (1), 3,3’-(((1E,1′E)-(6H,12H-5,11-methanodibenzo[b,f][1,5]diazocine-2,8-diyl)bis(ethene-2,1-diyl))bis(3,3-dimethyl-3H-indole-1-ium-2,1-diyl))bis(propane-1-sulfonate) (2), 2,2’-((1E,1′E)-(6H,12H-5,11-methanodibenzo[b,f][1,5]diazocine-2,8-diyl)bis(ethene-2,1-diyl))bis(1,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indol-1-ium) iodide (3) and 2,2’-((1E,1′E)-(6H,12H-5,11-methanodibenzo[b,f][1,5]diazocine-2,8-diyl)bis(ethene-2,1-diyl))bis(1,1,3-trimethyl-1H-benzo[e]indol-3-ium) iodide (4) were designed and synthesized by ethylene bridging of the N-substituted indolium salts and the Tröger’s Base (TB) framework. The probes exhibited a longer absorption and emission wavelength and the emission wavelength of them in dichloromethane (DCM) was more than 600 nm, performed a red fluorescence. All of the probes could work on the extreme acidic and the extreme alkaline environments and showed a good liner response in the working pH range. Especially, 2 and 4 were soluble in water and manifested a good pH sensing in a water system. Also, 1H NMR analysis illustrated how these dyes worked as the pH-sensitive fluorescence probes. In addition, they performed excellent reversibility, high selectivity and good photostability.  相似文献

量热滴定法是研究冠醚的溶液配位化学的重要方法,一次滴定可同时求出稳定常数K和反应焓△H,而且是测定后者唯一直接而准确的方法,Izatt[1-3]等作了大量的研究。但因量热滴定需要精细的操作,且计算复杂,故应用此法的实验室不多。在我国,用量热滴定法于溶液配位化学的研究似未见报道。  相似文献

本文用激光激发和荧光探测技术测定了Eu2+、Eu3+、Ce3+、Dy3+、Nd3+和Tb3+离子在一些发光材料和激光晶体等固体中的荧光寿命,其寿命值从几十纳秒到几毫秒.为此对寿命测量技术进行了探讨以适应如此宽广的时间范围.从测得的寿命数据解释了材料内激活离子的性质和相互作用.  相似文献

A stable hydrogel 3D dosimeter was prepared by using Fricke solution, poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and glutaraldehyde (GA). A linear relationship between the dose and the UV absorbency was obtained by determining the color change of the dosimeter in the range of 0–2.5 Gy. Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was used as a free radical scavenger to analyze the thermo-stability and diffusion of FPGX gel dosimeter systems. The results showed that increasing the DMSO concentration could slow down the color change and the Fe3+ diffusion rate in a certain range. With the addition of DMSO, the FPGX gel dosimeter was stable in the storage time before exposure to radiation.  相似文献

When the moving vehicle is communicating with LED streetlights by visible light, the multiple LED streetlights signals will be selected or signal may be interrupted between adjacent streetlights. The method of receiving signal power (RSP) handover between the moving vehicle and multiple LED streetlights transmitters will be studied. Considering two cases, no power coverage and power overlap between adjacent streetlights. Hard RSP handover used in no power coverage model and soft RSP handover used in power overlap model. Simulation results show both RSP handover methods can protect the communication between the vehicle and LED streetlights and improve the stability of communication.  相似文献

Itaconic acid (ITA), or methylenesuccinic acid, is not generally classified as a mammalian metabolite. Using NMR-based metabolomics and (13)C-labeling, we have detected ITA in both macrophage-like VM-M3 and RAW 264.7 tumor cell lines as well as stimulated and unstimulated primary murine macrophages. Macrophage activation by addition of lipopolysaccharide and IFN-γ markedly increased ITA production and secretion. Crude cell extracts synthesize ITA via decarboxylation of cis-aconitate, indicative of a novel mammalian cis-aconitic decarboxylase activity. Our results highlight a previously unidentified biosynthetic pathway related to TCA cycle metabolism in mammalian cells and a novel metabolite that likely plays a role in macrophage-based immune response.  相似文献

The secondary electron emission yields of materials depend on the geometries of their surface structures.In this paper,a method of depositing vertical graphene nanosheet(VGN)on the surface of the material is proposed,and the secondary electron emission(SEE)characteristics for the VGN structure are studied.The COMSOL simulation and the scanning electron microscope(SEM)image analysis are carried out to study the secondary electron yield(SEY).The effect of aspect ratio and packing density of VGN on SEY under normal incident condition are studied.The results show that the VGN structure has a good effect on suppressing SEE.  相似文献
