Bisbakuchiols A and B, novel dimeric meroterpenoids from Psoralea corylifolia

Two novel dimeric meroterpenoids, bisbakuchiols A and B, along with (S)-bakuchiol were isolated from the seeds of Psoralea corylifolia L. (Fabaceae). Bisbakuchiols A and B contain an unprecedented dimeric meroterpenoid skeleton in which two meroterpenes are linked through a dioxane bridge. All compounds were evaluated for their potential to inhibit hypoxia-inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) activation induced by hypoxia in a HIF-1-mediated reporter gene assay in AGS human gastric cancer cells. (S)-Bakuchiol inhibited hypoxic activation of HIF-1 with an IC₅₀ value of 6.1 μM.     

四磺化酞菁钴在微乳液、醇-水体系中的二聚现象研究

采用分光光度法研究了四磺化酞菁钴（ＣｏＴＳＰｃ），在微乳液（ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００－壬烷－正戊醇－水）、醇－水（甲醇、乙醇、丙醇）体系中的二聚现象，计算了ＣｏＴＳＰｃ的二聚常数ＫＤ。结果表明，ＣｏＴＳＰｃ的二聚常数ＫＤ值随着微乳液中表面活性的浓度及醇－水溶液的介电常数的增加而减小。     

离子选择电极—流动注射分析法动力学测定葡萄糖存在下的果糖

本文将离子电极与流动注射分析相结合，利用３０℃下，在强碱性介质中，果糖和葡萄糖与２，４－二硝基酚钠反应速度明显差异，动力学测定了葡萄糖存在下果糖的含量。自制了２，４－二硝基酚电极作为动力学电位测定用的工作电极。本法测定果糖的范围为０．０２～１．００ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，其ＲＳＤ为４．０％～４．９％，ＲＥ为１．０～５．０％；当Ｃ葡／Ｃ果≤３倍时，葡萄糖的干扰不超过５％；本法也曾成功地用于果葡萄浆测定，其ＲＳＤ     

钴-锌试剂络合吸附伏安法测定中草药中钴

研究了测定痕量钴的一种灵敏的吸附伏安法 ,利用钴和锌试剂络合物在悬汞电极上的吸附性 ,有效地提高了分析的灵敏度。在 0 .0 0 5mol·L-1NH3 和 0 .0 6mol·L-1NH4Cl及 2 .5× 1 0 -6mol·L-1锌试剂底液条件下 ,该体系 1 .5 ,2 .5阶微分吸附伏安法测定钴的线性范围为 1× 1 0 -10 ～ 1× 1 0 -7mol·L-1,用 2 .5阶微分吸附伏安法 ,富集 3min的检出限为 5× 1 0 -11mol·L-1。用此法直接测定了中草药中痕量钴

Vibrational partition functions for H2O derived from perturbation-theory energy levels

Purely vibrational energy levels and partition functions are calculated using three different potential energy surfaces for the H₂O molecule. Results obtained with perturbation-theory, independent-normal-mode (INM), and harmonic approximations are compared with accurate values. For the cases considered here, the expected improvement that perturbation theory provides over the corresponding harmonic treatment is found to be substantial, while the INM approximation leads to results which are worse than the corresponding harmonic ones. In fact, we show that reliable partition functions for these potential surfaces can be obtained when resonance contributions are removed from the perturbation-theory treatment, and we propose a theoretical criterion for deciding when a particular interaction should be treated as resonant.     

病毒性心肌炎与微量元素关系的探讨

应用日本岛津ＩＣＰＱ－１０１２型高频等离子体发射光谱仪测定了病毒性心肌炎组４７例和正常儿童组６０例全血中１４种元素的水平，结果表明，心肌炎组血锌、铁、铜、钴、钛、铬、镍、铅、钛、镉的含量低于正常组，两者间有显著和非常显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５，Ｐ〈０．０１），血钼、锶则高于正常组，且有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５），血锰、镁、钙与正常组无差异（Ｐ〉０．０５），提示病毒性心肌炎的患儿存在着血锌、铁、铜、钴     

铕(Ⅲ)-β-二酮-有机碱配合物的性质研究

希土－β－二酮－有机碱的配合物具有较强的发光性能，其性和作为高分子材料中的发光物质的应用研究发展－直较快。本文合成了九种铕（Ⅲ）－β－二酮－有机碱的配合物（ＥｕＬ３Ｂ），研究了配合物的ＩＲ，ＵＶ，荧光光谱和光电子能谱，并探讨了配体中Ｏ，Ｎ原子与Ｅｕ（Ⅲ）的配位性能。
