The perchlorate salt of the dicationic bipy–ruthenium complex cis‐[Ru(6,6′‐Cl2bipy)2(H2O)2]2+ effectively catalyzes addition of β‐diketones to secondary alcohols and styrenes to yield the α‐alkylated β‐diketones. In a catalytic addition reaction of acetylacetone to 1‐phenylethanol, the κ2‐acetylacetonate complex [Ru(6,6′‐Cl2bipy)2(κ2‐acac)]ClO4 was isolated after the catalysis; this complex is readily synthesized by reacting cis‐[Ru(6,6′‐Cl2bipy)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2 with acetylacetone. [Ru(6,6′‐Cl2bipy)2(κ2‐acac)]ClO4 is unreactive toward 1‐phenylethanol in the presence of HClO4; it also fails to catalyze the addition of acetylacetone to 1‐phenylethanol. On the basis of these observations, it is proposed and confirmed by independent experiments that the catalytic addition of β‐diketones to the secondary alcohols is in fact catalyzed by the Brønsted acid HClO4, which is generated by the reaction of cis‐[Ru(6,6′‐Cl2bipy)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2 with the β‐diketone. 相似文献

Probabilistic support vector machine (SVM) in combination with ECFP_4 (Extended Connectivity Fingerprints) were applied to establish a druglikeness filter for molecules. Here, the World Drug Index (WDI) and the Available Chemical Directory (ACD) were used as surrogates for druglike and nondruglike molecules, respectively. Compared with published methods using the same data sets, the classifier significantly improved the prediction accuracy, especially when using a larger data set of 341 601 compounds, which further pushed the correct classification rates up to 92.73%. On the other hand, most characteristic features for drugs and nondrugs found by the current method were visualized, which might be useful as guiding fragments for de novo drug design and fragment based drug design. 相似文献

A facile synthesis of air-stable anthra[1,2-b:4,3-b':5,6-b':8,7-b']tetrathiophene derivatives 1a and 1b has been developed for applications in organic thin film transistors. Both molecules tend to self-associate through pi-pi stacking in solution and in different films. The hole mobility of 0.012 cm2 V(-1) s(-1) is obtained from 1a due to morphology changes in films from less ordered to highly ordered structures after thermal annealing. An immunochromatographic test (ICT) strip was developed for ultrasensitive competitive immunoassay of Hg2+. This strategy was achieved by combining the easy-operation and rapidity of ICT with the high sensitivity of surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). Monoclonal antibody (mAb) against Hg2+ and Raman active substance 4-mercaptobenzoic acid (MBA) dual labelled gold nanoparticles (GNPs) were prepared as an immunoprobe. The Raman scattering intensity of MBA on the test line of the ICT strip was measured for quantitative determination of Hg2+. The ICT was able to directly detect Hg2+ without complexing due to the specific recognition of the mAb with Hg2+. The IC50 and limit of detection (LOD) of the assay for Hg2+ detection were 0.12 ng mL−1 and 0.45 pg mL−1, respectively. There was no cross-reactivity (CR) of the assay with other nineteen ions and the ICT strips could be kept for 5 weeks without loss of activity. The recoveries of the assay for water, human serum and urine samples spiked with Hg2+ were in range of 88.3–107.3% with the relative standard deviations (RSD) of 1.5–9.5% (n = 3). The proposed ICT was used for the detection of Hg2+ in urine samples collected from Occupational Disease Hospital and the results were confirmed by cold-vapor atomic fluorescence spectroscopy (CV-AFS). The assay exhibited high sensitivity, selectivity, stability, precision and accuracy, demonstrating a promising method for the detection of trace amount of Hg2+ in environmental water samples and biological serum and urine samples. 相似文献

Polyanionic LiTi2(PO4)3 material with 3D framework structure is intensively investigated to be used in lithium ion batteries. However, the LiTi2(PO4)3-based materials suffer from poor electronic conductivity hindering the application as electrode active materials. This work describes an effective and simple strategy to synthesize LiTi2(PO4)3/C core–shell structure without the addition of external carbon sources. This approach is achieved by a simple one-step solid state reaction using organometallic salt as raw material. The as-prepared LiTi2(PO4)3 exhibits uniform and thin carbon coating on the particle surface. The electrochemical properties of the LiTi2(PO4)3/C composite are investigated, and the results demonstrate that the as-prepared LiTi2(PO4)3/C shows good cycling performance and rate capability. 相似文献

Recyclable and transparent nanocomposite films based on bacterial cellulose (BC) and hemiaminal dynamic covalent network polymer (HDCN) have been synthesized by in situ polymerization of 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether (ODA) with paraformaldehyde. Transparency and structural and mechanical properties of such nanocomposite films are investigated. It was found that BC/HDCN nanocomposite films exhibits a high optical transparency (86 % at 550 nm). Scanning electron microscopy reveals excellent compatibility of the reinforcement of BC nanofibers and HDCN matrix, which leads to the improvement of 20 and 200 % in tensile strength and storage modulus, respectively, as compared to neat HDCN films. BC hydrogels are readily recoverable from nanocomposite films by the sulphuric acid treatment and ODA monomer is deposited and also recycled. 相似文献
