HIRFL-CSR前端总线控制器的改进设计

论述了用于兰州重离子加速器冷却存储环(HIRFL CSR)控制系统的前端总线系统控制器的改进。 改进了控制器的嵌入式操作系统和应用程序, 开发了控制器和数据库交换数据的应用程序。 该控制器基于BGA封装的ARM920T(ARM9)处理器和嵌入式的LINUX操作系统, 可以连接标准的VGA显示器、 键盘、 鼠标, 采用了现场可编程的FPGA器件进行背板接口设计, 并具有64 mA高驱动能力的总线驱动器, 以及拥有灵活的接口信号定义可编程能力, 是HIRFL CSR控制系统的关键部件。 The EVME bus controller which is a key component of the HIRFL CSR control system was improved . Besides reconfiguring the embedded Linux, a utility program was developed for data exchange between the controller and the database. The bus controller is based on ARM920T(ARM9) micro processor which is BGA packaged. The bus controller has the universal interface of VGA display, keyboard, and mouse. The backboard interface logic is programmed in an in system configurable FPGA device. The bus can drive high current up to 64 mA, with the flexibility of the programmable signal definitions. All the improved performance helped the EVME bus controller play a crucial role in HIRFL CSR control system.     

Improving nucleation in the fabrication of high-quality 3D macro-porous copper film through the surface-modification of a polystyrene colloid-assembled template

A new approach is developed to the fabrication of high-quality three-dimensional macro-porous copper films. A highly-ordered macroporous copper film is successfully produced on a polystyrene sphere (PS) template that has been modified by sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). It is shown that this procedure can change a hydrophobic surface of PS template into a hydrophilic surface. The present study is devoted to the influence of the electrolyte solution transport on the nucleation process. It is demonstrated that the permeability of the electrolyte solution in the nanochannels of the PS template plays an important role in the chemical electrodeposition of high-quality macroporous copper film. The permeability is drastically enhanced in our experiment through the surface modification of the PS templates. The method could be used to homogeneously produce a large number of nucleations on a substrate, which is a key factor for the fabrication of the high-quality macroporous copper film.     

毛细管区带电泳用于多种类兴奋剂的同时快速分离检测

建立了一种同时分离检测包括利尿剂、蛋白同化剂、β-阻断剂、麻醉剂、β2-激动剂、刺激剂等6类8种兴奋剂的毛细管区带电泳-紫外检测法。优化的色谱条件为：以50 mmol/L甲酸铵-氨水(pH 7.8)缓冲液为运行液,于3 kPa下进样10 s,分离电压为20 kV,检测波长为214 nm。在此条件下,8种兴奋剂在7 min内实现了快速的基线分离。在相应的浓度范围内,8种组分的浓度与峰高呈良好的线性关系,检出限达为0.2~0.7 μg/mL。该方法快速,分析成本低,无污染,非常适用于多种类兴奋剂的同时快速检测。     

近红外光谱方法在颌面外科皮瓣移植术后监测中的应用

近红外光谱技术作为一种无创组织氧监测手段,近年来在整形外科手术术后监测方面得到了越来越多的重视。文章利用一套近红外无损组织氧检测系统对6例手术成功病例的移植皮瓣侧和对照侧正常组织内的氧饱和度进行了长时间对比监测,发现两侧的组织氧饱和度之间存在显著性差异。还对一例血管吻合失败的病例下颌部的多个位置进行了检测,发现坏死部位的氧饱和度和正常组织相比处于很低的水平。实验结果表明,近红外光谱检测技术对于皮瓣内的血氧浓度动态变化具有很好的灵敏度,在移植皮瓣的术后监测方面具有良好的应用前景。     

巨豆三烯酮的合成及表征

采用这种合成方法的优点是原料易得,反应条件温和,操作比较简单,主要步骤产率较高,是合成目标产物的一种新方法,国内外未见文献报道。根据拟定的合成路线,通过实验对各步反应进行了研究,部分中间体经过折光率、红外(IR)、核磁共振(HNMR)、质谱(MS)等分析确定了其结构。实验证明该合成方法简单可行,目标产物的产率达24.3%,具有一定的继续研究开发价值。     

硬质聚氯乙烯氧指数标准物质的研制

研制硬质聚氯乙烯(硬质PVC)氧指数标准物质。对制备技术、均匀性检验、稳定性考察及定值不确定度进行了分析。研制的硬质PVC标准物质具有良好的均匀性和稳定性,定值数据呈正态分布,各实验室数据等精度。硬质PVC标准物质氧指数标准值为43．6％,扩展不确定度为0．7％。     

细胞毒活性二萜Wangzaozin A的晶体结构

采用单晶X射线衍射技术对对映-贝壳杉烷化合物WangzaozinA的晶体结构进行了研究.研究结果表明,在最小不对称单元中存在两个构象稍有差异(键长和键角不同)的分子,其中两者的3个六元环均为椅式构象,而五元环为扭曲信封式构象.WangzaozinA晶体结构属正交晶系,P2₁2₁2₁空间群,晶胞参数a=0.66485(8)nm,b=2.5796(4)nm,c=1.0473(2)nm,Z=4.分子通过分子内氢键O₃-H₃0…O₂和O₃'-H₃0'…O₂'以及分子间氢键O1-H10…O₃,O1'-H10'…O₃',O₂-H₂0…O₄'和O₂'-H₂0'…O₄形成网络结构,并在晶体中沿c轴排列.体外抗肿瘤实验证实,标题化合物具有显著的细胞毒活性,由SRB法测试其抗Bel-7402及HO^-8910细胞株的IC₅₀值分别为(5.32±0.79)和(4.10±1.00)μmol/L.     

离子色谱法测定生产废水中的毕克草

建立了用离子色谱测定毕克草含量的方法。选用NJ-SA-4A型阴离子分析柱,以7.2 mmol/L碳酸钠-1.5 mmol/L碳酸氢钠作淋洗液,流速为1.5 mL/min,电导检测器检测。该方法具有良好的线性关系,精密度高,检出限为0.026 mg/L,两个加标水平下的回收率分别为99.88%和99.78%,相对标准偏差分别为0.27%和0.34%。     

Microwave-assisted Extraction of Rutin and Quercetin from Flos Sophorae

Three microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) procedures were studied. The first procedure was household microwave oven dynamic extraction(HMODE). The second procedure was special microwave oven bath extraction (SMOBE). The third procedure was microwave resonant cavity dynamic extraction (MRCDE). The results obtained by the three microwave-assisted extraction procedures were compared with those obtained by using traditional Soxhlet extraction. The results indicate that the MAE not only took a shorter time, but also simplified the procedure, and made the extraction a higher yield. At the same time the results obtained by the three MAE procedures were also compared with each other.
