Synthesis and biological evaluation of 3-{[4-(4-[18F]fluorophenyl)methyl] piperazin-1-yl}-methyl-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine for in vivo studies of dopamine D4 receptor

The compound 3-{[4-(4-[¹⁸F]fluorophenyl)methyl]piperazin-1-yl}-methyl-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine ([¹⁸F]3), which is an analogue of L-745,870 binding D₄ This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

Tris(2,2''''-bipyridyl)ruthenium(Ⅱ) electrochemiluminescence (ECL) enhanced by rutin on platinum electrode

Ru(bpy)_(3~(2 )) electrochemiluminescence (ECL) was applied to determination of rutin. ECL intensity of Ru(bpy)_(3~(2 ))could be enhanced in the presence of rutin in basic solution on platinum electrode. At pH 9.9, light emission intensity was found to be linear with rutin in the range of 1-50 mmol/L.     

A new C21-steroidal glycoside from Cynanchum stauntonii

A new C21-steroidal glycoside with two known compounds were isolated from the root of Cynanchum Stauntonii.Based on thespectral analysis,including MS,1H NMR,13C NMR,DEPT,1H-1H COSY,13C-1H COSY,HMQC and HMBC,their chemicalstructures were determinated as glaucogenin-C 3-O-a-L-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-b-D-digitoxopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-canaropyranoside(1),stigmasterol(2)and ursolic acid(3).     

Synthesis and Characterization of Tetraosmium Carbonyl Complexes Containing a Bridging CO2 Ligand

Treatment of (thd)H (thd=2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptandionate) with excess Os₃(CO)₁₂ in an autoclave at 180°C gives the formation of a brown metal chain complex [Os₂(CO)₅(thd)₂]₂ (1) and a yellow CO₂ cluster complex [Os₄(-H)(-CO₂)(thd)(CO)₁₃] (2) in low yields. Complex 2 was fully identified by a combination of spectroscopic methods and X-ray diffraction study, showing a unique CO₂ ligand bridging a triosmium metal fragment, Os₃(-H)(CO)₁₀ and a monometallic osmium fragment, Os(CO)₃(thd). Upon treatment of 1 with Me₃NO at an elevated temperature, oxidation of the CO ligand occurred at the position trans to the unique CO₂ ligand on the Os(CO)₃(thd) fragment, giving the formation of a second CO₂ cluster [Os₄(-H)(-CO₂)(thd)(CO)₁₂(NCMe)] (3), which is stabilized by a weakly coordinated acetonitrile molecule.     

相转移催化合成对甲氧基肉桂酸-2-乙基己酯的研究

New bioactive triterpenoid from Oldenlandia cantonensis How

A new pentacyclic triterpenoid, urs-12-en-29α-oic acid-3β-ol (1), was obtained from the ethanol extract of Chinese herb Oldenlandia cantonensis How. The structure was elucidated by spectroscopy methods, including nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) (1D and 2D), infrared spectroscopy (IR), and mass spectrometry (MS). 1 exhibited significant inhibitory activity against the human DNA topoisomerase I (hTopo I), the cancer cell lines BEL-7402 and MCG-803, with the IC₅₀ values 12.0, 6.5, and 8.0 μg/mL, respectively. The volatile oil, the fraction of petroleum ether: EtOAc = 20:1 (V/V) on Si gel chromatography, was also quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS). As a result, 60 compounds were identified. Among them, the long chain aliphatics, terpenes and steroids, as the representative structure type, were found with percentages of 36.16%, 6.42% and 9.28%, respectively. Study on Extraction Process of Root of Henry Wood Betony Polysaccharides and Their Antitumor Activity against S180

We optimized the hot water extraction of polysaccharides from the root of Henry wood betony (RHWPs) using a uniform test and explored their anti-tumor activities in vitro and in vivo. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 40 min extraction time, liquid/solid ratio 30 mL/g, 100 min soaking time, two extraction cycles, 100% ethanol concentration, and extraction temperature of 80 °C. The molecular weight distribution of RHWPs with MWs was 228,600 g/mol and 5001 g/mol. The IR spectrum further indicated that RHWPs are acidic polysaccharides containing pyranose and furan rings. The main monosaccharides found in RHWPs were mannose, ribose, l-rhamnose monohydrate, glucuronic acid, galacturonic acid, glucose, galactose, xylose, arabinose, and fucose. RHWPs inhibited the proliferation of S180 tumor cells and induced apoptosis in vitro. Oral administration of RHWPs to tumor-bearing mice significantly inhibited the growth of the S180 xenografts, accelerated apoptosis in tumor cells, and expanded the necrotic regions. Furthermore, RHWPs also markedly increased the levels of TNF-α, IFN-γ, and IL-2 in the sera of tumor-bearing mice, and activated immune cells such as lymphocytes, NK cells, and macrophages, thereby inducing tumor cell apoptosis. Taken together, RHWPs are a promising anti-tumor agent that ought to be explored further.     

Recent progress in two-photon small molecule fluorescent probes for enzymes

This review aims to provide a summary of the progress in TP small molecule fluorescent probes for enzymes in recent years and displays the main fluorescent mechanisms that have been applied to design probes.     

2,2′-(1,2-亚苯基二氧)二(N-苯基乙酰胺)及其稀土配合物的合成、表征与荧光性质

合成了一种新的芳香族酰胺配体2，2’-（1，2-亚苯基二氧）二（N-苯基乙酰胺）及其稀土（La，Eu，Tb，Dy，Sm，Gd）硝酸盐配合物，通过核磁共振谱、元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、差热等测试技术对其进行了结构表征。结果表明，稀土配合物的可能结构为：[REL（NO3）3]·H2O（RE：La^3＋、Sm^3＋、Eu^3＋、Gd^3＋、Tb^3＋、Dy^3＋）．配合物产率约为78％。在稀土配合物中，作为抗衡阴离子的3个硝酸根均以双齿的配位方式与稀土配位，稀土配位数为10，并且还有1个结晶水。在298K下对配合物[EuL（NO3）3]·H2O和[TI）L（N03）3]·H2O的固体荧光性质进行了研究。结果发现，它们分别发射Eu^3＋和Tb^3＋稀土离子的特征荧光，且配合物[TbL（NO3）3]·H2O的荧光比[EuL（NO3）3]·H2O的荧光强。说明此芳香族酰胺配体敏论Tb^3＋发光比敏化Eu^3＋发光程度大。     

反相高效液相色谱法分析无机阴离子研究

本文研究了提高ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ测定无机阴离子的选择性的方法，设计了利用对离子试剂和背景试剂兼作ｐＨ调节剂，建立了几种分离分析系统和实际样品分析方法。
