有机光敏二极管的功能材料探索及其器件结构

有机光敏二极管具有功能材料种类丰富、光敏波长可调控、成本低和可在柔性基底上制备等优点,在图像传感、免疫探测、光学通信等方面有着重要的应用前景.本文对近年来引起广泛关注的一些有机光敏二极管材料进行了归纳,探讨了它们在对不同波长敏感的光敏器件中的特性,总结了有机光敏二极管的结构优化、界面修饰和界面传输机理及其内部光强分布的相关研究,并介绍了一些基于有机光敏二极管的光电功能器件实际应用.最后,对有机光敏二极管未来的发展方向和应用前景进行了展望.     

饮用水含氮消毒副产物NDMA的形成与去除研究进展

N-亚硝基二甲胺(NDMA)是一种强致痛物质,普遍存在于食品、工业制品和污染大气之中.作为一种新发现的饮用水消毒副产物,NDMA已逐渐成为水环境化学研究领域的一个热点.介绍了饮用水消毒副产物NDMA的相关背景,重点评述了NDMA在水中的形成机制,主要包括亚硝化和非对称二甲肼氧化两种途径,强调NDMA的前体物还有待进一步确认.对水中NDMA的去除方法进行了总结,包括物理方法、光解作用、生物降解和高级氧化技术.最后提出了饮用水含氮消毒副产物NDMA的若干研究方向.     

A modified inlet system for high speed gas chromatography using inert metal tubing with a carbon dioxide cooled cryotrap

Ten different metal tubings were investigated for thermal decomposition of analytes when used as the trap tube in a cryotrap/thermodesorption inlet system. No noticeable sample decomposition of hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons and a brominated hydrocarbon was observed for six of the tubings with hydrogen as the carrier gas. This observation may be partly attributed to the developed deactivation techniques that produce inert metal tubings that are being widely adopted by many column manufacturers, the different trap materials used in comparison to previous studies and the decreased sample residence time in the hot trap tube. A cryotrap using carbon dioxide was constructed and tested as a alternative to the previously used liquid nitrogen based systems. This cryotrap was able to trap compounds with a boiling point of 80°C.

有关表活剂分子的扩散系数的测量已有很多报道,但有关非离子表活剂的扩散系数的测量方法尚不多.本文利用示踪原子及液体闪烁计数技术,测定了非离子表活剂在其溶液中的扩散系数,该方法在使用过程中有一些独特的优点.     

Pt-Ga/HZSM-5催化剂上丙烷芳构化

考察了Ｐｔ／ＨＺＳＭ－５，Ｇａ／ＨＺＳＭ－５和Ｐｔ－Ｇａ／ＨＺＳＭ－５上的丙烷芳构化反应，其中Ｐｔ－Ｇａ／ＨＺＳＭ－５双组份催化剂上有较高的丙烷反应活性和芳烃选择性，用程序升温还原（ＴＰＲ）和Ｈ２化学吸附法表征催化剂，发现Ｐｔ与Ｇａ的协同相互作用促进了Ｇａ＾３＋的还原，使其峰温向低温移动的７０℃，且双组分催化剂中Ｐｔ的Ｈ２吸附性能大大降低，使催化剂表成乙烯加氢能力降低，从而提高了产物芳烃的选择性，     

Determination of basic pharmaceuticals in human serum by hydrophilic interaction capillary electrochromatography

Hydrophilic interaction capillary electrochromatography (HI-CEC) for the determination of basic pharmaceuticals spiked in human serum is described. The organic modifier content, ionic strength, and pH value of the mobile phase as well as the applied voltage are optimized for separation and elution of these drug analytes. Excellent separation was achieved for drugs using a mobile phase composition of 80% v/v acetonitrile in 100 mM triethylamine phosphate (TEAP) buffer at pH 2.8 with column efficiencies for analytes more than 200,000 plates/m. The samples of human serum spiked with basic drugs were directly injected after a simple acetonitrile treatment. The linear range and reproducibility of these basic drugs using an external and internal standard method were compared. As a result, the reproducibility could be greatly improved by using the internal standard method. Good calibration curves with regression coefficients more than 0.998 in the range of 5-160 microg/mL were observed with the internal standard method. The limits of quantitation, based on standards with acceptable relative standard deviations (RSDs), were below 5 microg/mL. The intra- and inter-day precisions, determined as RSDs, were less than 4.57%.     

Self‐Assembly of Amphiphilic Drug–Dye Conjugates into Nanoparticles for Imaging and Chemotherapy

An amphiphilic drug–dye conjugate ( PTX‐Pt‐BDP ) was designed and synthesized with a platinum compound as the hydrophilic head. The precursor of PTX‐Pt‐BDP was obtained under mild conditions by means of a three‐component Passerini reaction. PTX‐Pt‐BDP could self‐assemble into nanoparticles ( PTX‐Pt‐BDP NPs) in aqueous solution via a nanoprecipitation method. The obtained nanoparticles exhibited favorable structural stability in both water and physiological environment. PTX‐Pt‐BDP NPs could be endocytosed by cancer cells as revealed by confocal laser scanning microscopy and exert potent cytotoxicity. This work highlights the potential of nanomedicines from amphiphilic drug–dye conjugates for cancer cell imaging and chemotherapy.
