利用光纤湍流测量系统获得了合肥西郊科学岛上气象观测场内下垫面平坦的水面上方0.48m、草地上方1.8m和23m高处的大气折射率起伏的观测数据,采用R/S分析法计算了近地层大气光学湍流的赫斯特指数和分形维数,统计分析了分形维数的日变化特征及概率分布特征。结果表明:对于一天的不同时段,分形维数在一定范围内动态变化,且中午时段相对稳定;在三种下垫面条件下,全天分形维数的值大多在1.3~1.4之间,其最可几概率位于1.35处,从均值来看,草地上方1.8m的分形维数最大,水面上方0.48m次之,草地上方23m处最小。最后,初步探讨了近地层大气光学湍流分形维数、间歇性指数和湍流发展程度的相关性。 相似文献

Tryptophan fluorescence is extremely useful to monitor structural conformational transitions in proteins. Denaturant-induced unfolding of azurin and ascorbate oxidase has been studied by dynamic fluorescence measurements in the frequency domain and the results have been interpreted in terms of continuous distribution of lifetimes. The data add new information on the unfolding mechanism that was previously analyzed by steady-state emission spectroscopy. In particular, the existence of multiple, parallel unfolding pathways may be envisaged and correlated, in both cases, to the two protein structures. The effect of metal depletion has been also characterized by fluorescence lifetime measurements. In the case of azurin, a monomeric protein, the data demonstrate that copper removal yields a totally different unfolding pathways with respect to the holo protein, indicating that metal ion plays a fundamental structural role in the wild type, native protein. In the case of ascorbate oxidase a dimer of 140 kDa, only minor effects have been detected by copper removal. However, the analysis of the fluorescence decay in presence of different amounts of guanidinium hydrochloride gives new important insights on the unfolding intermediates. In particular the data support the hypothesis of a partial exposure of an outer layer of dimer at intermediate denaturant concentration. This ability of dynamic fluorescence to pinpoint the presence of structural micro-heterogeneity in the unfolding pathways of proteins demonstrates the greater power of this technique compared to the most commonly used steady-state measurements. 相似文献

The g factors g∥ and g⊥ for the tetragonally-compressed (CrO4)3− clusters in YMO4 (M=V, P) crystals are calculated from the high-order perturbation formulas based on the two-mechanism model for the compressed d1 tetrahedra with the ground state |dz2〉. From the calculated values and by considering a small admixture of the first excited state |dx2−y2〉 to the ground state |dz2〉 due to the vibrational motion of ligands (which leads a twinkling compressed tetrahedron to become an elongated one), the observed g∥ and g⊥ for Cr5+ centers in YMO4 crystals are explained reasonably. The difficulty of the large deviations of g∥ from ge (≈2.0023) in the two systems is therefore removed and the above dynamic effect may be the cause which results in the large deviation of g∥ from ge for some (CrO4)3− clusters in crystals. 相似文献

Herein, we demonstrated a well-rounded exploration of the universal structures, microstructures and physical properties of different rice grains. We show that these rice grains are nanocrystalline in nature, have the standard pattern of type A rice crystalline, and can be attributed to the hexagonal crystal structure with space group of P6. These rice grains have uneven surfaces, clusters of the granules, or schistose structure. Carbon, nitrogen and oxygen elements are presented in the rice grains. No significant difference is observed in FTIR spectra in these rice grains, indicating the fundamental chemical structures of these rice grains are analogical. Their microstructural and physical properties were investigated in detail. Moreover, chemical properties (e.g. thermal stability) of the rice grains were explored. This research provides an in-depth understanding on the physical and structural properties on the atomic and molecular level, as well as guidance for food and industry applications. 相似文献
