Vibrational Spectra and Normal Coordinate Analysis for an Imidazole Bridged Copper,Zinc Binuclear Complex

Abstract

The normal coordinate analysis of a model compound for Cu, Zn-SOD: [(dtma)CuImZn(dtma)]CIO₄ · 2.5H₂O (where dtma = 4-diethylenetriamineacctate; Im = imidazolate) has been carried out by using a Urey-Bradley force field. According to the molecular structure, 240 internal coordinates were established and 174 theoretical vibrational frequencies were calculated. Due to introducing an appropriate set of internal coordinates and force constants in the course of calculation, the calculated frequencies agree well with the observed values, with the average difference 4.40cm^?1 and the maximum deviation 24.2cm^?1 between them, although the structure of the title compound is complicated. Some structural and spectral properties are here discussed.     

低组胺释放副作用的GnRH拮抗剂的设计合成及活性评价

根据肽类组胺释放剂具有多个碱性氨基酸的结构特点, 将具有羧基结构的基团引入促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)的不同位置, 合成了一系列新的GnRH类似物, 并进行了大鼠体内抑制睾酮释放的生物活性评价及大鼠腹腔肥大细胞中的促组胺释放副作用评价. 结果表明, 某些带有酸性基团的GnRH类似物不仅组胺释放副作用大大降低, 而且保留了原有的生物活性. 该结果为研发具有低组胺释放副作用的安全型GnRH拮抗剂药物提供了新的构效关系信息.     

离子交换色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定高纯钛中痕量杂质元素

建立了离子交换色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定高纯钛中Mg、Cr、Fe、V、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Sr、Cd、Ba、Tl、Pb等痕量杂质元素分析方法,并对ICP-MS工作参数及条件进行了优化和选择.高纯钛用HF和HNO3溶解后进入离子色谱的阳离子交换柱,经HF(3+97)淋洗后,用HNO3洗脱,洗脱下来的溶液进入电感耦合等离子体质谱检测.方法的检出限在0.00099～0.85 μg/L之间,测定下限为0.0033～2.8 μg/L,各元素的回收率在90%～110%之间.利用本方法对纯度＞99.99%高纯钛样品的杂质元素进行分析,结果表明,其精密度和准确度均满足痕量分析的要求.     

Carboxyester hydrolysis catalyzed by a novel dicopper(II) complex with an alcohol-pendant macrocycle

A novel hexaaza macrocycle bearing two hydroxyethyl pendants (L), 3,6,9,16,19,22-hexaaza-6,19-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)tricyclo[22,2,2,2(11,14)]triaconta-1,11,13,24,27,29-hexaene, was synthesized as a potential binucleating ligand. The corresponding Cu(II) complex [Cu(2)LCl(2)]Cl(2) small middle dot5.5H(2)O was isolated as a blue crystal, triclinic, space group P with a= 9.4920(19) A, b = 4.783(3) A, c = 16.553(3) A, alpha = 63.87(3) degrees, beta = 86.10(3) degrees, gamma = 83.8(3) degrees, V = 2072.8(7) A(-3), Z = 2, R1 = 0.0658, and wR2 = 0.1839. Both Cu ions adopt the geometry of a distorted trigonal bipyramid in a pentacoordinated environment. A complexation study on the novel title complex has revealed that the alcoholic OH groups of the complex Cu(2)L exhibit an obvious acidity with rather low pK(a) values at 25 degrees C. The Cu(II)-bound alkoxides, which act as reactive nucleophiles toward the hydrolysis of 4-nitrophenyl acetate in 10% (v/v) CH(3)CN at 25 degrees C, with I = 0.10 (NaNO(3)) and pH 9.3, have shown a second-order rate constant, 0.41 +/- 0.02 M(-1) s(-1), a value that is approximately 10 times greater than the corresponding value for the mononuclear Cu(II) complex formed by a relatively simple tripodal ligand (L1). The pH-rate profile gave a sigmoidal curve. The possible catalytic mechanism has been proposed, and the reason for the high catalytic activity of the title complex has been discussed.     

Crystal structure of a 26-membered hexaaza macrocycle bearing hydroxyethyl pendants containing p-xylyl spacers

The new macrocyclic compound bearing hydroxyethyl pendant arms containing p-xylyl spacers, 3,6,9,16,19,22-hexaaza-6,19-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-tricyclo[22,2,2,2^11,14] triaconta-1,11,13,24,27,29-hexaene, crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2₁/c with a = 8.700(2) Å, b = 18.301(4) Å, c = 11.766(2) Å, = 108.57(2)°. The two hydroxyethyl pendants are at the opposite sides of the macrocyclic plane. Benzene rings in macrocycle are parallel and exist the - weak interaction with distance of 4.28 Å. The crystal packing of the macrocycle is stabilized by the hydrogen bonds.     

Fabrication of a polypseudorotaxane nanoparticle with synergistic photodynamic and chemotherapy

Polypseudorotaxane (PPR) nanoparticles were fabricated by the self-assembly of mPEG-protoporphyrin IX (PpIX) conjugate and a-CDs via the hostguest interaction for achieving synergistic photodynamic and chemotherapy.     

Structure and magnetic properties of a new dinuclear nickel(II) complex with a dinucleating hexaazamacrocycle

The crystal structure and magnetic properties of a new dinuclear nickel(II) complex [LNi2(AcO)4]·14H2O, where L = 3,6,9,17,20,23-hexaazatricyclo [23.3.1.111,13] triaconta-1(29),11(30),12,14,25(26),27-hexene, has been studied. X-ray structure analysis shows that the compound consists of a discrete [LNi2(AcO)4] complex and 14 lattice water molecules. Each Ni atom is six coordinated by three N atoms from the macrocycle and three O atoms from the two coordinated acetates; two nickel atoms in each macrocycle are at the distance of 7.028Å. The result of the magnetic measurement indicates that the zero-field splitting constant of nickel(II) centres |D| = 1.87 cm–1.     

层/湍流等离子体射流波动特性实验研究

本文应用电压传感器、光电倍增管及水冷皮托管,对产生射入空气中的纯氩层流和湍流等离子体射流的弧电压波动、发生器出口处的射流光强波动以及沿射流轴线的滞止压力波动进行了测量。结果显示层流等离子体射流各参数的波动幅度远小于湍流射流的对应值;弧电压的波动幅度随气流量的变化明显,但随电流的变化很小;弧电压的波动幅度与其平均值之比随电流增加呈下降的趋势。     

快速老化模型小鼠血清蛋白质组学分析比较

以6月及12月龄SAMP 8及同龄SAMR 1为研究对象, 应用双向凝胶电泳法, 分析比较了快速老化模型小鼠(Senescence accelerated mice, SAM)的快速老化亚系SAMP 8及抗快速老化亚系SAMR 1血清蛋白表达的差异. 与同龄SAMR 1比较, 6月龄SAMP 8血清中有15个蛋白点表达显著上调, 3个蛋白点表达显著下调, 7个蛋白点只在SAMP 8中有表达; 12月龄SAMP 8血清中有9个蛋白点表达显著上调, 7个蛋白点表达显著下调, 12个蛋白点只在SAMP 8中有表达. 应用质谱进行肽质量指纹图谱分析和数据库检索共鉴定了19种蛋白质. 其中6个蛋白只在6月龄SAMP 8中表达, 4个蛋白只在12月龄SAMP 8中表达. 此外, 在6月龄及12月龄SAMP 8血清差异蛋白中, 存在9个共同的差异蛋白, 按照功能可分为4类: (1) 免疫相关蛋白; (2) 老化相关蛋白; (3) 糖代谢及神经元凋亡相关蛋白; (4) 其它蛋白. 上述研究结果显示, SAMP 8和SAMR 1血清蛋白表达存在明显差异, 其中一些差异蛋白可能是SAMP 8老化进程中相关病理生理变化的重要原因.     

快速老化模型小鼠海马蛋白质组学初步研究

应用双向凝胶电泳结合质谱鉴定, 分析比较6月龄和12月龄快速老化模型小鼠(Senescence-accele-rated mouse, SAM)的快速老化亚系SAM-prone/8(SAMP8)及抗快速老化亚系SAM-resistance/1(SAMR1)海马蛋白表达的差异, 从蛋白质水平初步探讨与老化相关的学习记忆功能障碍的发生机制. 结果表明, 与同龄SAMR1比较, 6月龄SAMP8海马中有15个蛋白点表达显著上调, 5个蛋白点表达显著下调; 12月龄SAMP8海马中有12个蛋白点表达显著上调, 2个蛋白点表达显著下调, 2个蛋白点只在SAMP8中有表达. 应用质谱分析结合数据库检索, 共鉴定了22种蛋白质. 6月龄和12月龄SAMP8与SAMR1海马中表达有明显变化的蛋白按功能可分为如下4类: (1) 能量代谢相关蛋白; (2) 线粒体功能相关蛋白; (3) 信号转导相关蛋白; (4) 其它蛋白. 研究结果表明, SAMP8和SAMR1海马蛋白表达存在明显差异, 其中一些蛋白与SAMP8随龄出现的学习记忆功能减退相关, 并可能为研究或发现促智药物作用的新蛋白靶标提供线索.
