In this study, we focused on the surface character of bacterial cellulose (BC) before and after oxidation mediated by 2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidine‐1‐oxyl (TEMPO).Solid‐state 13C NMR, XPS, SEM, contact angle and surface free energy analyses were performed to investigate the effects of various parameters (reaction time and oxidant and catalyst concentrations) on the surface composition, morphology and polarity of the BC. The results provided by the combined use of these techniques showed that hydrogen bonds were disrupted on the BC surface after carboxylation occurred; therefore, the surface of oxidized BC was rougher than that of the original BC, and the surface free energy, especially the polar components, increased after oxidation. Two heterospin complexes [Cu(NIT3Py)(cda)H2O] · H2O ( 1 ) and [Cu(NIT2Py)(cda)H2O] · H2O · CH3OH ( 2 ) with CuII ions and pyridyl‐substituted nitronyl nitroxide radicals (NITxPy = 2‐(x′‐pyridyl)‐4,4,5,5‐tetramethyl‐imidazoline‐1‐oxyl‐3‐oxide, x = 3, 2; H2cda = 4‐hydroxy‐pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid) were synthesized and characterized structurally and magnetically. The single crystal structures show that the two complexes are both two‐spin complexes, in which the different radicals make the two complexes have different hydrogen bonding interactions to form 2D and 1D supramolecular network for complexes 1 and 2 , respectively. The magnetic measurements indicate that complexes 1 and 2 both exhibit antiferromagnetic interactions between CuII and radicals. 相似文献

The hydrido copper(I) and silver(I) clusters incorporating 1,1-dicyanoethylene-2,2-dithiolate (i-MNT) ligands are presented in this paper. Reactions of M(I) (M = Cu, Ag) salts, [Bu(4)N](2)[S(2)CC(CN)(2)], with the anion sources ([Bu(4)N][BH(4)] for H(-), [Bu(4)N][BD(4)] for D(-)) in an 8:6:1 molar ratio in THF produce octanuclear penta-anionic Cu(I)/Ag(I) clusters, [Bu(4)N](5)[M(8)(X){S(2)CC(CN)(2)}(6)] (M = Cu, X = H, 1(H); X = D, 1(D); M = Ag, X = H, 2(H); X = D, 2(D)). They can also be produced from the stoichiometric reaction of M(8)(i-MNT)(6)(4-) with the ammonium borohydride. All four compounds have been fully characterized spectroscopically ((1)H and (13)C NMR, IR, UV-vis) and by elemental analyses. The deuteride-encapsulated Cu(8)/Ag(8) clusters of 1(D) and 2(D) are also characterized by (2)H NMR. X-ray crystal structures of 1(H) and 2(H) reveal a hydride-centered tetracapped tetrahedral Cu(8)/Ag(8) core, which is inscribed within an S(12) icosahedron formed by six i-MNT ligands, each in a tetrametallic-tetraconnective (μ(2), μ(2)) bonding mode. The encapsulated hydride in 2(H) is unequivocally characterized by both (1)H and (109)Ag NMR spectroscopies, and the results strongly suggest that the hydride is coupled to eight magnetically equivalent silver nuclei on the NMR time scale. Therefore, a fast interchange between the vertex and capping silver atoms in solution gives a plausible explanation for the perceived structural differences between the Ag(8) geometry deduced from the X-ray structure and the NMR spectra. 相似文献

Electrochemical-coupling layer-by-layer (ECC-LbL) assembly is introduced as a novel fabrication methodology for preparing layered thin films. This method allows us to covalently immobilize functional units (e.g., porphyrin, fullerene, and fluorene) into thin films having desired thicknesses and designable sequences for both homo- and heteroassemblies while ensuring efficient layer-to-layer electronic interactions. Films were prepared using a conventional electrochemical setup by a simple and inexpensive process from which various layering sequences can be obtained, and the photovoltaic functions of a prototype p/n heterojunction device were demonstrated. 相似文献

Fluorescent silicon quantum dots (SiQDs) are facilely prepared via one-pot microwave-assisted synthesis. The as-prepared SiQDs feature excellent aqueous dispersibility, robust photo- and pH-stability, strong fluorescence, and favorable biocompatibility. Experiments show the SiQDs are superbly suitable for long-term immunofluorescent cellular imaging. Our results provide a new and invaluable methodology for large-scale synthesis of high-quality SiQDs, which are promising for various optoelectronic and biological applications. 相似文献

On the basis of information on the evolution of the 20 amino acids and their physiochemical characteristics, we propose a new two-dimensional (2D) graphical representation of protein sequences in this article. By this representation method, we use 2D data to represent three-dimensional information constructed by the amino acids' evolution index, the class information of amino acid based on physiochemical characteristics, and the order of the amino acids appearing in the protein sequences. Then, using discrete Fourier transform, the sequence signals with different lengths can be transformed to the frequency domain, in which the sequences are with the same length. A new method is used to analyze the protein sequence similarity and to predict the protein structural class. The experiments indicate that our method is effective and useful. 相似文献

A three-component coupling of vinyl triflates and boronic acids to alkenes catalyzed by palladium is reported. Using 1,3-dienes, selective 1,2-alkene difunction-alization is observed, whereas the use of terminal alkenes results in 1,1-alkene difunctionalization. Chalcopyrite quaternary semiconductor Cu(In(x)B(1-x))Se(2) nanocrystals have been successfully prepared via a relatively simple and convenient solvothermal route. The effect of different solvents on the formation of the product also indicates that diethylenetriamine is the optimal solvent for this reaction. The device parameters for a single junction Cu(In(x)B(1-x))Se(2) solar cell under AM1.5G are as follows: an open circuit voltage of 265 mV, a short-circuit current of 25.90 mA/cm(2), a fill factor of 34%, and a power conversion efficiency of 2.34%. Based on a series of comparative experiments under different reaction conditions, the probable formation mechanism of crystal Cu(In(x)B(1-x))Se(2) nanorods is proposed. 相似文献
