建立了食品中脂肪酸单氯丙醇单酯与双酯含量的测定方法。称取0.1 g的油脂样品,加入内标后,转入氨基固相萃取柱,先以6.0 mL正己烷洗脱脂肪酸单氯丙醇双酯(MCPD双酯),再以6.0 mL正己烷-乙酸乙酯混合溶剂洗脱脂肪酸单氯丙醇单酯(MCPD单酯),分别收集洗脱液并浓缩至近干,残余物经甲醇钠水解和苯基硼酸(PBA)衍生后,供气相色谱/质谱(GC-MS)分析。MCPD单酯、MCPD双酯的检出限在83~142μg/kg(均以MCPD计)之间,线性范围为25~500μg/L(R2>0.9990)。以花生油和婴幼儿奶粉脂肪提取物为基质,在250~1000μg/kg范围内进行3种浓度水平的加标回收实验,MCPD单酯与双酯的回收率在86.5%~104.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.4%~13.2%(n=6)。此外,本方法成功应用于市售食用植物油和婴幼儿奶粉中MCPD单、双酯的污染调查。 相似文献

以二氧化硅-氧化石墨烯复合物为固相萃取材料,建立了植物油中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2的高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法。优化的条件为:复合材料的最佳用量为0.15 g,最佳萃取时间20 min,洗脱溶剂为乙腈,洗脱次数为2次。结果表明,在优化条件下,建立的二氧化硅-氧化石墨烯复合物固相萃取-高效液相色谱法对黄曲霉毒素B1、B2的检出限分别为0.17和0.05μg/L。将本方法应用于植物油实际样品的检测中,加标回收率在81.4%~105.3%之间,相对标准偏差为1.3%~8.6%。 相似文献

建立了食用植物油中棉酚的液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)分析方法。待测物经无水乙醇涡旋振荡提取,C18色谱柱分离,以乙腈和0.1%(v/v)甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,LC-MS/MS测定,外标法定量。方法的测定低限(S/N>10)为1 mg/kg;在添加浓度为1、2和200 mg/kg水平下,棉酚的加标回收率为87.4%~100%,相对标准偏差为3.9%~12.2%。结果表明,本方法灵敏度高,测定结果准确,回收率稳定,可用于食用植物油中棉酚残留的确证检测。 相似文献

胃癌是一种高发的恶性肿瘤,是癌症相关死亡的第二大病因。早期筛查是提高患者生存率的有效手段,但目前临床上尚缺乏实现胃癌无创筛检的可靠标志物。本研究采用了基于液相色谱-质谱联用的拟靶向代谢组学方法分析了20例胃癌患者及40例正常人血清代谢组,以期发现新的潜在代谢标志物。代谢组数据的主成分分析和偏最小二乘法数据分析结果显示,胃癌患者与健康人群的血清代谢组存在明显的差异,结合非参数检验进一步筛选并定性出57个差异代谢物。其中二氢胆固醇经验证组样本验证,具有成为胃癌代谢标志物的潜力。本研究在发现胃癌的潜在代谢标志物的同时,也为胃癌患者代谢分型提供了重要的科学依据。 相似文献

Nano-crystalline FeOOH particles(5~10 nm) have been uniformly mixed with electric matrix of single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs)for forming FeOOH/SWNT composite via a facile ultrasonication method. Directly using the FeOOH/SWNT composite(containing 15 wt%SWNTs) as anode material for lithium battery enhances kinetics of the Li+insertion/extraction processes, thereby effectively improving reversible capacity and cycle performance, which delivers a high reversible capacity of 758 mAh g-1under a current density of 400 mA g-1even after 180 cycles, being comparable with previous reports in terms of electrochemical performance for FeOOH anode. The good electrochemical performance should be ascribed to the small particle size and nano-crystalline of FeOOH, as well as the good electronic conductivity of SWNT matrix. 相似文献

以直接提取稀释结合黄曲霉毒素免疫亲和柱净化的方法,利用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS),建立了发酵黑茶中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的快速分析方法。样品采用甲醇-水溶液(7∶3,体积比)提取,以HSS T3色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm)进行色谱分离,通过正离子扫描,Full ms-dd-MS/MS模式进行分析。结果表明:33种发酵黑茶中的AFB1在一定范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r2)大于0.999,4种样品的加标回收率(n=4)为86.4%~98.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.3%~1.7%,检出限(LOD,S/N≥3)和定量下限(LOQ,S/N≥10)分别为0.06μg/kg和0.19μg/kg。结果显示33种样品中的AFB1含量均在合理范围内。该方法准确、快速、简单,适用于发酵黑茶中AFB1的检测。 相似文献

The pH values of lysosomes in cancer cells is slightly lower than that in normal cells, which can be used to distinguish cancer cells from normal cells. According to this, a naphthalimide-rhodamine based fluorescent probe(hereafter referred to as RBN) with a pK_a of 4.20 was designed and synthesized for ratiometric sensing of cellular pH via fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET), which can respond to different pH precisely through ratiometric fluorescence intensity(Ⅰ_(577)/Ⅰ_(540)). RBN can be employed to distinguish cancer cells from normal cells on the basis of different fluorescent response, in particular, RBN showed excellent water solubility and low cell toxicity, all these are quite significant for potential application in cancer diagnose and therapy. 相似文献

In photodynamic therapy (PDT), the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) produced in the cell directly determines the therapeutic effect. Improvement in ROS concentration can be realized by reducing the glutathione (GSH) level or increasing the amount of photosensitizer. However, excessive amounts photosensitizer may cause side effects. Therefore, the development of photosensitizers that reduce GSH levels through synergistically improving ROS concentration in order to strengthen the efficacy of PDT for tumor is important. We report a nano‐metal–organic framework (CuII‐metalated nano‐MOF {CuL‐[AlOH]2}n (MOF‐2, H6L=mesotetrakis(4‐carboxylphenyl)porphyrin)) based on CuII as the active center for PDT. This MOF‐2 is readily taken up by breast cancer cells, and high levels of ROS are generated under light irradiation. Meanwhile, intracellular GSH is considerably decreased owing to absorption on MOF‐2; this synergistically increases ROS concentration and accelerates apoptosis, thereby enhancing the effect of PDT. Notably, based on the direct adsorption of GSH, MOF‐2 showed a comparable effect with the commercial antitumor drug camptothecin in a mouse breast cancer model. This work provides strong evidence for MOF‐2 as a promising new PDT candidate and anticancer drug. 相似文献

Mechanofluorochromic materials, which change their photoluminescence (PL) colors in responding to mechanical stimuli, can be used as mechanosensors, security papers, and photoelectronic devices. However, traditional mechanofluorochromic materials can only be adjusted to a monotone direction upon the external stimuli. Controllable pressure‐triggered blue‐ and red‐shifted PL is reported for C‐dots. The origin of mechanofluorochromism (MFC) in C‐dots is interpreted based on structure–property relationships. The carbonyl group and the π‐conjugated system play key roles in the PL change of C‐dots under high pressure. As the pressure increases, the enhanced π–π stacking of the π‐conjugated system causes the red‐shift of PL, while the conversion of carbonyl groups eventually induces a blue‐shift. Together with their low toxicity, good hydrophilicity, and small size, the tunable MFC property would boost various potential applications of C‐dots. 相似文献

Single atoms immobilized on metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) with unique nanostructures have drawn tremendous attention in the application of catalysis but remain a great challenge. Various single noble‐metal atoms have now been successfully anchored on the well‐defined anchoring sites of the zirconium porphyrin MOF hollow nanotubes, which are probed by aberration‐corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy and synchrotron‐radiation‐based X‐ray absorption fine‐structure spectroscopy. Owing to the hollow structure and excellent photoelectrochemical performance, the HNTM‐Ir/Pt exhibits outstanding catalytic activity in the visible‐light photocatalytic H2 evolution via water splitting. The single atom immobilized on MOFs with hollow structures are expected to pave the way to expand the potential applications of MOFs. 相似文献
