An olefin‐directed palladium‐catalyzed oxidative regio‐ and stereoselective arylation of allenes to afford 1,3,6‐trienes has been established. A number of functionalized allenes, including 2,3‐ and 3,4‐dienoates and 3,4‐dienol derivatives, have been investigated and found to undergo the olefin‐directed allene arylation. The olefin moiety has been proven to be a crucial element for the arylating transformation.  相似文献

Substituent effects on the potential energy surface of XGeSb (X=H, Li, Na, BeH, MgH, BH2, AlH2, CH3, SiH3, NH2, PH2, OH, SH, F, and Cl) were investigated by using B3LYP/Def2‐TZVP, B3PW91/Def2‐ TZVPP CCSD (T)//B3LYP/Def2‐TZVP methods. The isomers include structures with formal double (Ge=SbX) and triple (Xge=Sb) bonds to germanium‐stibium, so a direct comparison of these types of species is possible. Our model calculations indicate that electropositively substituted Ge=SbX species are thermodynamically and kinetically more stable than their isomeric Xge=Sb molecules. Moreover, the theoretical findings suggest that only the organic substitutions (such as CH3) can make triply bonded Xge=Sb molecule more stable than the doubly bonded Ge=SbX species.  相似文献

A rhodium(III)‐catalyzed [3+2]/[5+2] annulation of 4‐aryl 1‐tosyl‐1,2,3‐triazoles with internal alkynes is presented. This transformation provides straightforward access to indeno[1,7‐cd]azepine architectures through a sequence involving the formation of a rhodium(III) azavinyl carbene, dual C(sp2) H functionalization, and [3+2]/[5+2] annulation.  相似文献

Two new triterpene saponins, named hippophosides E and F ( 1 and 2 , resp.), together with two known compounds, were isolated from the seed residue of Hippophae rhamnoides L. Hemoglobin (Hb) has been demonstrated to endow electrochemical sensors with pH-switchable response because of the presence of carboxyl and amino groups. Hb was deposited in a chitosan matrix on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) that was previously coated with clustered gold nanoparticles (Au-NPs) by electrodeposition. The switching behavior is active (“on”) to the negatively charged probe [Fe(CN)6 3−] at pH 4.0, but inactive (“off”) to the probe at pH 8.0. This switch is fully reversible by simply changing the pH value of the solution and can be applied for pH-controlled reversible electrochemical reduction of H2O2 catalyzed by Hb. The modified electrode was tested for its response to the different electroactive probes. The response to these species strongly depends on pH which was cycled between 4 and 8. The effect is also attributed to the presence of pH dependent charges on the surface of the electrode which resulted in either electrostatic attraction or repulsion of the electroactive probes. The presence of Hb, in turn, enhances the pH-controllable response, and the electrodeposited Au-NPs improve the capability of switching. This study reveals the potential of protein based pH-switchable materials and also provides a simple and effective strategy for fabrication of switchable chemical sensors as exemplified in a pH-controllable electrode for hydrogen peroxide.

A pH “on-off” switchable nanobiosensor was fabricated by casting a chitosan-hemoglobin biocomposite onto nano-gold electrode. This composite film exhibits not only excellent pH-responsive on (pH 4.0)-off (pH 8.0) behavior but also excellent pH-tunable on-off bioelectrocatalysis of H2O2.
