镓改性ZSM-5沸石中镓活性中心的形成与表征

采用脉冲微反体系研究了经不同程度还原和不同镓含量的GaZSM-5沸石的芳构化性能与吡啶吸附红外光谱特征谱带吸收度的关联，证实了1458 cm~(-1)吸收带的用于表征与Ga物种有关的活性中心，并研究了沸石的硅铝比对Ga中心形成和Ga的价态对芳构化性能的影响。结果表明，对Ga含量相同的样品来说，硅铝比愈低，起始Ga中心生成量愈多，高价态与低价态的Ga中心对丙烷芳构化反应都有促进作用。     

Development of ELISA and immunochromatographic assay for ofloxacin

Two rapid,sensitive and reliable immunoassay methods,namely competitive indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(CI- ELISA)and colloidal gold-based immunochromatographic assay(CGIA),were developed to detect ofloxacin(OFL).The linear range of the CI-ELISAwas from 0.5 to 128 ng/mL with a limit of detection(LOD)of 0.35 ng/mL.Good recoveries were obtained in analyzing simulated swine urine samples.The CGIA could accurately estimate OFL at concentrations as low as 10 ng/mL in less than 10 min,and test results were read visually without any instrument.     

Chemical Constituents from Cynoglossum gansuense

Two new alkaloids, i.e., (2,3‐dihydro‐1‐oxo‐1H‐pyrrolo[1,2‐a]pyrrol‐7‐yl)methyl (2S*,3S*)‐3‐[(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl)oxy]‐2‐hydroxy‐2‐(1‐methylethyl)butanoate ( 1 ) and 1,2‐dihydro‐8‐methoxy‐2‐oxoquinoline‐4‐carboxylic acid ( 2 ), were isolated from the alcoholic extract of the whole plant of Cynoglossum gansuense, together with twelve known compounds Their structures were characterized by means of spectroscopic methods, especially by ¹H‐, ¹³C‐, and 2D‐NMR, as well as by HR‐MS experiments and comparison with literature data.     

Palladium-catalyzed tandem cyclization/Suzuki coupling of 1,6-enynes: reaction scope and mechanism

A palldium(0)-catalyzed tandem cyclization/Suzuki coupling reaction of various 1,6-enyne substrates was developed. This Pd-catalyzed enyne cyclization reaction represents a new process for the synthesis of stereodefined alpha-arylmethylene-gamma-butyrolactones, lactams, multifunctional tetrahydrofurans, pyrrolidines, and cyclopentanes. The mechanism of the reaction was studied by the employment of different enyne isomers and boronic acids; a pi-allyl palladium intermediate was suggested to explain the formation of the cyclic products. The stereochemistry of this reaction can be well explained by a chairlike transition state.     

Bis[1,1′‐bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocenium] hexadecachlorotetraantimony(III) ethanol solvate

In the title compound, [Fe(C₁₇H₁₄P)₂]₂[Sb₄Cl₁₆]·C₂H₆O, the Fe atoms lie on inversion centres and the pairs of cyclopentadienyl rings are consequently in a fully staggered conformation. The centrosymmetric anionic clusters formed by [Sb₄Cl₁₆]^4? are surrounded by the cations and are held together by weak C—H?Cl interactions. These formations stack along the a axis to form columns, and the columns are interconnected by another weak C—H?Cl interaction along the b axis.     

A Theoretical Study on the Conductivity of Carbon Doped BNNT

From the changes in energy band, density of state (DOS) and electronic structure calculated by the DFT/B3LYP method, the conductivity of carbon doped boron‐nitride nanotube (BNNT), which is formed by C‐C bond substituting B‐N bond, was discussed. The results indicate that the substitution will strengthen the conductivity of the tube, and its semi‐conductivity might be adjusted by controlling the substitution.     

Theoretical study of reaction channels for the weakly bound complex systems created with HF,CO2, and various amines

This investigation conducted reaction channels of weakly bound complexes CO₂…HF, CO₂…HF…NH₃, CO₂…HF…NH₂CH₃, CO₂…HF…NH(CH₃)₂, and CO₂…HF…N(CH₃)₃ systems, using the Gaussian 98 package at the B3LYP/6‐311++G(3df,2pd) level. The syn‐fluoroformic acid or syn‐fluoroformic acid plus NH₃ or amine conformers are more stable than the related anti‐fluoroformic acid or anti‐fluoroformic acid plus NH₃ or amine conformers. However, the above‐mentioned weakly bound complexes are more stable than both the related syn‐ and anti‐type fluoroformic acid or acid plus NH₃ or amine conformers and their related decomposed into CO₂ + HF or CO₂ + NHR₃F (R?H, CH₃) combined molecular systems. Five reaction channels of the weakly bound complexes exist. Each channel includes weakly bound complexes and their related above‐mentioned systems. Moreover, each reaction channel contains two transition states. The transition state between the weakly bound complex and anti‐fluoroformic acid type structure (T₁₃) is significantly higher than that of internal rotation (T₂₃) between syn‐ and anti‐FCO₂H (or FCO₂H…NR₃) structures. However, the above‐mentioned T₁₃ can significantly decrease its energy by adding the third molecule NH₃ or NR₃ (R?H or CH₃). The more CH₃ that is substituted in NR₃ of the reaction channel, the lower the activation energy of the transition state in the system is affected. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 合成了螺［异苯并呋喃－１（３Ｈ），９＇－（９Ｈ）－２＇－Ｎ，Ｎ－二苄胺基－６＇－二乙胺基占吨］－酮－３，Ｃ＿（３７）Ｈ＿（３４）Ｎ＿２Ｏ＿３，单斜晶系，空间群Ｃｃ，晶体学参数为ａ＝１６．８２６（４），ｂ＝１０．６４８（４），ｃ＝１７．６１８（７），β＝９２．２５（２）°，Ｖ＝３１５４（２），Ｚ＝４，Ｍ＿ｒ＝５６６．７，Ｄ＿ｘ＝１．１９ｇ／ｃｍ３，Ｆ（０００）＝１２００。结构由直接法解出，偏离因子Ｒ＝０．０８０。分子由占吨和异苯并呋喃两部分组成Ｙ形结构，占吨部分相连的苄基的两个苯环位于占吨部分的两侧。     

四苯基卟啉铜分子的扫描隧道显微镜成像

本文首次以ＬＢ技术将四苯基卟啉铜（ＣｕＴＰＰ）分子沉积到高定向热解石墨上，并用ＳＴＭ研究其表面形貌，得到了原子级分辨的ＣｕＴＰＰ分子的表面形貌图，结果表明，ＣｕＴＰＰ分子具有近似圆状平面结构，分子直径为１．０ｎｍ，与理论结果十分吻合，结合ＳＴＭ原理，讨论了有机大分子ＳＴＭ成像的条件。     

单分散磁性纳米颗粒的制备及生物高分子在其上的组装

磁性纳米颗粒因其潜在的生物医学应用价值而成为纳米生物材料领域研究的前沿。本文综述了单分散磁性纳米颗粒的制备方法以及生物高分子在磁性纳米颗粒上的组装的研究进展。
