We develop a self-adaptive algebraic tomography algorithm (SAATA) to investigate the simultaneons reconstruction of concentration and temperature distributions in larger temperature range from two views. The simplified optical arrangement with fewer projections is realized by extension of spectral information at multiple wavelengths, resulting in great potential in applications of practical combustion diagnosis. Tile results show SAATA can perform much better reconstructions in 300 3000 K temperature range than genetic simulated annealing algorithm and least-square orthogonal-triangular decomposition method with two- wavelength scheme. More phantoms are created to demonstrate the capability of SAATA to capture the peaks and adapt for both flat and sharp temperature distributions. A biosensor device,built from graphene nanoribbons(GNRs) with nanopores,was designed and studied by firstprinciples quantum transport simulation.We have demonstrated the intrinsic transport properties of the device and the effect of different nucleobases on device properties when they are located in the nanopores of GNRs.It was found that the device’s current changes remarkably with the species of nucleobases,which originates from their different chemical compositions and coupling strengths with GNRs.In addition,our first-principles results clearly reveal that the distinguished ability of a device’s current depends on the position of the pore to some extent.These results may present a new way to read off the nucleobases sequence of a single-stranded DNA(ssDNA) molecule by such GNRs-based device with designed nanopores 相似文献

We report the chemical design and development of 3-aryl-substituted 7-alkoxy-4-methylcoumarins with enhanced fluorogenic properties. The 3-aryl substituents are installed via an optimized Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling (SMC) reaction between a 7-alkoxy-3-bromo-4-methylcoumarin and aryl boronic MIDA esters using Pd(OAc)2/XPhos in a catalytic system with K2CO3 in aqueous THF. Under these conditions, an exocyclic ester functionality is found to be unaffected. Subsequent saponification revealed a carboxylic acid functionality that is suitable for conjugation reactions. A soluble glucoside 3-dehydrogenase (G3DH) was purified from a newly isolated Sphingobacterium faecium ZJF-D6 CCTCC M 2013251. The enzyme was purified to 35.71-fold with a yield of 41.91 % and was estimated by sodium dodecyl sulphate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with a molecular mass of 62 kDa. The sequences of two peptides of the enzyme were all contained in a GMC family oxidoreductase (EFK55866) by mass spectrometry analysis. The optimal pH of the enzyme was around 6.2. The enzyme was stable within a pH range of 5.0–6.6 and was sensitive to heat. G3DH from S. faecium exhibited extremely broad substrate specificity and well regioselectivity to validoxylamine A. The enzyme was completely inhibited by Hg2Cl2 and partly inhibited by Cu2+, Fe2+, Ca2+, and Cd2+. The apparent K m values for D-glucose, sucrose, and validoxylamine were calculated to be 1.1, 1.7, and 2.1 mM, respectively. With this purified enzyme, 3-keto sucrose was prepared at pH 5.0, 30 °C for 10 h with a yield of 28.7 %. 相似文献
