漆树漆酶的催化氧化作用——Ⅳ.二茂铁及其衍生物的酶促氧化

In phosphate buffer-diethylene glycol monobutyl ether(DGBE), the oxidations of ferrocene and 15 derivatives were investigated in the presence of Rhus vernicifera laccase. The results showed that ferrocene and 11 derivatives can be oxidized. The mechanism of Laccase catalyzed oxidation of ferrocene was put forward.     

Enantiomeric separation and quantification of fluoxetine (Prozac) in human plasma by liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry using liquid-liquid extraction in 96-well plate format

Fluoxetine (Prozac) is currently one of the widely prescribed selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) for the treatment of depression. A high-throughput sample preparation procedure using liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) in a 96-well plate format in conjunction with liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) was developed and validated for quantification of fluoxetine enantiomers in human plasma. After addition of internal standard and ammonium hydroxide, samples were extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic extract was evaporated to dryness and reconstituted in methanol. Where possible, sample transfer and LLE steps were automated using a Tomtec Quadra 96 workstation. Adequate separation of fluoxetine enantiomeric pairs (resolution of 1.17) was achieved on a vancomycin column eluted with methanol containing 0.075% (by weight) ammonium trifluoroacetate. A triple quadrupole mass spectrometer, operated in the multiple reaction monitoring mode at m/z 310-->44 for fluoxetine enantiomeric pairs and m/z 287-->241 for oxazepam (internal standard), was used. Analysis was performed in the positive ion mode using atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI). The standard curve range was 2.0-1000 ng/mL for each fluoxetine enantiomer. The intra- and inter-day precision and accuracy of the quality control (QC) samples were <12.5% (CV) and <13.6% (CV), respectively, for each fluoxetine enantiomer; the correlation coefficient was >0.990. Method ruggedness was demonstrated by the reproducible performance of the assay during a three-day validation period.     

Synthesis and photoluminescence of single crystals europium ion-doped BaF2 cubic nanorods

In this work, we used the hydrothermal method to synthesize Eu³⁺ ion-doped cubic BaF₂ nanorods, which is a luminescent material. The clubbed structures were well crystallized and exhibited face-centred cubic structures, as indicated by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, electron diffraction, and transmission electron microscopy. The luminescent properties were studied, and local symmetry surrounding Eu³⁺ ions and electronic transition processes included. The results indicated that Eu³⁺ occupied only one C_4ν site in nanorods.     

SMAI法制备的Cu催化剂的CO加氢催化

用溶剂化金属原子浸渍（SMAI）法制备了SiO2、Cr2O3负载Cu催化剂.XPS测定表明三种载体上的Cu几乎全部以零价态存在．X射线增宽法测定表明随着Cu含量增加Cu颗粒增大．Cu催化剂在CO加氢中的催化活性与载体、Cu颗粒大小和Cu价态有关．Cr2O3对Cu催化活性有促进效应．Cr2O3负载Cu催化剂活性随Cu颗粒减小而增大，而SiO2作载体时，颗粒大小对活性无影响，零价Cu0为催化活性中心     

Enantioselective synthesis of (8S,13S,14R)-7-oxa-estra-4,9-diene-3,17-dione

The first enantioselective synthesis of (8S,13S,14R)-7-oxa-estra-4,9-diene-3,17-dione with the trans-C/D ring junction is described. Key features of the synthesis include Ag₂O-mediated C-O bond formation, thermodynamically controlled axial-equatorial inversion, one-pot of halogen exchange and Co/Cr-mediated C-C bond formation, and intramolecular aldol condensations.     

Copper-exchanged LTA zeolite membranes with enhanced water flux for ethanol dehydration

Phase-pure and well-intergrown Cu-LTA membranes are developed through copper ions exchange of sodium ions in Na-LTA framework. For pervaporation of 90.0 wt% ethanol/10.0 wt% water mixtures, the Cu-LTA membrane shows much higher water flux than Na-LTA membranes due to the enhancement of the pore size after ions exchange.     

固体表面化学发光分析 Ⅰ.不渗透阻挡技术的应用和研究

本文应用不渗透阻挡技术在固体基质上保持恒定的化学发光区域，实现了固体表面化学发光分析，并对固体表面化学发光特性，发光的均匀性和重视性，固体基质的选择和纯化等方面进行了研究，测定了１３种无机及生物活性物质固体表面化学发光的线性范围及检测限。由于此法克服了固体基质荧光分析和固体表面室温磷光分析的散射光背景的影响，获得了更高的信噪比和更好的检测限。     

气色相谱-质谱法测定化妆品中的氯霉素

氯霉素是一种广谱抗生素,化妆品卫生规范规定氯霉素等抗生素为禁用物质.关于氯霉素的检测多采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)[1]和高效液相色谱-质谱(HPLC-MS)[2] 测定,或者经N,O-双三甲基硅烷基-三氟乙酰胺(BSTFA)、三甲基氯硅烷(TMCS)等硅烷化[3-4]后进行气相色谱(GC)、GC-MS测定.本文建立了采用较为普通的乙酸酐试剂进行衍生化,然后用GC-MS测定的方法.将该法应用于化妆品中氯霉素的检测,取得了较好的效果.     

Effect of Ce<Superscript>3+</Superscript> on spectral characteristic of D1/D2/Cytb559 complex from spinach

It was studied by spectroscopy that PSII reaction center complex consisting of three polypeptides, D₁, D₂ and Cytb559, were purified from PSII particle of CeCl₃ treated spinach. The results of the experiment show that Ce³⁺ could improve the growth of spinach, and accelerate electron transport of PSII particles. Of chl-a of UV-Vis spectrum of D1/D2/Cytb559 complex, Soret band was blue-shifted by 3 nm and Q band by 2 nm, respectively, and the fluorescence emission peak was blue-shifted by 5 nm in CeCl₃-treated spinach compared with the one in control. By the extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) spectroscopy methods, it has been found that Ce³⁺ is coordinated with 8 nitrogen atoms in the first coordination shell with Ce-N bond length of 0.253 nm, and Ce³⁺ with 6 oxygen atoms in the second coordination shell with Ce-O bond length of 0.32 nm. However, the secondary structure of D1/D2/Cytb559 complex by circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy has no significant change after CeCl₃ treated. It might be that Ce³⁺ binds to porphyrin rings of chlorophyll and oxygen of amino acid residue of polypeptide in D1/D2/Cytb559 complex, and then accelerates the primary reaction of PSII, intensifies function of P680⁺ primary electron donor of D1/D2/Cytb559, but there is little change in conformation of PSII reaction center complex.     

富勒烯及其衍生物的质谱研究

本文制备了一系列富勒烯及其衍生物，并利用多种质谱技术进行了鉴定、表征、揭示了它们在离子源条件下的稳定性及解规律。这些富勒烯及其省生物在ＦＤＭＳ、ＩＳＭＳ中均得到了较强的准分子离子峰且碎片峰很少。结果表昨ＦＤＭＳ，ＬＳＩＭＳ技术均适于富勒烯及其衍生物的定性分析，是目前富勒烯分析鉴定中较好的方法。
