Nanomaterials based upon silylated layered double hydroxides   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A class of nanomaterials based upon the surface modification of layered double hydroxides (LDHs) have been synthesized by grafting silanes onto the surfaces of the LDH. By in situ coprecipitation, the surfaces of a LDH have been modified through grafting of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTS) using the anionic surfactant Na-dodecylsulfonate (SDS). The synthesized nanomaterials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), attenuated total reflection Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR FTIR), thermogravimetry (TG) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The grafted LDH (LDH-G) displays distinct XRD patterns proving the obtained materials are a new and different phase. The FTIR spectra of the silylated hydrotalcite show bands attributed to Si-O-M (M = Mg and Al) vibration at 996 cm−1, suggesting that APTS has successfully been grafted onto the LDH layers. The TG curves prove the grafted sample has less M-OH concentration and less interlayer water molecules, as indicated by the M-OH consumption during the condensation reaction between Si-OH and M-OH on the LDH surface. The grafted sample displays a ribbon-like thin sheet in the TEM images, with the lateral thickness estimated as 2.5 nm.  相似文献

通过对非线性薛定谔方程的研究,得出Airy光束在Kerr介质中的崩塌功率及有效束宽演化的解析表达式。经过数值计算发现,Airy光束在聚焦的Kerr介质中,其主瓣在开始传播时始终是会聚的;当输入功率小于临界崩塌功率时,Airy光束主瓣的中心部分出现局部崩塌。在不同的Kerr介质中, Airy光束的形状和传输轨道均能保持不变,如同在自由空间中传播,但光场大小的分布,随着不同的Kerr介质会发生改变:在Kerr的聚焦介质中,光场向中心聚焦;而在散焦的Kerr介质中,光场会发散。  相似文献

Based on the first-principles calculation, the effect of intercalated LiF on the contact characteristics of the interface between Au electrode and MoS2 layer is studied. It is found that adding LiF film can change the contact type between metal electrode Au and MoS2 layer from Schottky contact to ohmic contact, which is accompanied by interfacial charge transfer from LiF layer to MoS2 layer and the downward movement of d (dxy and dz2) orbital of Mo atom and p (px and py) orbital of S atom to Fermi level. And the interlayer spacing between LiF layer and Au electrode has a great impact on the interface contact characteristics. The electric field effect and stress effect of interface contact of Au, LiF and MoS2 (Au/LiF/MoS2)is more obvious than that of interface contact of Au and MoS2 (Au/MoS2). Au/LiF/MoS2 shows ohmic contact with the interlayer spacing between Au layer and LiF layer less than 3.05 Å and with the electric field less than 0.15 VÅ−1, respectively, while Au/MoS2 still shows N-type Schottky contact. These findings are helpful to control the contact resistance and have guiding significance for high performance MoS2 field effect transistor and other electronic components.  相似文献

鄂尔多斯盆地奥陶纪中央古隆起是盆地内的重要油气聚集区,其成因一直是大家关注的热点.利用丰富的钻井资料对古隆起中东部地区中奥陶统马五段地层的沉积特征进行详细的分析,编制出了马五段各层段的厚度等值线图,圈出了各时期的沉降中心位置,发现在马五8~马五5时期,沉降中心基本以向南迁移为主,伴随着一定程度的向西迁移;在马五43到马五41时期,沉降中心以向西的迁移为主,伴随微弱的向南迁移.这种迁移过程支持鄂尔多斯盆地西、南缘在奥陶纪时发育双前陆盆地,“L”型中央古隆起是在早-中奥陶世时受该双前陆盆地前缘隆起相互叠加的影响.  相似文献

In situ scanning FTIR microscopy was built up for the first time in the present work, which consists of an FTIR apparatus, an IR microscope, an X-Y mapping stage, and the specially designed electrochemical IR cell and computer software. It has been demonstrated that this new space-resolvd in situ IR technique can be used to study vibration properties of micro-area, and to perform IR imaging of electrode surface. The chemical image obtained using this technique fur CO adsorption on Pt electrode illustrated, at a space-resolution of 10~(-2) cm, the inhomogeneity and the distribution of reactivity of micro-area of electrode surface.  相似文献

In this study, the magnetic materials known as polymerized ionic liquid@3‐(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate@Fe3O4 nanoparticles were synthesized and utilized as potential adsorbents. First, these nanoparticles were applied to the analysis of sulfonamides and quinolones present in different water samples using magnetic solid phase extraction and high‐performance liquid chromatography. Under optimized conditions, the developed method showed excellent detection sensitivity, with limits of detection (S/N = 3) and quantification limits (S/N = 10) within 0.2–1.0 and 0.8–3.4 μg/L, respectively. The spiked recoveries of the SAs and QNs in environmental water samples ranged from 83.5 to 103.0%, with RSDs of less than 4.5%. In addition, the adsorbents effectively removed sulfamethoxazole and ofloxacin present in existing aquatic environments. The adsorption kinetics and isotherms of sulfamethoxazole and ofloxacin on the magnetic adsorbents were studied to assess removal performance. The results indicate that the adsorption process follows a pseudo‐second‐order mechanism, which reveals that the sorption mechanism is the rate‐limiting step and produces high qmax values (sulfamethoxazole = 70.35 mg/g and ofloxacin = 48.95 mg/g), thus demonstrating the enormous adsorption capacity of these magnetic adsorbents.  相似文献

para-Nitrophenol adsorbed on hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide modified montmorillonite has been studied using a combination of X-ray diffraction TEM and infrared spectroscopy. Upon formation of the organoclay, the properties change from hydrophilic to hydrophobic. It is proposed that para-nitrophenol is adsorbed onto the water in the cation hydration sphere of the organoclay. As the cation is replaced by the surfactant molecules the para-nitrophenol replaces the surfactant molecules in the clay interlayer. Significant changes in the water vibrations occur in this process. Bands attributed to CH stretching and bending vibrations in general decrease as the concentration of the surfactant (CEC) increases up to 1.0 CEC. After this concentration the bands increase approaching a value the same as that of the surfactant. Strong changes occur in the HCH deformation modes of the methyl groups of the surfactant. These changes are attributed to the methyl groups locking into the siloxane surface of the montmorillonite. Such a concept is supported by changes in the SiO stretching bands of the montmorillonite siloxane surface. This study demonstrates that para-nitrophenol will penetrate into the untreated clay interlayer and replace the intercalated surfactant in surfactant modified clay, resulting in the change of the arrangement of the intercalated surfactant.  相似文献

A novel sulfur-terminal Cd(II) complex, CdS(2)L (L = N-hexyl-3-{2-[4-(2,2':6',2'-terpyridin-4'-yl)phenyl]ethenyl}-carbazole), was successfully synthesized from CdS nanocrystals and the organic chromophores (L), which was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Its photophysical properties have been investigated both experimentally and theoretically. The novel hybrid nanoparticles (CdS/L) were then obtained using the L as surface capped agent, which aggregate into large spheres, exhibiting novel luminescent properties, strong two photon absorption (TPA) and obvious prolonged fluorescence lifetime, which differ from those of the pure CdS nanocrystals and free L.  相似文献
