以1,10-邻菲啰啉5,6-二酮及苯甲醛(或取代苯甲醛)为原料, 在微波辐射条件下制备了一系列菲并咪唑类衍生物, 考察了温度、 时间以及投料比对微波辅助合成菲并咪唑类衍生物的影响, 并进一步探讨了微波非热效应的影响. 设计正交实验优化了反应条件; 使用SiC管作为反应容器屏蔽微波对反应的影响; 通过元素分析、 核磁共振波谱、 质谱及红外光谱等对化合物进行了表征. 结果表明, 微波辅助反应的最佳反应条件为: 1,10-邻菲啰啉-5,6-二酮与苯甲醛(或取代苯甲醛)的投料比为1: 1.5, 反应温度为100℃, 反应时间为20 min; 并且发现SiC管中反应的产率明显低于石英管反应容器. 与传统制备方法相比, 微波辅助合成方法可在更短时间内快速方便地制得菲并咪唑类衍生物; 反应温度、 反应时间以及投料比对微波辅助合成反应有明显影响; 微波非热效应有助于提高反应产率. 相似文献

In the present study, a capillary electrophoresis method using high concentration of amylose solutions as separation medium has been developed with the aid of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) as co-solvent. The best buffer conditions for primaquine, trihexyphenidyl (THP), sulconazole and cetirizine enantiomers were optimized as 20 mM sodium phosphate buffer with DMSO/water (40/60, v/v) as solvent at a pH of 3.0, containing 10% (w/v) amylose. Partial-filling and semi-permanent coating techniques were used considering the influences of DMSO on UV detection. High chiral resolution for THP enantiomers was obtained showing good chiral separation capacity of this method. The method showed good linearity (R2 > 0.998) over the concentration range of 0.50 and 2.00 mg L−1 for all the enantiomers. The detection limits for the tested enantiomers were in the range from 0.05 to 0.12 mg L−1. The linear calibration models were proven to be adequate for the experimental data by lack-of-fit test. The intra-assay precision, inter-day precision and accuracy were all evaluated to be acceptable. Separation and determination of THP enantiomers in rabbit blood were also carried out. 相似文献

Zotarolimus is a semi-synthetic derivative of rapamycin and an inhibitor of mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling. Currently, zotarolimus is used to prolong the survival time of organ grafts, but it is also a novel immunosuppressive agent with potent anti-proliferative activity. Here, we examine the anti-tumor effect of zotarolimus, alone and in combination with 5-fluorouracil, on HCT-116 colorectal adenocarcinoma cells implanted in BALB/c nude mice. Compared with the control mice, mice treated with zotarolimus or zotarolimus combined with 5-FU showed retarded tumor growth; increased tumor apoptosis through the enhanced expression of cleaved caspase 3 and extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) phosphorylation; reduced inflammation-related factors such as IL-1β, TNF-α, and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) protein; and inhibited metastasis-related factors such as CD44, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), transforming growth factor β (TGF-β), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Notably, mice treated with a combination of zotarolimus and 5-FU showed significantly retarded tumor growth, reduced tumor size, and increased tumor inhibition compared with mice treated with 5-FU or zotarolimus alone, indicating a strong synergistic effect. This in vivo study confirms that zotarolimus or zotarolimus combined with 5-FU can be used to retard colorectal adenocarcinoma growth and inhibit tumorigenesis. Our results suggest that zotarolimus may increase the chemo-sensitization of tumor cells. Therefore, zotarolimus alone and zotarolimus combined with 5-FU may be potential anti-tumor agents in the treatment of human colon adenocarcinoma. Future research on zotarolimus may lead to the development of new therapeutic strategies. 相似文献

Ultra-thin and near-fully relaxed SiCe substrate is fabricated using a modified Ce condensation technique, and then a 25-nm-thiek biaxially tensile strained-Si with a low rms roughness is epitaxially deposited on a SiGe- on-Insulator (SGOI) substrate by ultra high vacuum chemical vapor deposition (UHVCVD). High-Resolution cross-sectional transmission electron microscope (HR-XTEM) observations reveal that the strained-Si/SiGe layer is dislocation-free and the atoms at the interface are well aligned. Furthermore, secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) results show a sharp interface between layers and a uniform distribution of Ge in the SiCe layer. One percent in-plane tensile strain in the strained-Si layer is confirmed by ultraviolet (UV) Raman spectra, and the stress maintained even after a 30-s rapid thermal annealing (RTA) process at 1000℃. Highly arsenic-doped Si-on-insulator (SOI) substrate incorporated with buried MoSi2 layers is fabricated aiming at decreasing the collector series resistance of SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistors (HBTs) on SOI, thereby enhancing cutoff frequency (fT) performance and increasing the maximum value of fT (fTMAX ). Collisional quantum interference (CQI) in the intramolecular rotational energy transfer was observed in experiment by Sha and co-workers. The interference angle, which measuring the degree of the coherence, were measured in the experiment of the static cell. Based on the first Born approximation of time dependent perturbation theory, taking into accounts the anisotropic Lennard-Jones interaction potentials, this paper describes the theoretical model of CQI in intramolecular rotational energy transfer in an atom-diatom collision system. In the model, the differential interference angle for the experiment of the molecular beam is calculated, the changing tendencies of the differential interference angle with the impact parameter and collision partners are obtained. This theoretical model is important for understanding or performing this kind of experiments. 相似文献

Using the Keldysh nonequilibrium Green function and equation-of-motion technique, we investigate Fano versus Kondo resonances in a closed Aharonov-Bohm interferometer coupled to ferromagnetic leads and study their effects on the conductance of this system. The conductance with both parallel and antiparallel lead-polarization alignments is analysed for various values of the magnetic flux. Our results show that this system can provide an excellent spin filtering property, and a large tunnelling magnetoresistance can arise by adjusting the system parameters, which indicates that this system is a possible candidate for spin valve transistors and has important applications in spintronics. 相似文献
