A distortion correction algorithm for fish-eye panoramic image of master-slave visual surveillance system

A master-slave visual surveillance system is composed of one fish-eye panoramic camera and one dynamic pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) dome camera. In order to make PTZ dome camera zoom into all targets of interest in panoramic image, the fish-eye panoramic camera is fixed inclining towards the gravity direction, which may cause more obvious distortion. This paper proposed a novel method for the distortion correction of captured panoramic image based on the midpoint circle algorithm (MCA). The method uses incremental calculation of decision parameters to determine the pixel positions along a circle circumference, and both of the vertical and horizontal are rectilinearised. Experimental results show that our correction method based on MCA is efficient and effective. In particular, due to its low computational cost, our method can be applied on embedded camera platform without any extra hardware resources.     

液体冷媒融霜系统回液时间的实验研究

对液体冷媒融霜系统的回液时间进行实验研究。在保温体温度-15℃工况下分别对回液时间7s、27s、25s、30s、40s、50s进行实验,记录并分析被融霜蒸发器融霜前和回液时间内压缩机吸气口的温度和压力变化,相机拍摄制冷压缩机吸气口和机身的结霜状况。实验表明:回液时间7s时,压缩机吸气过潮,回液时间在27s左右可以避免压缩机吸气过潮,确保系统安全正常的运行,大于27s被融霜蒸发器恢复制冷时间过长将影响库房温度的稳定并降低制冷系统的效率。     

亚10 μm线宽的投影光刻物镜设计及其成像性能的实验测定

 采用Zemax软件设计出6镜片、数值孔径为0.06、2倍缩小、以405 nm半导体激光器为光源、分辨精度达5 μm、视场12 mm×12 mm 内波像差小于1/4波长、畸变小于0.005%的双远心投影光刻物镜的设计方法。将设计的物镜实物化,并对其光学传递函数(MTF)作精确的实验测定,利用所提出的MTF标准实验测量法,得到该投影物镜的成像性能达亚10 μm线宽。     

Preparation of BA/ST/AM nano particles by ultrasonic emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization

A kind of nano particle of butyl acrylate (BA)/styrene (ST)/acrylamide (AM) was prepared through a new method that was ultrasonic emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization, which was a kind of environmental protection and economical method. And no any volatile organic solvent (VOC), emulsifier and initiator were used in this method. Only water was used as solvent. The effects of sonic intensity, sonic time, inorganic salt content, N2 flow velocity, etc. on monomer conversion were studied. TEM photographs showed that its particles size was about 80 nm, which was less than particles size (about 140 nm) through conventional emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization method. The FTIR spectrum showed that after extracted by water for 48 h, CHCl3 for 48 h and THF for 48 hr, respectively, the sample obtained by this way was a ternary copolymer of BA, ST and AM, but not a blend of poly(butyl acrylate), polystyrene and polyacrylamide.     

Large coercivity and unconventional exchange coupling in manganese-oxide-coated manganese gallium nanoparticles

The microstructures and magnetic properties of nanoparticles, each composed of an antiferromagnetic （AFM） manganese-oxide shell and a ferromagnetic-like core of manganese-gallium （MnGa） compounds, are studied. The coreshell structure is confirmed by transmission electron microscope （TEM）. The ferromagnetic-like core contains three kinds of MnGa binary compounds, i.e., ferrimagnetic （FI） DO22-type MnaGa, ferromagnetic （FM） Mn8Gas, and AFM DO19-type Mn3Ga, of which the first two correspond respectively to a hard magnetic phase and to a soft one. Decoupling effect between these two phases is found at low temperature, which weakens gradually with increasing temperature and disappears above 200 K. The exchange bias （EB） effect is observed simultaneously, which is caused by the exchange coupling between the AFM shell and FM-like core. A large coercivity of 6.96 kOe （1Oe = 79.5775 A·m^-1） and a maximum EB value of 0.45 kOe are achieved at 300 K and 200 K respectively.     

外电场下二氧化锆的分子结构及其特性

对O原子采用6-311++G*基组,Zr原子采用aug-cc-pVTZ-PP基组,利用密度泛函(B3P86)方法优化得到了ZrO2分子的稳定构型,并研究了不同外电场(0—0.025 a.u.)作用下ZrO2基态分子键长、能量、电荷分布、偶极矩和能级的变化规律.在优化构型的基础上,利用含时密度泛函(TD-B3P86)方法研究了ZrO2分子在外电场作用下前6个激发态的激发能、跃迁波长和振子强度的激发特性.研究结果表明:随着电场强度的增大,Zr—2O的键长增大,而Zr—3O的键长均匀减少,总能量降低,偶极矩增大;最高占据轨道能量基本保持不变,最低未占据轨道和能隙均减小.电场的增大使得激发能减小,各个激发态跃迁波长均发生不同程度的红移现象,因而,利用外电场可以控制ZrO2的发光光谱范围在可见-红外区域扩展.     

理论研究电流注入对垂直腔面发射激光器多横模行为的影响

从包含时空变量的速率方程出发,针对弱折射率导引垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSELs),利用空间积分法分析了典型电注入参数对VCSELs多横模行为的影响,在不降低模型准确性的前提下提高了仿真效率。仿真结果表明,注入盘孔径和注入环越小、注入强度越低以及电流扩散越弱时,VCSELs更易实现单横模工作;反之,VCSELs高阶横模开始出现并呈现较强的模式竞争,引发了载流子空间烧孔效应,并导致基模强度降低。进一步得出,在环形注入方式下,高阶模式更容易出现且彼此间的竞争较盘形注入时强。     

Investigation of laminar plasma remelting/cladding processing

Investigation of remelting and cladding processing with laminar plasma jets on several metals has been conducted looking for possible development of a new surface modification technique. The remelting tests illustrated that the new method could evidently improve the material microstructure and properties of cast iron. The cladding was done with Al₂O₃ ceramic powder on stainless steel. The energy dispersive spectra (EDS) analysis was used to determine the distribution of the major cladding element in the plasma-processed layers, for which the microstructure observations and hardness measurements were also performed.     

New terahertz dispersive device for single-shot spectral measurements of terahertz pulse

A new terahertz dispersive device designed for single-shot spectral measurements of broadband terahertz pulses is proposed. With two-dimensional quasi-randomly distributed element design, the device exhibits approximately the dispersive property of single-order diffraction in far field. Its far-field diffraction pattern is experimentally verified employing a continuous terahertz source centered at 2.52 THz and a pyroelectric focal-plane-array camera, which is in good agreement with the numerical result. The device provides a new approach for direct single-shot spectral measurements of broadband terahertz waves.
