Experimental and numerical simulations were undertaken to estimate the effects of imperfect conditions on stress waves in split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)experiments. The photonic Doppler velocimetry(PDV) measurement results show that the rise and fall times of an incident wave increases with an increasing inclination angle;also, the fluctuations of the incident wave disappear gradually with the increase of inclination angle. The following characteristics for various defects in the SHPB were obtained by numerical simulation:(1) the influence of a curved bar was negligible;(2) misalignment modestly affects the fluctuation characteristics, and bending waves were generated at this condition;(3) inclination and indentation of the impact endsurface had a great impact on the incident waves, and both of them increase the rise time of the incident wave by increasing the degree of defects. In view of the results, misalignment,inclination, and indentation in SHPB experiments should be minimized.  相似文献

Self-repair is nature''s way of protecting living organisms. However, most single cells are inherently less capable of self-repairing, which greatly limits their wide applications. Here, we present a self-assembly approach to create a nanoshell around the cell surface using nanoporous biohybrid aggregates. The biohybrid shells present self-repairing behaviour, resulting in high activity and extended viability of the encapsulated cells (eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells) in harsh micro-environments, such as under UV radiation, natural toxin invasion, high-light radiation and abrupt pH-value changes. Furthermore, an interaction mechanism is proposed and studied, which is successful to guide design and synthesis of self-repairing biohybrid shells using different bioactive molecules.  相似文献

Japanese persimmon (Diospyros kaki L.) is recognized as an outstanding source of biologically active compounds relating to many health benefits. In the present study, NMR spectroscopy provided a comprehensive metabolic overview of Japanese persimmon juice. Detailed signal assignments of Japanese persimmon juice were carried out using various 2D NMR techniques incorporated with broadband water suppression enhanced through T1 effects (BB‐WET) or WET sequences, and 26 components, including minor components, were identified. In addition, most components were quantitatively evaluated by the integration of signals using conventional 1H NMR and BB‐WET NMR. The charging and controlled oxidative doping of single organometallic ferrocene nanoparticles is reported in aqueous sodium tetrafluoroborate using the nano‐impacts method. It is shown that ferrocene nanoparticles of approximately 105 nm diameter are essentially quantitatively oxidatively doped with the uptake of one tetrafluoroborate anion per ferrocene molecule at suitably high overpotentials. By using lower potentials, it is possible to achieve low doping levels of single nanoparticles in a controlled manner.  相似文献
